Zero stars should really be an option. The freezer compartment is unable to maintain a constant stable temperature. Fluctuates wildly. Food thaws. Bought new and in 3 months have had warranty repair out 3 times (4 if you consider the no show). Replaced controller. Problem persists. The last service technician called Frigidaire. Frigidaire refuses to acknowledge a problem. Said issue is due to the unit being in garage and outside temperature dropping below 40 or 50 degrees. The coolest it’s been outside recently is 63 degrees. Also, don’t have same problem with my other Frigidaire unit (also in the garage). Even moved the new refrigerator/freezer unit from the garage into the house. Problem still persists. Garbage product. Freezer temperature fluctuates between -20F and +36F. Does not reflect well on Frigidaire. Warranty is worthless. I so regret this purchase.
Desired outcome: Have reached out to Electrolux/Frigidaire. Get the sense they know they manufacture an inferior product and really don’t care. Want a refrigerator/freezer that works and compensation for my time, effort, and frustration

I have a service agreement on the is range and it seems to not matter. I’ve 10 times in the last week and a half and every time I talk to them it gets worse. They don’t have techs and no one wants to service their equipment. The appliance broke down on friday evening so I called on Monday the 24th and they scheduled me with 3 companies that aren’t servicing their equipment and each time they didn’t show or call I called ee and waited on there system for a minimum of 30 minutes per call. The last one was I had an appt for feb 7 and we’ll keep the appt but if you call Bergeron of new Orleans you may be able to get serviced sooner. As soon as we hung up I received a text canceling the feb 7th and bergeron does service this area so I had to call back and go through that again. They scheduled for the 10th I received a text saying they had a tech in my area tomorrow and will service if that didn’t work call the office and reschedule I took today off and no one showed!

This range has had error messages and they have worked on it numerous times. I purchased extended warranty from Electrolux and now it has error F10 ERR and you cannot get a hold of them at [protected]. They scheduled a repair back in Oct 2020 and I had to wait for parts. They sent an email with phone number [protected] to reschedule when parts arrived. They say they cannot reschedule at this number although it is the number in the email I was directed to call. I cannot get a hold of them at the main number a recording says they are not taking calls. It ia now January 10th 2021 and I need my cook stove fixed. I pay over $100.00 per year for extended warranty and cannot get any service. I asked to speak with a supervisor and the lady said she didn't have one all she would say was yeh, nooow, said she owned the company. I do not think she knows what she is even saying with broken english.

Purchased new Electrolux dryer last August 2020.
We have had problems with our dryer burning/scorching our clothes.
Contacted general support and they told me there is nothing Electrolux can do for us since we are past our warranty even though the dryer problems originated in June 2020 while under service agreement.
Now that we have past the 1 year warranty mark, the problems have not been resolved yet I'm told does not matter-we are passed the warranty date.😡.
Had a certified repair service come out 4 times to replace a number of parts - none of which have fixed the problem. We feel we are stuck with a lemon and have this brand new dryer and that is destroying our clothes.

The fridge is only 5 years old. Had the repair man out 5 times. So far, spent $800 on repairs. Still not working right. Was told to buy a new fridge. I want some of my money back on this lemon.
Replaced a part on the back. Also replaced a switch and now saying it needs a new computer board. The fridge I bought was top of the line too. I will never buy another fridge dare. What a disappointment this appliance is.
We are only down at this house 2 weekends a month in the winter. Thank God we were here all the times it broke because all the food would have gone bad and smelled. Despite that, I had to throw some food out.

Electrolux — stay away from their products! We have a dryer, a year and a half old. Its throwing an error code 50. Its been 2 and a half months and still not fixed. They wont replace it after these 7 home visit attenpts. They continue to send the inept service guy kurt, who is rude and doeasnt listen to what you are trying to tell him the appliance is doing. He knows it all! Well he thinks he does but needs to spend the whole visit on the phone trying to find out what to replace next. He doesnt even wait to see the code goes off. We have documented pictures of it the minute it does. Electrolux to this day will not replace the item even though I have used 9 pto days to sit and wait to see if it gets fixed. Kurt still has yet to know the issue, some appliance tech! So now we have told electrolux kurt is not allowed in the house, send someone knowledgable. So now they sent rr appliance and it seems thats were the brain and knowledge is, fousto diagnoced the issue checking all electrical avenues which obviously kurt has not a clue to do. Fousto has ordered 2 more additional parts and wee are still out of a dryer till then. Electrolux refuses to replace the appliance so we need to wait yet another 2 weeks or more to get it fixed we hope. Stay away from electrolux and if you have on in need of repair stay clear of kurt — dont let him at it. We are hoping that fausto's diagnosis will finally solve the problem. He and rr appliance went all out to figure the issue were kurt and electrolux just made our lives miserable and just aggrevated us wiyh their arrogance.

