Oven stopped working 3 times in 1 year.
Honestly - I wanted to love this company a positive review because our 36" oven/range is quite beautiful to look at. However in exactly one year of use, the ignitor for the oven has burnt out 3 separate times - it doesn't last for more than 4 months. I have been trying to get an authorized technician to come and actually look at the unit but the only service I get is a virtual Facetime call. The result of this is to send a new ignitor via mail that I then need to install myself. It's an absolutely ridiculous excuse for service and at this point you'd think someone would just come out to look at my unit in person, or just replace it altogether. What a waste of money and my time.
Recommendation: Don't buy.

The fact that I can choose different colors with the doors, knobs, and handles- what a game changer! It completely takes my kitchen to another level of excellence. During the holidays, my family comes over and I show my range off to my family and friends. I reached out to customer service regarding setting up the accessories, and they personally Facetimed me to help me walk through it step by step. I will certainly be back in the future for my next appliance purchase.

I just experienced possibly the very best customer service of all time. I bought a new Kucht gas range and started to have some issues regulating the oven's temperature. I immediately went to Kucht Care and created a support ticket. *** called me the next day and we arranged for an in-house technician to come to my house. The in house-technician is excellent at his job. He took the time to listen to me and the issue that I had with my oven. Super friendly staff. What remarkable and efficient customer service! They have a customer for life!

I waited to post a review until I had thoroughly used the products. Ive been using my dual fuel range and vent hood for several months and I couldnt be more happy with my purchase. I was very hesitant purchasing something online without being able to touch it first.The quality of all the components are excellent. The vent hood is powerful and quiet. the Range is rugged and cleans up easily. The k*** are heavy and solid and turn smoothly. But the thing I like most about KUCHT is their customer service. It is by far the best experience of any appliance company Ive ever dealt with.When you call KUCHT you are prompted to press 1 for customer service or 2 for technical support. Literally within three rings you are speaking to the person you need to talk to. You are NOT transferred from department to department or waiting 30 minutes on hold. I have called support several times with various general questions and I am amazed at how fast my calls and questions are answered. I cant say enough good things about their customer support. I would definitely buy from them again. *** J

Worst waste of money ever. Two sets of peeling k*** (took nearly a year, prepandemic and numerous phone calls and emails for the second set). Second failed oven igniter in less than a year. Pilots that constantly click when it's not the burner you're using. *** is so horrific I don't even want to try for another set of k*** or another igniter and hate this appliance so much we're going to purchase a counter top toaster oven until I can destroy this thing with a *** and replace it with something reliable. My husband is a professional sous chef! Don't sell replacement grates 'compatible' with your older models that don't actually work. I can't slide pots around as intended. This company should be put out of business because they're liars and thieves. Literally lying thieves. No one should spend any money with this company.
The tech that came out was super knowledgeable, and he had no problem explaining what he was doing as he worked which was nice (since I was curious). Couldn't recommend them more. Thanks guys!

The help was instant! I called, we switched to video chat and my issue was fixed within 2 minutes! Both the customer service rep and the technician that helped me were super friendly. They actually used a range there in their office to show me how to fix my issue! FANTASTIC!

I wanted something that had good quality without breaking the bank like some of the higher end ranges. I compared between 4-5 brands. Due to the nature of my business, I regularly buy appliances and frequently find myself frustrated with customer service for competing brands. In researching a range for our house, I specifically chose Kucht because of their high ratings in customer service, and I was not disappointed. This is my first Kucht product and we have been thoroughly pleased. The grates and construction are well build, and customer service was wonderful to deal with. from the phone agents to the technician that was flown down to our house in Georgia, we have been very satisfied.
I had read reviews on this Kucht Range and felt it was a good buy while we wee building our new home. Ordered the unit though *** It was shipped directly to our new location and waited in the shipping crate until the proper time to be installed. It was beautiful.But, sometime later we had a problem with the bottom heating element that burned out. I called Kucht and discussed the issue. They were very helpful and shipped the heating element to us. Not knowing that the back wiring was also burned - we thought we could install the element, but, that was not the case. After many calls and delays due to covid they scheduled their in-house (from *** to come and repair the unit. October 6 was a long awaited and exciting date. *** showed up at our door to repair our Kucht range.After many months of calls and correspondence with Kucht *** they scheduled for the repairs. What a pleasure to meet ***. From our first encounter and initial discussion we found him to be very knowledgeable and assured us that he would get the unit fixed. He discussed the problems and explained how they would be repaired. We had a lot of questions and he definitely had the answers and would explain the answers. You just dont run into a Service Man in these times that have even close to that much knowledge and take such pride in the company he works for and their creditability. Believe me, you have a jewel. (I was a Human Resource Director/Risk Manager for years and have hired and fired lots of workers). If I owned a company I would hire him in a heartbeat.Just knowing he is available through your company has given us the security in knowing that if anything further happens you have the Service (***) that can make the repairs happen.We are so grateful for the assistance and repairs - I am now elated that the oven has been repaired and feel fortunate that we have their backing on any issues that *** arise.

