Oasis Green installed turf and there has been a lot of wear and tear, more than expected. The owner came in May to take pictures and said it would take 6 weeks to get an answer. He said this has happened before with the product and he had to replace it for other customers. He admitted that he now uses a new product because the old one was of poor quality. I checked in after 6 weeks, but got no response. I left messages on the business phone and with the owner, but no one called me back.

I took some snaps and reached out to the owner, who sent a grass expert to check out the situation. The expert said they would replace the sod under warranty, but it would take a few weeks. Well, let me tell you, it's been almost a whole month now, and I've been sending emails and texts, but no response. Finally, in late October 2022, the owner shoots me an email saying they'll send a crew to rip out the old sod and put in new ones. But here's the kicker: I've been sending loads of emails asking when they'll take care of this, and I haven't heard a peep back from them. Can you believe it?