My dryer is 6 months old. Trying to get hold of anyone to speak to at Electrolux is a nightmare. Their phone system is set up so that if they are busy, you have to call back. If you eventually get through, you have a long time to wait 'til someone comes on the phone. I went through this process and a service call was placed to a contractor. The contractor call me and an appointment was made for three days later. Tech came, said the board had to be replaced and to I should call his office to reschedule. On calling the contractor, their message said they are closed 'til Monday. I'm calling on a Wednesday. I went through the tedious process of calling Electrolux again to see if another service contractor could come. The person I spoke to wasn't interested, bordering on rude. Apparently, I can expect to wait up to 10 days for the contractor to get the part. Then, who knows when the tech will return. I can't help making the comparison to LG. I have an LG washer. I've placed one service call. One phone call answered after 2nd ring. Tech arrived that day. I was called twice by the service people to make an appointment, and again to say they were on their way. I wish I could swap this dryer for and LG. I will NEVER, purchase from Electrolux again.

On June 15, 2020 my Electrolux Dryer(13 months old) stopped working. I called your Customer Service Department and they scheduled an appointment for Jun 18 with RTV Appliance Repair, 120 Gazza Blvd, Farmingdale, NY. On Jun 18, the repairman came to my house, looked at the unit (never took it apart) and stated he would order the part required (which would take 7-10 business days). He also asked for my credit card information. I never heard from them again and left numerous messages on their telephone.
On Jul 6, 2021, I called your Service Department again. Your representative attempted to contact RTV. No one answered the telephone.
Your representative then stated she would send the part RTV ordered to my home and connected me with Harp Home Services, 2451 Lefferts Place, Bellmore, NY. I received the part and was scheduled to have the part installed on Jul 21 by Harp. I had to cancel this appointment because a contracted COVID.
I rescheduled my appointment with Harp for Aug 2, 2021. The repairman came to my home and took apart the dryer only to discover that RTV ordered the wrong part (Order #[protected], Dated 7/15/21).
Harp reordered the parts required. I then called your Customer Service Department to try and expedite the parts requested by HARP. Your representative looked up the order and found one of the parts required would not be in stock until November. Your representative then stated a replace unit may have to ordered. The representative then stated she would arrange for RTV Appliance Services to come to my home. I stated I DO NOT WANT RTV after my original encounter with them. I now have an appointment for August 17th for Harp Home Services return to my home for additional diagnostic testing before an replacement dryer can be ordered.
Harp Home Services is attempting everything in their power to rectify this matter.
As a consumer I just want you to know that RTV is a slipshod, uncaring servicing company and a detriment to the Electrolux Company and because of their incompetence two senior citizens have been without a dryer for almost two months.

Dehumidifier
Purchased a dehumidifier from Walmart June 2020. Dehumidifier began showing an alert of electrical current problem. Call customer service on June 10, 2021 and they advised that they would be issuing a replacement provided proof of purchase was sent to them. Information was sent to them on the same day. Was notified that no replacement would be issued since item had been purchased from a third-party. This is totally unacceptable since there was no mention anywhere when purchase was made. Product should be warranted regardless of seller. Or they should only sell their products exclusively through authorized distributors.

Warped Freezer Door and Terrible Customer Service Representative: Destiny
I purchased a new freezer approximately 3 months ago through Home Depot. It appears that the freezer door is warped. A technician came to my home to confirm. We have been calling Home Depot and Electrolux repeatedly for months. Today, I spoke to Electrolux "Customer Service" Representative, Destiny. She would not turn her volume up so that I could hear her. She hung up on me. I called again and waited on hold for one hour. Destiny answered again, would not speak louder, spoke over me continually, and hung up on me again. I still don't have a replacement door for our freezer that should have a proper seal to maintain food freshness.
What in the world has happened to Electrolux that they can't provide a functional product ($1, 000) or an effective customer service representative. They must be desperate for employees to have someone like this working. She doesn't deserve to be employed.

