Kelvinator twin tub KI150TTB
Machine bought from Lewis Bredasdorp: April 2021.
Problems:
1. Faulty Pump replaced during June 2021.
2. Persistent airlocks in pipes between spinner and pump, during June to September 2021, prevent spinning from working as water is not sucked out during spinning. Resulting in overheating of spinner.

Good day,
I bought a 15kg twintub from Lewis Store in Christiana North West Province in September 2020, after 3 days I took it back because it did'nt drain nor did the spinner work properly, they replaced it, after two months the same thing happened, They wanted to send it away to be fixed, but I did not have transport to take it in as I am staying on a farm, its really getting bad still struggling with the drainage and spinner, this is the WORST product I have ever purchased.
I will appreciate it if you could assit ASAP

Bought this appliance 4 years ago and now has a gas leak between outer and inner casing which are leaving me speechless is there anyone willing to assist me in getting this sorted out as u don't buy refrigerators every 4 years as these are supposed to last for longer than 4 years i paid R10999 for this 4 door appliance and can someone get back to me with a solution of getting it again in working condition.

I purchased a Kelvinator Oven from Game Stores in City View - Durban in 2015. On Saturday the 14/07/18, my Kelvinator oven glass shattered completely while I was busy in the kitchen. I was confused as to how the tempered glass could shatter, especially since I purchased it three years ago. The glass shattered onto me and in every corner in my kitchen! I was just very lucky that I was not seriously injured. The outer layer of glass on the door shattered and the inner one remains intact. I believe that there is a factory fault on this oven and I would appreciate Kelvinator investigating this further. I have kept the glass pieces for Kelvinator to inspect.

for broken ice door of kelvinator fridge (model, kgp 183/ 2009 180 litres)
it is hard to believe that such a pathetic service is given by
kelvinator. Complained on 19 june ( [protected] (prefixed state capital
code)) for broken ice door of kelvination fridge (Model KGP 183/ 2009,
180 litres) received reference number RAN [protected] have given me a
very bad experience. Next day i recieved a phone call form the service
centre i told them my primary requirement is to change the ice door
but without ice door they visited, supposed to be mechanic, changed
the sensor and with service charge they charged 1178.75 rs and took
the broken ice door with them as sample to replace soon. after one
week i called them no one picked the phone after some day i called to
the service engineer hakim whose number was attached with sms, he
told me that he had left the job, next day i called the person who has
visited, he told he is in eid holiday contact office, i called to the
office several times, later he picked my call, he said tiil date
order is not placed as every one is on leave.he told that he will call
me to inform after two day, but i got no response.
Again i complained (RAN [protected]), again i recieved call fro the
same service centre, again he assure me to give the ice door within
one week, but no response, after one week i called him again, but he
crossed the limit talking nonsense.

everything, he assured to solve the matter within a week, but till
date no reponse

Good Day
On 05/02/ 2016, I purchased a Kelvinator Oven and Stove from Game Stores Pietermaritzburg. On Tuesday the 16/05/17, my Kelvinator oven glass shattered and the right front plate broke. We had used the oven during the day so it startled me as to how the glass could suddenly shatter into a million pieces (especially since the stove is just over a year old).
My wife and daughter were present as the stove during this time and I am grateful that they were not injured due to the glass projectile.
This is the inner layer of glass which is supposedly tempered glass and shatterproof. I have kept the glass pieces for Kelvinator to inspect.
I believe that there is a factory fault on this stove and oven and I would appreciate Kelvinator investigating this further.

Terrible Service
So i bought a KD12MM1 dishwasher in November 2014 and loved it! We recently moved and it was pointed out to us that the machine is rusted inside. When I emailed Kalvinator they sent out someone to come and look at it. I then followed up a week later as I have not heard anything, only to be told that the guy's findings were that "it is only dirty and can be washed". So I sent them an email saying that the response is incorrect and I am not satisfied. The same guy then came out again and washed the dishwasher! Well, needless to say it is still rusted and apparently Kelvinator will do anything to get out of the guarantee. So I followed their advise and used it even though it is rusted. Wel, the machine stopped working halfway through the cycle and water started coming out the bottom of the machine, probably because the thing is rusted and the water is leaking out!
hey my mom bought a Klevinator fridge via games in 2013 and even took out a warranty on this fridge. Games called Klevinator and they sent out two technicians However they still didnt sort out the problem and now cause the warranty is ending soon they have been telling her they will send another technician BUT whats the sense has they can not seem to sort out the problem. They are incompetent and deliver poor sevice
Trays/baskets rusting
Bought dishwasher February 2012. Started using it a month later. In January 2015 I noticed the bottom tray started rusting and shortly after that the top tray as well. I lodged a complaint with Kelvinator. Somebody phoned back and told me that I should have used cleaning tablets in that specific model. I used the normal dishwasher salt, rinse aid and dishwashing powder. This was not specified on the packaging or in the accompanying leaflets and instruction manual of this machine. My common sense tells me that the plastic covering the metal of the baskets can't handle the heat the machines element generates. Thus getting brittle, breaking and with the water inside rusts away. I want to buy new baskets now but after two requests the ignore my question of how long the new baskets will last and what exactly I should use in this machine. These baskets are costly, I can't replace them every 3 years. And Kelvinators Logo: "Kelvinator is for Keeps". They should really get a different logo - it is not the truth.
Am in the same boat ... will not but Kelvinator again

