radco is a great family business. honest and reliable and prompt when you need them. rob is a great technician and i would recommend their service to anyone who needs appliance and a/c service. they have been in business for a long time and i have recommended them to several of my friends and family, and they always fix it right the first time. yours truly, mrs.

They charged 300 to clear an ac drain. They spent 20 minutes at my house. Within hours I needed a second company to clear my drain. When I spoke to the owner Rob. He was rude and insulting. This company has predatory pricing, incompetent service and rude employees/owners. Subsequent research has shown that my experience is not unique. In fact they were the subject of a news story a few years back for similar shady practices

They did a great job of explaining stuff to me and my daughter and grandson. They came just an hour or two after we called and wasted no time at all diagnosing the issue. They are doing a leak repair and they informed us that if the repair fails in 6 months or less they will put our full payment from today towards a new unit. I am very satisfied with our experience. I intend to use them for all of our future repairs! :) 5 stars!

I would recommend Radco Air for any repairs that one requires for their Air Conditioning system. I had experienced a problem with the system on Labor Day weekend. The gentleman that arrived at the home of my son was able to diagnose the problem, explain the repair, then, complete the repair. We are, both, extremely happy with the results. We would recommend Radco Air for any repairs that one requires on their Air Conditioning system.

On 11/18, RADCO owner/CEO, Robin D. replaced the refrigerant compressor on My well used & much-needed chest type freezer. His knowledge & professional integrity place His company at the head of the class. When asked about payment, Rob said it was a "spare" compressor that He had & there was NO CHARGE. With caring people & companies like RADCO, being a senior citizen on a very tight budget makes "life" easier.

Rob from Radco went above and beyond to help us repair a young refrigerator. He sold us a part that was better than the original and would last a lifetime. The original manufacturer's part has been known to melt and burn. We were welcomed into their building, treated with kindness, and given a crash course on install. I will not only use them for all of my repair needs from now on but I will highly recommend them to anyone who could benefit from their services.

Called RADCO regarding an HVAC problem. Spoke to a "REAL LIVE PERSON" after normal business hours, I WAS IMPRESSED. Setup service appointment for next morning. Mid morning, received call from Service Tech Keith saying he was in route to my home. Keith arrived, introduced himself, asked what I had noted regarding the A/C problem, explained what was most likely wrong and repaired the problem. Keith is a professional gentleman and a pleasure to deal with. Very satisfied with RADCO service

Over the years I have called may companies to come a repair/replace appliances and AC but Radco has to be the best I have ever used. Once I called them I never had to worry about calling anyone else. They are so knowledgeable about appliances and AC units and everything associated with them. The customer service has been hands down the best I have seen from any place I have visited / used / or even have contact with. If you need any work done on appliances or AC units or looking to replace them, call Radco before you do anything.

I recommend this company for service. I had a scheduled appointment on 11-2021. I am completely satisfied with the service performed. The Rob and the tech not only showed up as promised but did not waste any time. They got right to work and took care of business. Six months ago, it was recommended by Rob to add a "start kit" to the a/c unit, and quoted a price, He also explained the benefit of the "start kit". I decided to follow the recommendation, and not only was the kit on the truck but Rob honored the price originally quoted.

When our a/c unit stopped working at our villa we had a house full of out of town guests. It couldn't had been a worse time for something like this to happen. We called Rob because we knew he answered his phone 24/7 and it wouldn't be days before he would get back with us. Rob arrived in just a few hours and worked swiftly and efficiently. We had air in no time. We will continue to use his company because we feel he is a honest and fair in his pricing. We were so impressed with his quality of work we contracted him to install a new a/c unit in one of our other properties. We would highly recommend him.

This company is unreliable. I called for an appliance repair which this company said they'll be there between 11:00 and 3:00. I waited till 3:30 with no one coming. I called to complain being very upset since my refrigerator was dying and my food is in danger of spoilage. The representative said she tried to call my block home phone. I informed her a number of times I had given her my cell number not my home phone. She said she lost that information. I told her their company has terrible service and will report then to the ComplaintsBoard.com. She gave me an explicative vulgar response. I would advise anyone not to use the company.

We bought our home two months ago and I wish we had found a home inspector with the integrity of Rob, Keith, and Radco. Understanding we had just spent alot of money on closing costs and unexpected repairs, they went above and beyond to get to our home quickly. They fixed the immediate issues and helped our family more than they know; but they also helped set a game plan for some concerns we realized would need to be addressed soon- like replacing undersized duct work. I am a tradesman and insurance agent - and Radco made sure each aspect of the repair was explained, professionally and respectfully. Thank you Rob and Keith for working so quickly.

The only company who will answer their phone and help a customer in need during this time. I tried called multiple companies to get service for my refrigerator and could not get a hold of anyone. I know this is a tough time for everyone right now, but I feel that having a working refrigerator is a huge necessity. I am grateful for the technician who came out and got my machine up and running so quickly. He was courteous and made sure not touch as many surfaces as possible. He asked if I preferred he wear a mask and gloves, and he wiped down my refrigerator with sanitizing wipes after he was finished. I am very grateful for a company who is making sure its customers are still taken care of during this time!

We called Radcoair to do our first annual spring to summer inspection and service. Rob and Keith inspected the entire system and recommended two improvements to provide longer life for the system so it could last longer. They took time to discuss their findings and recommendations in detail and in simplified terms so that we could fully understand what was needed. They were proficient and quick in making the recommended changes and worked well together. We decided to sign up for the 5year inspection and maintenance agreement. We will call them in six months and they will take measurements to determine if they are different from the baseline measurements they initially took.