After barely one year my Frigidaire AC purchased online from Kohl's stopped working. New $70 warranty purchased with it. Followed instructions in detail to claim warranty on May 11 (photo below - they asked for serial # label and photo of the cut cord) email said a replacement would come in 2 weeks, to expect it May 24-
after three weeks, nothing.
Contacted them via email to ask where the replacement was - they said now it would be another two weeks...
this is a generic small window unit.
It is summer already and my daughter is having knee surgery with no AC in her room. Wondering why such a simple item cannot be replaced within one month.
Horrible customer service, called them in Augusta GA today and they said the 'wait time' was 30 minutes.

This refrigerator was delivered on 22 April 202. Our first service call was 12 May. A recording of the noise was made on thee cell phone and played for the technician. The noise is what we hear on the outside and when we open the door. The tech states ice builds up on the blades causing the noise and when the defrost mode comes on, it clears the blades. Services calls were also made on 27 May, 2 June, 11 June. On 6 July, a fifth service call was requested but the call taker opted to put in for a replacement review. The replacement was denied and a fifth service call was made on 24 July. On each call, the tech has tried something new but the noise always return within a few days. Again, the sounds are back and we will request a sixth service call.
The second problem with this refrigerator is the loud banging noises that are made throughout the day and night. Both tech advised us that they could not do anything about the noise because it never happens while they are here. Both techs said this model is noisy but apparently they have not heard this bang. When we first heard the noise, we were in bed on the second floor which caused me to go down stairs to investigate. The following day we were in the family room and heard the bang again. It took several times before we realized it was coming from the refrigerator.
After five service calls and a sixth pending, we are asking for a full replacement review. Electrolux does not list any contact information except through the 800 number.
Our desirable resolution: A replacement with a different model or a full refund.
Ours is doing the same thing. They said the compressor needs replaced. But ours is also making a loud bang which is see the same complaint on here. They have agreed to replace but it is a real pain trying to talk with someone at this company. I dont like the details of the replacement. So, we wait longer for more horrendous customer service

In year of 2017 around June to July we call to the service centre enquire of our cooker hoods status and the reply from the service centre is still on going repair and the reason is the replacement are still not arrive Singapore, we try to call around September 2017 and the feed back from the service centre that they will look into it and will revert to us but yet till date of today 08th Dec 2017 we did not receive any of the phone call from electronlux service centre at all. therefore we decided to lodge an complaint to them by using this platform and I hope you can assist us in regards to this issues and matter.

These Guys are giving [censor] in the name of service. one & half month before My Electroluc Elita plus 6.2kg was having an issue ( automatic water cut not working). I logged a complaint in Electrolux customer care. these people are minting money from me first time they say PCB has problem. Even after getting PCB repaired it didnt work then they said Pressure sensor is faulty. They changed it as well but again it didnt work then suddenly they said ohh it has problem with electric wiring they changed it as well. But Machine didnt work & pls mind they keep on charging me for all these Items. Now case is pending since one & half month they have taken 4850 INR from me and problem is as it is. Now they are giving me [censor] of excuses. My complaint number is GHA1708170280 & GHA1609170085 for your reference. Now I am planning to file a case is consumer court against Electrolux.
Hence I Suggest you pls not to buy any product of Electrolux as it is an fraud company & worst than local shopkeeper of Chwari bazar.

I purchased this blender in 2016 for the first time. Got it online. It worked well for a few months then the motor started to smell like it was burning, then it started smoking, then it just stopped working.
After several calls to customer service, i was sent a new machine as the first one was under a 3 yr mfg warranty.
I used the second one for a few month and had the exact same things happen.
When i called to request a refund and offered to mail them the broken machine, they refused to give me a refund.