Problems with literally any other delivery issue from ***? Hours on the phone. With our Kucht range (which looks great), we had two small issues (one caused by delivery damage, one was the wrong door on the oven). After literally less than 5 minutes on the phone, Kucht resolved the issue immediately, fedexing replacement parts immediately. Their staff knows what to do and does it quickly. Highly recommended!

Notified kucht customer service and was told there in house tech. (Paul) would come out to check the hood, which he did on 10/21 the *** us that hood had a electrical defect and needs to be replaced under warranty. A week later I was contacted by David in customer service that basically it was our fault that it was not working and that they would not cover it. And just a side note Paul the tech. broke the cover off the black box inside unit rather than unscrew the four screws on the cover. I have since tried to contact there Customer "NO-service" with no avail.
I have never had customer service like *** provides! There was never any hesitation about helping me and what I needed was taken care of so fast. Fabulous products and customer service! Sorely lacking these days in so many areas, but not with this company! You can feel confident when you do business with ***.
Bought 48 inch island vent. Had installed by contractors, would not clear smoke from stove top. Called customer service and FaceTimed with the representative. My installers spent 45 mins trying to explain that with all the ducting removed we still had no suction. Was told by the *** it was operating exactly as is it suppose to. Installers tried to explain they do this all the time and its not working. Finally I asked to return the item . When ordered Kutch sent emails and calls thanking us for the order and telling not to go back to Lowes with they would take care of it.. now that I want a refund I was told it was my problem to figure out how to return a 48 inch 100 lbs hood to the store. Terrible customer service no help at all, and now I have a kitchen I cant use since the vent doesnt work
I have never purchased new appliances before and this stove was going to be a big deal in my house as we love to *** and thought this one was a good place to stop as The Vikings were just too much money and we had to also buy a fridge. This one itself was still quite a bit of money... so, we bought it and it arrived and we were ecstatic... until we tried to use it. The left front burner would not click into place and produce a flame. I know... it's a small thing... but when you buy something this great for this much money, you want it to work. You want it to be the work of art that it was touted to be.So, I called Kucht... I could not get anyone thatcould really help me. I finally wrote to their address on the website and someone in charge got a hold of me. He promised that a tech would come down and fix the problem. Of course, there was no tech for about a week. We made a time, my husband and I organized our work schedules and waited for the tech at 3pm. I was called and told the tech would be an hour late. No problem. Then I had to call Kucht because he was two hours late, only to be told that there was a 4-hour delay... OKay. So that brings us to 7 pm. Frankly? It would have allbeen fine but no one called me. And when I called the helpline, the folks working there seem inexperienced with dealing with this sort of thing, they grew frustrating when I wanted to find out a timeline. I mean, no one wants to go full *** here... but it would have helped if Kucht had experienced people working their lines.So, the tech arrived and *** was great... the fix was actually simple, but what I learned from ***, is that there are a ton of flaws with this oven. The ceramic top stains terribly and cannot be fixed... If you spill on this stovetop, and you don't wipe it up quickly with a dry rag, it will leave dull stains on the top that cannot be removed. He also told us that the k*** will get terribly hot, they are working on a fix but until then... so what it sounds like... we are working with a prototype... maybe that's why it's much less money than the Viking? I'm not sure... regardless... if I could do this again, I would go with the Viking or a reputable brand. For this money? I don't want an oven that was hastily and carelessly produced so that wires jostle loose in transport. I don't want an oven that has a ton of manufacturing flaws, I want an oven that I can count on and not have to coddle because it is flawed.Do I sound fed up? I am. This was an expensive item. Hard to deliver, hard to return. WE had to pay extra to have the gas unhooked and hooked up. These are not trivial costs. At this point, I just want this HUGE lemon gone. I want a new stove that works. I want to deal with a company that doesn't give me the runaround. When I called to talk to someone, no one who knew the timing or the scheduling of the tech was available and they gotaudibly frustrated with me. I only wanted to know what a time frame looked like. *** was great... he's doing a great job.Anyway.. a super long-winded way of saying, buy the Viking. Buy the other brands. I simply cannot and will not recommend this company, Kucht. They run you around like they don't care. They promise things they don't do. The guy I spoke to was a nice guy, he said, oh we'll give you a set of cookware. WILL YOU? WHY? Just sell stoves that work and when they don't, fix them quickly with no hesitation. But mainly? Sell a reputable product. *** also told us that he was so busy that day because a shipment of over 400 stoves were sold with the same flaw ours had. So this means 400 stoves with the staining top and hot k*** and loose wires...I cannot tell you how disappointed I am. Again... go for a different brand.Do not recommendthis brand. Sad that thishappened to us. I still have time and we are discussing returning this oven and plopping down even more money one that will actually work and arrive working and that we won't have to coddle because it's riddled with defects.Edited to add, after I left my review with Lowes, I was contacted by *** who promised me the moon, told me he'd find a way to get rid of the weird staining on the stove, would send me a cookware set (for the second time, not needed or wanted but weird) and then i have heard nothing back. I think that this company knows they are selling poorly made items. I think it's too late to ask for my money back plus we are super busy people and we paid a TON of money to unhook and rehook up the gas... I would love to just get rid of this garbage stove and get something else but life is busy and we have already paid so much already to prepare and then install this stove. I just want other people to know should they be contemplating this brand. Don't make the mistake that we did. We are super upset about it!
Kucht personnel are always available to assist or direct your call. My range was delivered in great shape and the only call I have needed to resolve is a few of the silicone "bumpers " under the corners of the grates are missing. Am awaiting placement when they are back in stock. Friendly voices on the phone and an eagerness to help with your satisfaction.

