Rented two 15k pound forklifts to move machinery while relocating facility. Provided tight deadline and agreed to delivery. Upon delivery they sent a 3rd party to drop off two extremely tall mast forklifts. We have standard size bay doors at both facilities. Due to extended mast size (which we did not request) lifts wouldn't fit in either building. After contacting BigRentz we were told to cancel order and reschedule for new delivery. Cost us over $800 in logistic charges as we missed shipment windows. Upon trying to reschedule we were told that they couldn't guarantee forklift height as it was outsourced through 3rd party. Decided not to pursue reschedule due to this. One week later we get the refund for the charges and they still charged us $2100.00 for delivery fees even though nothing was delivered or unloaded. Complete scam!

I rented a machine from BigRentz Inc for originally 7 days, but I decided to extend it to 14 days. However, on the 5th day, the company they subcontracted with came to pick up the machine. I didn't even get a full week, let alone the 2 full weeks I paid for. The company they subbed out to informed me that they only do 5 and 7 day rentals, and BigRentz never told them it was a 14 day rental.

I called BigRentz to address the issue, and they told me that they don't make calls and it's just assumed to be a perpetual rental. The person handling my BigRentz account assured me that they would fix the problem and call me back. However, they never followed through with their promise to call me back. Now, I'm out a lot of money because I have to pay my crew even though I don't have a machine to use. There has been no resolution to this problem, and I didn't even receive a return call after the rental agent promised to call me back tonight.

I rented a forklift from BIGRENTZ. I was very specific when I placed my order, indicating that the forklift needed to be small enough to fit into a residential garage. When the forklift arrived, it was too big. I called the company right away and they told me that since the forklift was already taken off the delivery truck, I would have to pay for it even though I couldn't use it. The company wouldn't send a forklift that would fit my needs, so now I'm out $387.00 with no services provided.

On 7/27, I made an order with BigRentz to rent a 45' diesel JLG aerial boom/lift. I paid a total of $525.68 for the order. BigRentz confirmed the order and promised to deliver the lift to *** between 10am-12pm on 7/28. However, around 7:30pm, I received a phone call from a BigRentz representative. They informed me that they couldn't fulfill their commitment as they were unable to locate the lift I had ordered and paid for. The representative suggested that they might be able to fulfill the order on the following Thursday or Friday. I declined their offer because I only had a short window of time to complete the associated work. It was disappointing that BigRentz couldn't make a confirmed date work and instead offered a vague possibility. Moreover, their call came after normal business hours, leaving me with no options to search for equipment rental from another company. On 7/28, my work crew arrived, but I couldn't find a replacement lift despite my efforts. As a result, I had to pay the workers for their show up time, which exceeded my budget significantly.

These guys care more about the vendors they rent the lifts from than us, the paying customers. They sent me a broken lift that couldn't hold a charge for more than 45 minutes. They also rented me a 32-foot lift that only moved at 22 feet and could only go up to *** before the rental. I had to cancel the lift because it cost me a whole day on my project, which ended up costing me a total of 2k, including the lift rental. They had the company that rented me the lift call me to troubleshoot it, and the owner of the lift company could only say, "I don't know what to tell you." This guy insulted me so much. He swore he charged the lift himself the night before, but we only used it for 45 minutes and it was completely dead. I told him the lift was faulty, but he kept insulting my intelligence. They made sure I took the loss, and both BigRentz and the lift owner made money while I suffered. I demand a full refund.