During the week of August 7, 2017 I noticed a high pitched whining noise and noticed that the dishes weren't being washed properly (water sitting in the bottom of the machine) by the dishwasher I had purchased from The Brick Warehouse in Canada online which was delivered from their Brandon, MB store on December 5, 2014. Invoice No. was 1122148A6020. I live in Arden, MB Canada just outside of Neepawa, MB Canada, which is over an hour away so we had to pay $75 extra to have it delivered. I had purchased an extended warranty at this time which I thought was through the Brick but found out to my dismay that it was actually through Electrolux, the company who produces these dishwashers. The warranty through the Brick was only for a year. When I called the repair number for Electrolux Canada [protected]) I was told that there was a service provider close to where we live, in Neepawa, called Orv's Appliances. Rather than contact them for us it was left to me to call the provider who informed me he was no longer doing any warranty work for Frigidaire due to the fact that they did not pay their bills for other work he had done and refused to communicate with him. I called Electrolux back and told them this and they called Orv's only to be told the same thing so that went nowhere. I had to call them back again just to be told that there was another provider in Brandon called Vern's whom I had to make a long distance phone call to, only to be told they did not service my area. It is not as if we live on a farm, we are only 20 minutes out of a major town so I was really frustrated. I called Frigidaire back and told them this. They told me that I could get the guy from Orv's who had originally refused to do the warranty work to fix the problem and I could submit the invoice for reimbursement from Frigidaire. The guy came promptly and informed me that due to a major problem with the motor it would cost just over $400 including labor and suggested that I call Frigidaire back to have them authorize a replacement dishwasher, as I had paid just over $600 and it was three years old at this point. I refuse to put out $400 up front and called Frigidaire and told them that and that I would appreciate a replacement dishwasher and that my extended warranty ran out in December of this year. I have been told today by Frigidaire that this extended warranty only covers repairs. They are supposed to locate a service provider within the next couple of days but after talking to them a total of 8 times and no resolution in sight, I am really angry at being stuck in the middle of this fiasco. All I want is my dishwasher to work. I am a caregiver who has to take care of all chores around our house and need my dishwasher to work. Please try to resolve this for me.

the freezer on our double door refrigerator's seal cracked within a year and is held together with scotch tape. We bought two dishwashers at the same time, one of which has serious drain problems. The double oven is nearly impossible to clean, having to remove the racks each time, which is not easy and poorly designed. We bought all of these appliances about 3 years ago and are very disappointed with the quality. We also have an Electrolux 5 burner gas cooktop, which works but the stainless steal is of poor quality and is dented. While the products looked great in the showroom, all have been very disappointing, with many problems.

el 6988 e canister vacuum cleaner
The coupling on the powerhead of this vacuum completely cracked. This is a back up vacuum that is rarely used and been taken excellent care of. It looks like new. My main vacuum is an electrolux, and was quite surprised that this broke the way it did on a machine that is much newer and not used as much as the other that is much older. When researching the internet I found it flooded with numerous complaints from customers who had exactly the same problem with this model. I called the company, and as other dis- satisfied customers reported they did nothing but suggest I buy a new power head at a cost of 125.00 . What really upset me and caused me to write this letter is they used the excuse that the problem was because the powerhead was removed incorrectly insinuating that I am to ignorant to know how to remove a powerhead correctly. The same excuse that they have told other customers to justify the real problem which is cheap plastic and a defective part- which I am sure the company is aware of. I also informed them that this powerhead is not removed. There is no need too. I use my main vacuum attachments for extensive cleaning. Also any attachments I do use do not require the powerhead to be removed.
I am writing this as frankly I am sick and tired of companies producing cheap defective products and not standing behind their products which ends up costing the consumer. As for customer service they should realize that they are losing long time customers such as myself because of their complete disregard for customer satisfaction. I am in the process of buying another main vacuum. The electrolux and the Meile both retail for 1000.00. Guess which one I will be buying? Wake up electrolux, quit producing defective vacuum parts or at least replace them when they completely fall apart . Don't blame the customer with some ridiculous excuse!
Self-cleaning feature locks oven door and display f15 error code
We were in the process of getting ready for our annual Thanksgiving dinner and decided in the morning of Sunday, October 9, 2016 to use the self-cleaning feature that I apparently paid for and assumed should work. After the self-cleaning process had run its course we ended up with a very expensive range that had an oven door locked and an error code F15 that left the oven non-functioning. Considering I spent over $3, 000.00 CAD for this "incredible range", I was of the opinion that all the features should work without issues. After researching on the internet I soon discovered I was not the only one to have issues with this product. I find it disappointing and unacceptable that a company promotes a self-cleaning feature and yet nothing has been done to resolve known issues associated with this feature.
On the flip side, our Thanksgiving dinner was saved by my gas barbeque that successfully cooked our turkey. At least my BBQ operated and functioned as the manufacturer had promised.

Electrolux refrigerator/freezer has wildly fluctuating temperatures. At one point, the freezer temp rose to 53 degrees. Subsequently, went down slowly but i have no idea what is the cause.