Super disappointed in this oven and company! Our new build kitchen was our dream come true. This was the chance to have the best of everything! We selected the KRG480 oven for its size, versatality, and of course, beauty. Before the oven could really be broke in, (but just out of warranty 2yrs old) the large oven stopped working all together. Everything else worked. We live about 60 miles near *** so it has been a nightmare to find an authorized technician to repair. Kucht technical and customer service provided a bogus list. This list is unvetted and outdated. Not one company has been familiar with the brand. Lessons learned with having any service company come out because once they arrive and get into things, is when the bad news comes, "sorry maam, we dont know how to work on this oven."We have had numerous communications with Kucht corporate to help but so far, no avail. Therefore, I would rank, Kucht, with a one star because this has been going on for over a year. Word to the wise, think twice about buying from this company.

Yesterday, my husband and I were assisted by your skilled colleague, a technician, to fix an issue with our range hood. This Kucht range hood is a standout feature in our newly-renovated kitchen. It's not only visually appealing but also performs its function exceptionally well. It was unfortunate that it required servicing shortly after installation. The technician responded to my call for help 2 weeks ago and promptly addressed our problem. Over the past 2 weeks, he kept us updated on the service progress. His dedication to being helpful and efficient is commendable, and I am grateful for his efforts. The technician was both friendly and professional. He called ahead, provided an estimated arrival time, and was punctual. He identified the problem and took all necessary steps to fix it, even when it meant bringing in additional tools to complete the task. We are thankful for the exceptional service provided. I extend my thanks for the excellent work done on our Kucht range hood, making it perfect. Your prompt and courteous resolution of our issue is greatly appreciated. I wish the technician continued success in his future tasks.

