Bought a fridge from Fridgidaire and free on leak inside. Tech said need replacement and if no one calls in 7-10 business days to call in. What am i supposed to do with the food? I purchased a refrigerator in May 2023, and I have had them come to my house 4 times to repair it. As of Sep 19, Eleculux has still not resolved the problem with the freezing of all the food in the refrigerator. They are not willing to replace it but continue to have us waiting on parts to repair. It's freezing all the food we purchase totally unacceptable.
Desired outcome: Still waiting to get this resolved.
I've had almost the same problem but with everything thawing. I've had to have a repair company comes 8 times since Jan 2021 to fix the same problem. Electrolux refuses to send a new one or refund the money and I continually have to throw away food and re-purchase a warranty. They are zero help.

I have an 11-year-old fridge that I need to replace because the refrigerator section has stopped working. We purchased a brand new home in July 2013 and the appliances were included (all gallery series). The ice maker quit 2 years ago and now I know why... I pulled the fridge out from the wall to find a hole rusted through the back of the fridge where the ice maker is. See attached photos. I have not tried to have it repaired because if it's condition.
Desired outcome: I would like a $300 credit towards a new fridge.

Service contract with Electrolux Warranty Corp. dated April 24, 2022 to April23, 2025. Paid $323.07. Call in for service on ice maker Sept. 2022 they said since I had so much trouble with the frig. that they would buy back the frig. Filled out all the papers they sent me. I could not answer to how much I paid for the frig. because I could not find the sales slip. After many calls they told me the buy back was cancelled. So I call about fixing the ice maker in May of 2023 and they told me the contract was canceled. Called the first of June to get a refund on the contract and they told me it was cancelled too.

Washing Machine
I purchased Electrolux Washer ELFW7537AW1; SN 4C30603201 on 14 Feb 23
and to date 15 May 23, I have an inoperative machine. Today, 3rd visit from SAME 'Technician', the same part replaced last visit is on order yet again. I might add, that the 'technician' left last visit after replacing parts WITHOUT checking the machine for proper operation! I might note that my machine was left full of water; and water all over my floor, this the 3rd visit. I am left in awe at the lack of consideration for the customer from Electrolux. I truly expected better. I just called Electrolux corp and they informed me that it doesn't matter how many, or how long this repair takes, until the 'technician' deems the machine unrepairable I will be without a washer that I paid for.
Desired outcome: I want the machine replaced with a working unit

I purchased all new appliances for kitchen. Refrigerator has cracked freezer door, broken shelf support and contents of refrigerator section freeze. Extened service company says roller and door issue are 'cosmetic'. This is total BS and just a way to get out of replacing items. My question: Did your engineers design this product to break off or crack. If so, it's a marvel in engineering. Otherwise, I want them fixed properly. I've spent too much on these products to have this line of crap shoveled to me.

Major appliances
The most worthless company I've ever had to deal with when it comes to an extended warranty. I purchased and paid for their extended warranty over 2 and a half years ago online at their website and it stated in their warranty book that if anything broke, then the parts would be warranted for repair or be replaced. I have the receipts to prove it. These are functional items. The Shelves rollers in my refrigerator with a metal screw snapped off and broke, well, they will not pay for these shelves, so I asked for a full refund as your warranty had changed, I was told in 2021, go figure, after I had purchased their extended warranty. They will not fulfill their obligation to their written contract. They did not even have my appliance warranties in their system until Jan 2023 when I called for repair on three of my appliances. Almost nearly three years after I had paid nearly 2K for an extended warranty for all of my appliances. They have stolen my money with no resolution. Like many have said with complaints all over the internet on their social platforms, you cannot contact them, or you have to wait an hour or longer to anyone in the US on this issue. I have dealt with these problems too. They will not even allow you to speak to a supervisor. The only way it looks like I am going to be able to get my money back is sue them in small claims court to receive my money back that they fraudulently are keeping and have made interest off of for almost three years now unless this complaint can resolve my issue. For their same extended warranty today, the cost is now double of what I had paid back in 2020. Of course, because their products are not manufactured to last. It even states that you can cancel the warranty at any time and will be refunded the remaining prorated amount left in the months left on the warranty. They will not even do this but, I am requesting for a full refund because they have broken their written contract extended warranty.

