Ocean Trading Egypt review: white westinghouse frost free refriger

White Westinghouse Frost Free Refrigerator Freezer:

As clearly elaborated by the pictures below, both upper (freezer) doors don't properly close leading to cold air leakage from the freezer outwards! Also, when I open the bottom doors, the upper ones open as well as both are not inline together.
I contacted Electrolux several times, and they paid me more than 10 visits trying to reallocate and adjust these doors with no success. They tried to claim that my kitchen floor is not adjusted, but I've proven them wrong with a Water Weighing Scale
I then have been told that I need to change those doors at my own expense!
The fridge was bought like this and this is a faulty piece Why should I bare such cost?              
 I now so much regret putting my trust & all this money in AEG and White Westinghouse! I'm so disappointed with such cheap quality of service I'm receiving from supposedly reputable brands such as yours!.. Having these machines replaced would have been an unquestionable act with any trustworthy, customer caring brand!