If I could provide less than 1 star, I would.We purchased a gas range from Kucht via *** back in February and it never did work properly. The temperature of the oven was always off by about 50-75 degrees. We called the company and they said it was caused by our thermometer, which they did send a replacement out and we replaced. It still did not resolve the issue. So we called back and they scheduled a technician to come out because they said the "real" reason for this issue was because our thermometer was located on the top of the inside of the oven, where it should have been on the side of the inside of the oven.The technician came out and moved the thermometer to the side of the inside of the oven and also calibrated our oven to ensure that it made it to the appropriate temperature. He also stated that our oven was a first-run production model and wasn't built properly, hence the thermometer being located in the wrong location. We also weren't aware that we had a "broil" option because the *** that came with our oven didn't have the "broil" option on it. The technician called and had that sent out to our location, which we did receive. Not even a week later, our oven fell out of calibration again so we called, yet again, and they scheduled him to come out again for his second visit.During his second visit, he recalibrated the oven again and used "LockTight" glue to keep the ***/calibration in place. He told us to wait 48 hours before using the oven to allow the glue to settle. That worked well for us anyway because we were leaving for vacation. Upon returning from vacation, my wife began to prepare dinner and the *** snapped off (so we cannot use the oven at all; stovetop, yes, but oven, no). We called the technician and he said something along the lines of "Be honest. You turned the *** the wrong way, didn't you? That only can happen if you do that." By this point, we've had the oven for 4 months and know how to use it; it wasn't due to us turning it the wrong direction. The technician said he would speak to his Office Manager and the *** and we should expect a call back the following Monday.No call came through on Monday, so we called and left a voicemail. Tuesday we weren't getting a call again, so we called the technician and he said he had to speak to his Office Manager again anyways (because a corporate deal fell through because their products were "too complicated", if that wasn't a red flag enough!) and would tell him to call us. We actually did get a call back from the Office Manager and, after telling him the full story (he was only aware of our thermometer issues), he said he would speak with their *** department to see what can be done and would call us back by end-of-day. Never got a call. I've called everyday since and left voicemails for the Office Manager and the ***, but not a word back.We've finally resorted to calling *** (where we ordered the oven and, subsequently, their refrigerator through). We are still within their return period and we are returning *** of our Kucht products and going with another company. The way we have been treated and neglected speaks volumes as to how this company operates. Per the technician, they're newer and trying to get their name out there. Though my wife absolutely loved the aesthetics of their products, they do not provide any sort of quality product nor do they care about their customers' satisfaction. If you are in the market, *** do *** purchase Kucht products. I PROMISE that you will be disappointed in either the quality of the product itself or the customer service you'll receive thereafter.

Sell a reputable product. *** also told us that he was so busy that day because a shipment of over 400 stoves were sold with the same flaw ours had. So this means 400 stoves with the staining top and hot k*** and loose wires...I cannot tell you how disappointed I am. Again... go for a different brand.Do not recommendthis brand. I still have time and we are discussing returning this oven and plopping down even more money one that will actually work and arrive working and that we won't have to coddle because it's riddled with defects.Edited to add, after I left my review with Lowes, I was contacted by *** who promised me the moon, told me he'd find a way to get rid of the weird staining on the stove, would send me a cookware set (for the second time, not needed or wanted but weird) and then i have heard nothing back. I think that this company knows they are selling poorly made items. I think it's too late to ask for my money back plus we are super busy people and we paid a TON of money to unhook and rehook up the gas... I would love to just get rid of this garbage stove and get something else but life is busy and we have already paid so much already to prepare and then install this stove. Purchased range on June 5, 2023 from Lowe's. Range delivered on June 13th already prepped for propane. Did not use the oven until several weeks later. When using the oven the outside of the range was extremely hot and one could not touch it without getting burned. Complaint filed with their customer care dept. Spoke with Paul, he sent out insulation for the knob area. Had a discussion with Paul several times, was somewhat condescending, finally his supervisor called and explained the process. She also told me that I was outside of the 60-day limit for replacement which my initial complaint was the 3rd week of July (I believe) and I spoke with her within the first few days in August, still well within the 60-day limit. They sent out a technician and he tried several corrections and none worked. The outside of the unit is still extremely hot and one can get burned. I cannot use this appliance around the grandchildren at all.
Desired outcome: I want them to remove this defective appliance and return my purchase price.

The service guy came out the first time and didn't have any parts that he needed Then he came out a second time with only some parts and since he didn't have all the parts he rigged my stove. All the burners still were not working right so he came out a third time and he said he was going to send me all the parts I can do it myself and they never came. I called the store numerous times and they kept saying that they were going to make good for it and they never did I video chat with them and show them the problem so they sent me two parts which does not complete the repair of my stove and said they're not gonna help me anymore. The stove has never worked right I have called so many times on it

I purchased a Kucht oven 3 years ago and the U-Burner was damaged over time by the igniter being set up too close in it's proximity. The faulty original set up led to the igniter actually melting and deforming the u-burner, and eventually burning a hole through it. Since the damage was caused by Kucht's faulty set-up, and not a product breaking down over time, I feel they should replace the parts at their cost and not mine. I will handle the labor cost/time. I already purchased a new igniter from Kucht 3 weeks ago, but that arrived inoperable a well. They first offered to do so, then retracted that offer and have now been unresponsive to the issue.