Clothes dryer
On December 4th our Electrolux clothes dryer caught on fire that we purchased with extended warranty on 2/24/2019. As of date today, 1/20/2023 we are still without a dryer due to ordering/receiving the parts. Hahn Appliance on Reno in Oklahoma City, Electrolux, and Safeware Warranty Company are refusing to assist me with a loaner or a replacement. I have been promised more than once that the part has been ordered/sent. I have contacted Electrolux Inc, and Hahn Appliance twice and they say they aren't responsible, the warranty company Safeware, Inc is and should come through. Today, 1/20/2023 rec'd another text/promise from the warranty company that the part will be shipped in 24 to 48 hours. I feel this is unacceptable service and should have at least got a replacement or loaner if the part is not available. Electrolux has stated that the parts are available but unsure if warranty was utilizing them to get the parts.
Desired outcome: My dryer fixed or a new one. I bought the extended warranty and feel I should have something in working condition and a long time ago. Why buy the extended warranty if they aren't going to provide you with the service?
Rec'd another part, Tech from Factory Appliance came out to put part in 2-9-2023. It was the wrong part, and so has placed order for the correct part again. I was very upset and contacted the Hahn Appliance again 2/8/2023 asking for them to just replace the dryer and again no help from them.
I contacted Jessica at Safeware Warranty company and left her a message asking for her help to get this resolved. I have been without a dryer now since 12/4/2022 that caught fire.
Rec'd a message from warranty company on 1/13/23 stating the part would be ordered in 24 to 48 hours. I contacted her on 1/25/2023 asking if there was tracking information available and she stated not yet. So I'm guessing the part has not been ordered or shipped. I'm still without a dryer since 12/4/2022
Electrolux - Washer (Model ELFW7637AT1)
I bought a pair of Electrolux washer and dryer from Costco in May. The washer started water leaking after 2-3 months. I called for repair in mid-Aug and technician eventually came after 2-3 weeks since I called; the diagnosis was the pump was broken and need to be replaced. The parts took almost 2 months to be available; in mid Oct, the problem finally fixed. Unfortunately, last week, end of Nov, the water leaking occurred again, the same technician came again and diagnosed it was another part problem caused the leaking and need to get the place replaced which means the problem cannot be fixed right a way and cannot guarantee when the part will available. I am very disappointed and upset with Electrolux. It was my first time to use their products, with the money I spent $2,400, I expected the products were good and reliable. Unfortunately, it was not, I asked for replacement of a new washer as I don't know if the water leaking will happen again in a month or two. I have already lost the confidence of this brand. I called their customer service and they said the replacement only approved when it is diagnosed not able to be fixed. I further requested to talk to the Supervisor and told it was the same answer. I insisted of talking to the Supervisor and the guy said the Supervisor was busy with other customer and said not sure he would able to answer my call. Hence, he eventually pretended of not hearing my voice and hung up my call. From this experience with Electrolux, this company is VERY BAD, low quality products and poor customer services. I will not refer to this company to anyone.
Desired outcome: A replacement of new washer and dryer and free installation. Disposal the broken machines.
Electrolux rebate
I purchased a very expensive Electrolux induction stove (ECF13068AS) with the reassurance of receiving a $400 rebate. All documents were submitted by the stated deadline (9/24/01). I repeatedly checked on the status online, which said it was approved. However, the rebate was never received. Today when I called, I was told, sorry, the rebate is from last year and it's too late and there is nothing we can do - really?
Desired outcome: I would like my $400 rebate honored.
Wine Cooler
