David came out to check my air conditioner today. He was very calm and respectful during his time in my home. He checked with my comfort level before entering my house which is very important during these crazy times. He thoroughly explained my options, helping me weigh the pros and cons of a big decision. David didn't pressure me either way but let me come to my decision on my own. I was a pest asking lots of questions and David was very patient and answered all of them.

Coolair has always been wonderful to us. They even allow me to chose the Technician I prefer to enter my home. I have had David as our technician since 2018. Hes courteous, wears his booties, gloves and now because of the pandemic Face Mask. We see him every 6 months and every time he has a new life experience to share. So uplifting. You can tell he LOVES his job and his employers. David you are a wonderful Technician and I give kudos to your superiors, their leadership reflects on your work performance. God Bless

Had Cool air install a totally brand new AC inside and out. The unit started to fail within six weeks. After 13 visits and countless hours of aggravation, they finally got it to work properly. The reason for my review is to warn potential customers that this company does not treat their clients with decency or respect. Besides installing the AC incorrectly and always having excuses as to why the last crew didn't get it straightened out and working properly, the owners treated us horribly. I would recommend steering clear of Cool Air. They will deliver more headaches than solutions.

I am Real Estate Agent here in SWFL. I have met a lot of AC Technicians who will promise you the world and will not fulfill their promise. I met David on a service call. My unit was frozen and I had a choice of whether repair or replace. I went with the latter after speaking to Forrest (General Manager) who gave me an amazing price. David went above and beyond to acquire my business. Not only am I a COOLAIR customer, but whenever a Client of mine is in need of a good AC company I will surely refer them to COOLAIR FT MYERS. If it were possible to provide a review of more than 5 stars, I would certainly do so. My experience with EVERYONE at Cool Air has been an exemplary display of exactly how a business ought to be run. I had a disastrous situation from a different company (that will remain anonymous) and called on Cool Air to remedy the situation. From the moment they arrived they were professional, courteous, kind, knowledgeable, and forthcoming with everything that I needed to undertake to replace my AC unit. I am exceptionally grateful to everyone who made this purchase easy and worry-free. You were all so amazing to me and treated my home as if it were your own. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

A great company! Our tech Danny was responsive and informative about Everything. He was at our house 2 days in a row, on a Monday morning our AC started blowing warm air. Danny arrived and assessed the issue and was able to get our system running but also informed us that it might not last as our unit was older, and he was 100% correct and less than a day later it started blowing warm air again. Danny returned again the following day and was very helpful and knowledgable about having to replace our AC. Danny ensured it was cost effective and got us a great deal! I would reccomend this company and specifically Danny to anyone and everyone who is having an AC issue. He and cool air are top notch!

I have been using this company since December when I bought my house. I had a problem with my upstairs heating. David came out and diagnosed the issue very quickly. Turns out when the newer air handler was installed it didn't come with a heating unit. Fast forward to now and my upstairs unit had a leak. Since they were 2003 models, I got a quote and bought 2 new unit sets and some nest thermostats. Danny from coolair came out and was very professional and knowledgeable. I will be using him mainly now to maintain my systems. Also, I would like to acknowledge how professional, fast, and helpful the install crew was. Throughout this process everyone has been extremely helpful. Thank you to coolair and all staff. You guys have been a lifesaver.

When I was charged $1,200.00 ( discounted to $960.00 because I paid for a service contract) and their service techs were on site a total of 4 hours, I told them it was too high as they quote $150.00 per hour. They said to replace the coil on an AC unit is a flat rate of $1,200.00. I asked from where the flat rate prices arc obtained. I was told none of my business. Obviously , not an industry standard just one they make up. I told them I wanted to know how they get their pricing. None of my business, they have hidden company costs, office time to submit warranty claims, warehouse costs, deposits for warranty items, vehicle cost., etc. Isn't that what the $150.00 per hourly rate is designed to cover? Said none of my business. BEWARE of their creative billing practices.

We just had a ductless split air conditioning unit by Coolair, out of Ft. Myers, installed.
Between our initial visit, installation, and a requested informational visit we dealt with several people: David, Carlos, Fidel and the installers Carlos and William. My husband and I are very impressed with all these gentlemen.
They were polite, friendly and the installers didn't "dilly dally" around; they went right to work and answered any questions that came up for us.
They were all excellent representations of the good in America at this disturbing time in our country's history.
We love our Mitsibushi unit that we purchased from them. It's unbelievably quiet and It quickly makes our hot lanai a comfortable temperature.
I highly recommend this company and the Mitsibushi unit.