It’s insane that a stove only lasts 3 years anymore. What the heck? I’d like a Kucht but with the igniter issues and the lack of responsiveness, plus the short lifespan, I may as well go with a cheap model and just plan to buy 3 of them over the course of 3 years. I purchased Kucht KRH3010A 30" Professional Series Wall Mounted Range Hood with 900 CFM, Remote Control, 4 Speed LCD Switch from appliances connection because it was advertised as having a remote control. It was placed in the garage & waited for the time to install it. When the time came to install it, the contractor asked where the remote control was. It turned out that it didn't come with one. The contractor had to install it at that time in order to avoid additional delays. I reached out to appliances connection on their website, but no response. Then I called & left a message, no response. I called today & was put on hold while they contacted Kucht. It turns out their range hoods no longer have remotes. I pointed out to them that the remote is still listed as a feature by *** Sales, and kucht.ca, among many others.

kucht ranges have igniters that stay sparking or will not ignite at all, but mostly they stay on forever or a long time. they diminish or go off sometimes if you turn on other burners. i spent 5k on this range. they continue to say it is because i get them dirty. lol no other range in the world makes you continually pull your burners apart to clean them, they hav manufactured a bad design flaw and will not admit it or improve them. they face time you and say here's how YOU do it. this is on every unit they have sold. I have had them replaced completely the first time under warrant by their local repair people. they were baffled when even that did not fix it. they sent out their factory rep who cleaned them and they worked fine for a week. they will not admit they have a problem. like the Emperors clothing. i want this problem fixed permanently pick it up and give me my money back, which they refuse to do. they say its my problem. viking, wolf and all other high end manufacturers do not have this problem. my friends and dinner guests make fun of me for spending this much for a range that is always malfunctioning. it is ridiculous and needs to be resolved.I had to purchase an additional 3yr warranty from them because now they want to charge for service visits that accomplish nothing.

Purchased a brand new 6 burner cooktop with a flattop grill. The cooktop costs over $2500, one would think that with a purchase this large all the burners would work, and the company would be helpful if not. Boy was I wrong. The flattop portion of the cooktop has never worked, due to the fact that the wrong knobs were sent to me. The *** that was sent, does not work the cooktop, so I cannot turn it on, or adjust it. I contacted the company immediately, and spoke to Arnold there. He assured me he was going to send me new knobs immediately. 2 weeks go by, and no knobs. I call back, get a female, and she sends out a set of knobs, because Arnold just lied to me... but they are wrong again. I call back, get Arnold again, he apologizes and is very nice. Says he will set up a Video chat, and see what is wrong. 2 weeks later, nothing, no video chat no communication. I have to call back, and this time I inform him that I am going to file with the ComplaintsBoard.com if not resolved. He assured me it would be taken care. He even gives me a *** tracking number that he says was for the knobs coming to me. I check the number a few days later. And it is a fake number. I honestly think the stovetop was manufactured wrong. And they are now trying to hide it, and not tell people. At this point I have paid over 2500 for a stovetop that does not work. And the customer service is so bad they just repeatedly lie to you. I almost find the whole thing comical.

When we bought the refrigerator, it was delivered with a dented door. We took pictures and communicated with Kucht and they have never addressed it. Most recently, we reached out to them about the refrigerator making noises. They said they'd be out friday, moved it to Tuesday, came out and said we have a fan issue. They took a couple days to get the fan and after my wife complained multiple times, they agreed to come out friday. Our refrigerator stopped working thursday night into friday morning. Technician arrived and said, there's a bigger problem (without opening the fridge...) saying he thinks it's the motherboard. I asked him to put in the fan and he wouldn't do it as it was a 2 hour operation and if the owner was going to provide a new refrigerator..., he didn't want to put the new part in a refrigerator return. He then said he didn't know what would be done, but he wanted to talk with the owner, Nick. Technician committed that he and Nick would call me that night so we could figure it out. I had to call customer service (we've called no less than 20x over the last year and not had any success), and I could not get into a conversation with the owner, Nick. The agent shared that Nick would call before he left. No call as usual. I did share with them that I would be filing a complaint here if he didn't and I'd likely get a lawyer involved. I also talked with the technician while he was here asking if he works weekends and if, once we talked with Nick, he could come back and fix the refrigerator and he said yes. My wife and I went out last night and spent $550 so that we didn't lose $400 of food.
