On December 12,2023 6:51PM I got a call from the Ocean Pacific Employees that it was time to service the water system equipment River osmosis under the sink and it would be $250 for the filters $350 for the machine (where the salt goes) I said that was a lot of money. She had advised me that there was a payment plan of $35.00 a month with a contract to help with the payment and plus if anything goes bad the equipment would be covered for a year. I told her to let me think about it. but made an appointment for Friday December 15, 2023, between 9:00am to 12:00pm said she was going to email me the contract. Well never found the contract in the email and I really didn't want to be on a contract just figured I would pay when they came. They were supposed to be at my house 9:00am to 12:00pm waited all morning. well 12:00pm and still no one. So I call the ocean pacific back and ask why no one showed up and she told me because I didn't sign the contract. I told her I never received a contract, and I don't want to be on a contract I'd rather just pay the money. I was pretty upset because I waited around. The employee for Ocean pacific kept wanting me to get the contract and I just kepted telling her I didn't want to be on the contract. I asked her what if we have a resection and I can't pay, she said you will just have to pay the remaining. I said how if no work. I told her I just want to pay for it all now. she said I couldn't get the insurance and it wouldn't be covered unless I get the contract of $35.00 a month well, I will just pay for the service then. I did I paid $600.00 then I got the appointment for the next day which was on Saturday on the 16th of Dec 2023. 3:00pm, he showed up and changed the filters and checked my system in the garage then talking to someone in Spanish on the phone. he wrote up the receipt and document and wrote my number down saying he would be back to fix the part on the machine in the garage, he had to go to Sacramento to do something. I asked him are you coming back for sure he said yes. His name is Luis the from Ocean Pacific. Well again waited for him to come back never did. I tried to call the number on the paper no answer. then tried to call ocean pacific number no answer. called on Sunday no answer. I realized on the Paper the guy Luis wrote my number wrong area code he wrote is 531number it is 530 number. Monday, I got a call from ocean Pacific saying that the part had to be ordered and for them to come back out would be another $250.00. I was so upset I told her i paid you for a service call and you didn't have a part so now you want me to you more money to come back out here and fix the part. I hung up on her. I feel they just wanted to get on the plan contract and didn't now I'm paying for it.

Claimed loss: My Machine is still dripping like a Faucet drip

Desired outcome: I want it fixed without paying them more money. I paid them $600.00.