CoolAir Conditioning is a reliable, expedient air conditioning company that I would recommend to anyone in their service area. I called at 7:45pm at night for repairs and had a technician, David, at my home within 30 minutes. They did not charge me any extra fee for the late night service. David was very personable on the phone and even more pleasant to communicate with in person. He assessed the problem and although he didn't have all the parts on his truck he needed, he was resourceful and figured out a way to complete the repair without having to return. He showed me videos and pictures during and after the repair and did a great job explaining the issues and what he was doing to fix the problem. This is a trustworthy company, and I recommend using them for all your AC needs. Renee

My wife set up an appointment to meet a Technician from Coolair in order to get an estimate on a new unit. I was not comfortable with this meeting taking place and me not being present. However, David made her feel really comfortable. Infact, as he was leaving my wife called me to tell me about the pricing he had given her and was willing to talk to email me and discuss with me everything that the job would entail. More importantly she described him as a genuine man and she would be comfortable doing business with Coolair. We purchaced a new unit. The install crew was just as remarkable Juan and Fernando laid down tarps on our floors and made sure to clean up after themselves once they were done. This company has earned my respect and business. Highly recommend to anyone in need of an AC

I have been looking for a good, honest and reliable AC company ever since I moved to Cape Coral. I looked up on Google and found CoolAir. They did not disappoint. They first had manager confirm the appointment. Then they called 30 minutes prior to their arrival. Whats best was their Technicians David Diaz and Fidel (who is in training) that attended to my air conditioning needs. I know my unit is old and one day it will need to be replaced. David made me aware of my ac condition, but was honest and just simply told me to prepare myself for when the day comes. I was expecting a technician that would try to get me to do the upgrade NOW. Because of their honesty I guarantee that when that day comes I WILL be doing business with CoolAir, I may even do it sooner since they have a wonderful Financing option of NO interest for 2 years. Thank you Coolair and Thank you David and Fidel for being 100% honest with me and my husband. Hard to find good companies these days.

CoolAir is an AAA+++ company. With an unexpected failure of my air conditioning and unpleasant experience with other companies I was left with a failed system twice in two days. I was lucky to be referred to this company. I was honored to first meet David. He is incredible! He has a level of professionalism, honesty and caring you know you can trust. On a moments notice He went above and beyond to do whatever it took to have a new unit installed for me within hours on the Friday of a holiday weekend. The other part of this amazing team are Carlos and William. Two more professional, kind people that worked hard in extreme heat to get this done. They have an expertise at what they do and wasted no time. During all of this I was given nothing but the utmost respect and understanding from everyone. It felt like I had family here to help me out of a difficult situation. Their main concern was to be sure I had what I needed...from the first introduction through the evening phone call to be sure everything is going well. Words are hard to find to express the level that this company rises to. I can't Thank you enough!

Many, many thanks to Cool Air for the above and beyond service and support provided to my 95 year old Mom went her 20+ year old HVAC system stopped working this past Thursday, July 30. One of the hottest days this season. The contractor that routinely serviced her system was not willing or able to provide cooling air before Monday or Tuesday, i.e., today, August 4. After spending all day Friday with no AC, we started calling new contractors. Luckily for us, Cool Air responded and had their Service Tech Danny contact us. To make a long story shorter, Danny was just outstanding! He ensured we had AC working by mid-morning Saturday and throughout the weekend. He ensured we had a new system installed by mid-day yesterday, Monday! He followed up with us throughout the entire process to be sure we were comfort and happy with the process. So, to Cool Air's ownership and management, thank you for your approach to service in a very competitive field. This is the first time ever I have written a review (good or bad) regarding a company and their service. After my experience with CoolAir Conditioning, Inc., I knew had to do something to let others know of this phenomenal organization. My 13-year old air conditioning unit stopped working last week and I was horrified! Not only because of not having any a/c but knowing I was going to have to call an air conditioning company! With all the horror stories on TV about those companies who are only out to scam you; and me, not knowing anything about the workings of the system, I was "prime picking" for some unsavory company. I went to ComplaintsBoard.com's website and found CoolAir's rating. It was wonderful. I then went to CoolAir's website and was very impressed by that as well. I could not be happier with Dave and Richard who made the initial visit to check everything out and to speak with me. They were friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and honest. No high pressure at all. I decided to have the entire system replaced. The installers, Josh and Devin, were everything one could hope for. They were two hard working individuals! They too, were very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. After the installation was completed they cleaned up everything nicely. The next day, I received a call from Dave asking how everything was, how the installation went and to let me know if there was ever a problem or anything he could do for me...just call him. He thanked me and welcomed me to the "CoolAir Family". I could not be happier for the choice I made. I highly recommend this company.