I purchased a wine cooler from Electrolux thinking I was purchasing a quality product. The wine cooler compressor broke 2 years later. I replaced the compressor and again it stopped working. I understand the unit is no longer brand new but no appliance coming out of an Electrolux warehouse should stop working 2 years after purchase date, plus having the compressor replaced already once. I guess I should have gone with a less expensive product that would probably still be working. Ugh! I have other Electrolux products in my home but will check other companies before replacing any of them in the future.
Desired outcome: A replacement since per my conversation with an Electrolux representative, told me the compressor is no longer available since the unit is more than ten years old. I purchased this item from Mrs G's in Lawrencville, NJ.
Frigidaire refrigerator
March 2022 purchased a refrigerator at Conns department store. Frigidaire. A month ago the breaker to the fridge tripped. Set...5hrs later tripped again. Moved to a different breaker...5hours or so tripped that one. Moved to original breaker... fourth trip. Moved all the food to the garage fridge and started the warranty process. Long story short... after 4 techs for separate visits and many calls to Electrolux customer service. They find nothing wrong and will not replace the fridge. One tech was testy and threw an attitude. The Customer Service Supervisor was nothing but an Electrolux loyalist gate keeper that expertise in debate winning rather than logic. Bottom line. The fridge still works and it only happened that one times. So we aren't going to replace it unless you can prove it happens again. Below is what the Electrician wrote when checking out the breakers:
10:30am-11:20am _ Homeowner stated that breaker for fridge was tripping. Said it hasn’t tripped in 2 weeks, but
tripped 4 times in one day. Homeowner also stated that he plugged fridge into different circuit, and it tripped that circuit
as well. Code off breaker was five flashes indicating a ground fault. I checked circuit, and could not find any issues. I
believe the refrigerator is what caused breakers to trip.
Me now... Ground fault... two circuits... Appliance... but nothing to see here... suck it up chump. Get this... customer super had the gaul to say that its like seeing a doctor with leg pain two weeks ago but doesn't hurt now.
Boy am I the loser here.
Desired outcome: Electrolux to admit that Fridgidair produced a faulty product that the customer has no faith in and replace it for a like to like product.
Electrolux front load washer ELFW7537AW
I bought this machine 4 months ago, June 8, 2022, had to wait 2 months to get it. July 21, 2022. I only had it for not quite 2 months and it stopped working. The lights came on the display, but nothing worked. I called Electrolux warranty, and they sent a technician to repair it. I was advised that I would need a new mother board plus 2 other parts. After waiting for 4 days, I called the tech back and was advised part was on back-order with no ETA. Contacted Electrolux warranty again, I advised them that the part was on back-order with not ETA, and I wanted a new machine. It was ridiculous to pay this much for a new machine and I have to keep running to the laundromat. They stated that they would have to escalate this, and I would have to call them back in 3 days. Why should I have to contact them, they had my number. Not acceptable to me, I wanted to speak with someone higher, they gave me an email address with no response from anyone. I finally received a response from the technician and was advised that the main part I needed was not going to be in for another 3 weeks, bringing me to the middle of November, maybe depending on where I am in the line of progression. I am upset over the way I was treated by Electrolux, no phone calls and no response to my email. There are currently 5 people living in my home and I was without a washing machine since September 30.
Desired outcome: I would appreciate an apology for the way I was treated by your customer service. At least 100.00 refund would be appreciated for all of the inconvenience of paying for a laundromat and gas back and forth

Freezer started thawing March 2021. A Tech Appliance replaced the motor. Then A & E Factory replaced the motor and stated the door was warped. Ordered door. It was installed on July 11, 2022. Freezer is now freezing like it is not a frost free freezer…pictures below. August 23, 2022 another door was delivered. On August 30th, Cole’s Appliance came to fix the freezer. Hunter the technician said the new door is warped on the side. The 2nd door was damaged when it was delivered. Hunter reported this to Electrolux…file #[protected]