Stove
Stove oven door hinges not up to standard since I bought the stove. Bought the stove from DionWired Nelspruit October 2010. Using my oven only December 2010 and realized that the hinges on the oven were faulty. Complained to Kelvinator in February 2011 but they only logged the call in April 2011. They send out there local agents and they visited my place 3 times and everytime the hinges were wrong. In August 2011 the agent collected the stove, had it for a week, returned the stove with the new hinges on the stove. With delivery I complained about the state of my stove, the gas heads were bend, the stove gave me electrical shocks. I phoned the agent and they confirmed that they will request a replacement from Kelvinator. Following up on the affairs with my stove I discovered that the agents closed down. Sent an email to Kelvinator with my complains and the only thing they replied was that the fault was logged in April and they are looking into the problem. End of their story! I urgently need help as this appliance did not cost me a few cents and I cannot use the appliance!
Faulty washing mashines
Have bought a 14kg twintub washing mashine from best home and electric in secunda the 1st one was faulty on delivery after a week of struggel they have replaced it with a new one 2 months after that the mashine os faulty again know they dont want to replace it with a other make because i dont want kelvinator anymore already have probels with the produck 2 times in 2 months are best home and electric selling second hand goods ? as new

Function stopped by 2009. An authorised service centre viz, cool line engineering, nh road, alamcode, bill no 267 dated 25 may 09. Who charged rs1601.00 after reparing, because guarantee time was over, but it could function only five days and stopped thereafter . When i contacted the servicing centre they informed ''compressor must have failed ... So, that to be changed'' again i have to pay rs 3500.00 additional for one year guarantee replacement compressor .Is it possible for getting a new by replacing ?

Problem in Kelvinator Refrigerator
We have purchased one refrigerator from Chavi Enterprises Birhana Road Kanpur on 15th April 2010 against bill no.81.
While opening the door the below bottle rack front frame falls down, I have given two complaint.

I purchased kelivnator refreigerator from city electronic on 4/06/07. This refreigerator not woking propely from first day. I intimate kelvinator service center on 9/06/07. Complain no. - WEF07F090139. I made lot of phone calls to their service centre but today till date no postive response from their side.
Service Centre Executive gave me lot of phone numbers and i made all calls to their dealing hand every one says aaj-kal---- but their is no postive response

Delaying in Replacement of Refrigerator

I already wasted my 3 months in waiting for replacement till now they are asking some more times to wait.please try to guide me ..
I had purchased a kelvinator refrigerator Model No: KHP 214 SH, Serial No: [protected], Compressor No: [protected] on 20th July 2009 Bill No: 17727 from Swan Soni Appliances Pvt Ltd Branch Office 4-1-828/B, J.N Road, Beside Ramakrishna Cinema main gate, Abids, Hyderabad, Phone: 040-[protected], which is an Authorized Dealer of Kelvinator. When we start using the refrigerator there has been sound coming from the refrigerator we think that it’s a normal which we initially did not view seriously but by using day by day sound get increased. When we called customer care through dealer on 29th August 09, they have taken the complaint and give complaint No- HYD [protected] but after that nobody has turned up I reported the complaint to my dealer Later I call to customer care number [protected] to which I have reported the matter five times since 29th August 09, but the problem is not rectified.
1. One service agent did visit on 2nd September 09 and said that the compressor needs to be changed
2. Another service agent did visit on 13th September 09 and said same thing that the compressor needs to be changed
3. Another service agent did visit on 23rd September 09 and said same thing that the compressor needs to be changed, but number of days has passed after that but no further action has taken place.
4. On 26th September 09 two service agents did visit from Srinivas Electrical Appliances H. No: 3-3-1008, Opp, Ranga Stores, Kuthibiguda, Koti, Hyderabad-500027, Ph: 040-[protected]. They replaced the compressor and given the Service Challan Note No: 373, but they failed to solve the problem again the sound coming and I talked to their Senior Technician. He said that he will visit and check the problem on the next day but he fails to come.
After that I make a call to customer care on 29th September 09 and I have reported the matter and request them to replace the refrigerator as I am not satisfied with the service which they have taken the complaint and give another complaint No- HYD [protected] and since that problem is not rectified. And on 7th October 09 one technician visit and took the Xerox copies of the required documents and said that I will talk to the manager about this problem and on 15th October 09 another technician visit and check the condition of refrigerator.
I said him that after replacing the compressor I am getting the same old sound problem as well as cooling is not getting well and when I am taking out the ice-tray from the freezer I got Electric shock by touching the ice-tray and the technician also noticed it very well he said that it’s a normal Electric problem every refrigerator have this much of shock when you touch the body of it and took the document copies and ask me to write a request letter to the company and I will hand over to the manager for further proceed.
The details of my complaints are given below.

This is to inform you that undersigned purchased a Electrolux Kelvinator WASHY TALKY washing machine model no. 760FXZWT sl.no.[protected] vide Invoice- cum challan no.490/ 02-03 dated 30.11.02 from BOMBAY AGENCIES, BENACHITY, DURGAPUR-13, WEST BENGAL .
The said machine while washing it stopped suddenly in the month of march-09.I approached the BOMBAY AGENCIES and they gave me a phone no. But there was no response.Afterwards I got a number [protected] and contacted them on 08.6.09 and some person visited our house and said that some parts are unservicable and it is to be procured. Still ther is no favourable reply from that end.
I am 63 years of age nd undergone Bypass Surgery on 30.6.09. and my wife also aged. Without machine we feel uneasy in day to day life.
