I am writing this email out of sheer frustration and disappointment with the level of service I’ve received from Electrolux.
I purchased an Electrolux Inverter AC two years ago, and recently the PCB (Inverter Module) stopped working. As clearly mentioned in your warranty card, the PCB carries a 4-year warranty, yet your team has wrongfully denied my claim. This is not just unacceptable — it is a blatant breach of your own warranty terms.
I initially raised this issue on 24th February 2025, and despite multiple follow-ups, it has been over 1.5 months with no proper service, no resolution, and no accountability. Your customer service has been extremely poor, and I am appalled by the negligence and complete lack of responsibility shown by your team.
This delay has caused unnecessary inconvenience and distress, and it seems that Electrolux is deliberately avoiding its warranty obligations. I demand an immediate resolution — either repair/replace the PCB as per your warranty terms or provide a written explanation with proof of why it’s being denied.
If I do not receive a satisfactory response within 48 hours, I will be forced to escalate this matter further — including filing a complaint with the consumer forum and sharing this experience publicly on social platforms and review sites.
I expect urgent attention and professional conduct moving forward.
