Your website stinks. Whoever designed it should be fired immediately. Not user friendly. Not easy to find anything. I should be able to go into my business account, see all of my machines and all services, invoices and supplies in an easy fashion. Do yourself a favor and check out the IPS Global website. www.ipslaserexpress.com. Learn from it. That is how websites and accounts should be set up. Talking to customer service is a joke. Nothing is ever resolved. You should be embarrassed.

I call technical support on the 03/10/2023. This was to assist me connect scanner to my desktop. The lady I spoke to had no clue what she was doing and was a bit rude. I have had brilliant technical support from xerox several time.

I have tried to email numerous times but got no response. I have yet to be satisfied with any printing that I have done.
Can I firstly please be compensated for the amount of toner and 'inks' that I used whilst me machine actually had a manufacturing fault. If you check my account you will see the amount of calls I made and support I was given which involved me using my machine when it was screwing the paper up. Eventually a technician was sent out and it was discovered that there was actually a manufacturing fault with it.
I use my printer just on occasions to help with hobbies and have yet to be happy with the quality. The printing is not bold/clear, rather it is faint. Could this be a lack of 'ink' / toner or is there something else I should be doing?
I would very much appreciate a reply to both my questions as currently I am one very dissatisfied customer.

Since November 2022, we have been trying to get support to connect our Advanced hole punch option fixed. To reiterate what others said, we called and called and then they told us we did not have a service contract. Funny, we paid thousands of dollars for our equipment, had a service man come out when it was first installed and now we have to have a new service contract. The equipment worked well and then we weren't in the office for two years and drivers are not connecting. What a hassle! Had I known this, I would have purchased a Canon machine.

I have had the run around for over 3 months needing help connecting my device and today someone finally helped me.
I then got transferred to collections and some immature, incompetent person argued, didn't let me finish speaking and hung up on me. Before that the owner of my company got on the phone wanting to cancel with you guys because of the lack of help. The question was, what do we pay for?" That couldn't even be answered!

I have had a personal Xerox printer/scanner in my home (used for both personal and work purposes) for at least 3 years that I generally love, but gives me plenty of tech issues. I can usually solve it myself, but now my printer has stopped connecting to WiFi, and I cannot find a working solution after scouring the internet for hours. Tech support will not assist because I do not have a contract or warranty. If I want support I have to pay $25! I am not asking for someone to come out and fix my machine, I just want someone to assist me to fix a single problem. In at least 3 years of owning this machine that has had many tech issues, I have contacted support only once.

I bought this printer for personal use. Since buying it last year I have been unable to use it as it was screwing the paper up. I made 2 phone calls for technical support and whilst I was happy with the service I still didn't have a printer I could use. A technician came out yesterday and I am happy to say that I now have a working printer that doe snot screw all my paper up. This was a manufacturing issue so I was wondering if I can claim anything for the ink that I have wasted trying to sort the issue out. It is expensive and as yet I have not used any successfully.

Xerox Phaser 6510
We have a broken-down Phaser 6510, and have been waiting three weeks for support. We have contacted support several times to get the machine "registered" but nobody in relevant department is responding. So we are trying all avenues to contact Xerox, including a third party complaints handler.
We have now been without a printer for three weeks which, as a business, is now a critical issue. We paid good money for this printer, it is under warranty and therefore unacceptable to leave us without any support.
If someone could please escalate this or get back to me with a support reference, it would be greatly appreciated.

Leased xerox copier for your business.
We have had MULTIPLE issues with this copier since we received it several years ago. MULTIPLE maintenance issues. We have asked for a new maching in the past and were told they would just send maintenance. The last maintenance issue last week was the repair person left saying it was fixed and left. The machine was not fixed and was worse than before he "fixed" it. When calling customer service to tell them to send him right back as he just left less than 2 minutes ago we were told "sorry he is going to another repair appt" I told customer service that he is literally still in our parking lot and he left and did NOT fix our machine. She said we will have to wait until he is done with the appt he is on the way to now. UNACCEPTABLE! When he did come back he said "the document feeder is broken and can't be fixed this is as good as it gets". Pretty much saying sorry can't fix it and left. Again, UNACCEPTABLE so here we are paying money for a lease on a machine that does not meet our work load or expectations and I guess we are just supposed to be ok with it. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I called Xerox simply looking for a part. The service I received was so awful it reached the point of insanity.
I spoke to at least 8 different persons, and every one of them basically said my department doesn't handle parts. I even spoke to 2 different parts/inventory departments.
Finally, I asked to speak to a supervisor and AGAIN was put on hold and again left there to die on the line.
I am frustrated and SHOCKED! I have been dealing with XEROX for many years and have known it to be a terrific company. The customer service I received today is very much outdated. And Xerox has definitely fallen from the top.

First of all I want you to know I love your doughnuts, my staff love them and the company I work for I know many people love them too.
Perfect treats for Birthdays or just that pick me up you need.
A few weeks ago there was never any doughnuts there, after a couple fo weeks I asked memeber of staff why not selling them any more even though space on shelf. I was told and I kid you not, "only 1 person can use the fryer to cook them and he is off sick for weeks and soon he is also on a 2 week holiday" yes you heard that right only 1 person can cook the doughnuts. So for about 6/8 weeks there was no doughnuts being sold at the store.

