From start to finish went very smoothly. Gentlemen were pleasant and professional. I used this company a few years ago on outside vent cleaning and was very pleased so went directly with them again without getting different estimates.

Great company. The guys were really nice and explained what they were doing. Even offered a solution so it doesn't happen again. Bird nests in the 2nd floor dryer ducting!Quality service on a very rainy day! Would definitely call them again.

Workers were respectful of my house and cleaned up afterwards. We had ducts cleaned because there was a smell coming out. Turned out to be a dead mouse. Technician also fixed a poorly installed damper in the ductwork that had been affecting air flow in the house for years. Very happy with their service!

We had such a negative experience with this company - We received one quote for cleaning and then when the person who began the work arrived they increased the cost by $126 even though the quote was clear on the amount that was to be charged. Terrible service when we discussed with supervisor at this company.

A highly professional experience. The workers were courteous, professional, and punctual. They arrived on time, explained their process, respected my decision not to add any “extra" services to my clean (no pressure at all!), showed the end result and took the time to go over the final payment, etc. I have used 1 Clean Air for the past three cleanings and will continue to do so. Great experience!

I used 1CleanAir for duct cleaning and the service was excellent. They called about 20 minutes before arriving, explained the process thoroughly and got to work right away. At the end, they went through the work that was completed and provided before and after photos. They cleaned up nicely and put everything back in it's place. Scheduling was easy and responses were prompt, the onsite techs were friendly and polite.

I needed my dryer vent replaced. 1 Clean Air showed up at the end of the window. They were able to complete the job in 65 minutes because they came prepared. They removed the flexible dryer vent another company recently installed, and replaced it along with the poorly installed original rigid vent. They used a more rigid dryer vent not a cheap plastic vent that is more used for bathroom venting. The original company only did part of the job, these guys did the whole thing as requested. They did a better and more complete job for a lower cost.