I drove past this very large banner on outside fence showing me your fresh doughnuts for only 50p! I go in the store and there is none. Purely out of interest I asked a bakery member of staff where are the doughnuts and do you know what the response was? "sorry not enough staff to make them today" I just laughed and walked away.
Bakery and Store manager seriously need to address this issue. 16 billion pound turnover company who relies on one member of staff to fry doughnuts with no cover, it is ridiculous. What ever happened to team work and staff members covering each others jobs.
Interested in seeing response, there may be a good reason that I can not think of, I doubt it though.

OMMGG! such a huge amount of different... why? you guys gonna tell me its peak hour izzit? its even peak hour to UBER service also... if previously the fare for short distance was RM3 or RM4 but now its RM7 to RM10... why? just because a lot people choose grab service now so you trying to take advantage on us izzit? Don't buy a Xerox scanner if you want to keep using it on the latest windows OS. I have a Xerox Documate 262 scanner that I bought maybe 4 years ago. I recently changed over to Windows 10 from Windows 7 and got a message that the driver was no good. So I went to the Xerox site and looked for a Windows 10 driver. None was listed so I called Xerox customer support where the tech representative informed me that Xerox was not going to update the driver for Windows 10 and advissed me to convert back to Windows 7! Seems that this Xerox tail wants to wag the big Microsoft dog.They then informed me that it was too much trouble for an organization their size to update drivers for discontinued models. I informed them that it was also a lot of trouble for me to pay $500+ for a scanner that they decided to obsolete. They then offered me a 20% discount on a new Xerox scanner and of course I would be elated to purchase another future obsolete product from them Not! So if you would like to buy a soon to be obsolete product from an organization the obviously deserves to be even smaller -- and seems to be earning that right -- please buy yourself a Xerox scanner. Maybe even this one.

Well I was hired on back in 2009, and I went in with the understanding during my interview with Xerox, not the staffing agency which I had to go through so I can work at the call centre, so back what I was saying, during the interview, I was told that I would be hired on a Xerox employee after one year, providing I have good stats, as well not missing too many days.
our goal is according to the interviewer to me was, it is Xerox goal to convert new contractors after the first year, I worked there for 5 and half years, never missed a day, did not take a vacation day, and had very high stats.
The only problem was I did not get hired within my department, GDO. and when I tried to questions them about it, I get a call without notice my agency telling me not to go to work as I was FIRED.
Over 100 plus other people are still there some as long as 6 years waiting for the day they get converted, and they too were told the same lie that was said to me, and make it better, the new hires as of June 19 2015, were also told the same line.
This call centre here in Saint John NB, miss-represents itself to the many job seekers, and when you get hired, you get to sign the very famous STANDARD FORM CONTRACT, which would give Xerox the rights to fire you anytime any reason or better yet no reason, you could be there 1 month to 15 years and they still can just make a simple phone call to the agency and they will call you and fire you, and they will say that the decision was based on the agency, but in fact it was Xerox, and when they fire you, you will soon learn more about that famous contract and its many clauses, and Xerox would put in another order for new contractors meaning job seekers who have no idea what there about to get into, right now this day being Aug 8 2015, I have seen 11 different ads from three different agencies looking to hire people for Xerox GDO.
So why would Xerox convert me, its easier for them to fire me, and they did that on June 19th, they fired me for no reason all because I ask for a meeting with the head of GDO, which makes me so sick, knowing that these people meaning two people within the management department of GDO, could call my agency and say FIRE HIM, and my future with this job was taken away from me because these two people abuse their power and care less what they have done.
I loved my job with this call centre and today I will continue my fight so that no one else can be fired just like that, too much power and with that much power in the hands of these people who think they are smart, which they are not, needs to change an also the Standard form contract.

Maintenance Contracts
We have been trying to get maintenance contract for our three Xerox copiers since August 2010. Every we follow up they bring an outstanding balance as an excuse. We paid whatever they charged as outstanding and still no response. All our Xerox equipment are out of service and no signs of Xerox clearing our account soon. Where else can we go for help?

Awful, awful machine. For about 10 days it was clear, bright and seemed perfect. Then it began overheating, smearing, and the drivers malfunctioned. In the third week, the machine sent three automatic reports to the company due to problems. In the fourth week, I finally got a call from Canada so a man could try and help me fix the problem remotely. (He was really nice but still it's not a person beside me at the machine.) It is incredibly noisy and absolutely not worth the waste of paper to run a pamphlet. Please consider any other brand. We have tried Cannon and Konika-Minolta and had good luck with both. Now it will come down to the price but both are priced so much better than the Cube.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Xerox is ignoring my requests. Every time I speak with them they are so rude as they were doing me a favour to talk to me. I can't stand this attitude. Their customer service is horrible. There is never anyone available to talk to you. Their representatives know only one solution to your problem and if you don't fit into them then they simply repeat themselves and won’t help you!
I will be meeting other School Business Managers in my area and certainly I will not recommend Xerox.
