I purchased my Electrolux refrigerator on August 7,2014 from Appliance One in Hanover, Massachusetts for $3417.41 My sales person was Paul Kislauskis. In December of this year our ice maker stopped working. I called Paul Appliance (not related) who sent a repair person. was unable to attach. I was told this has been a continuing problem for this style refrigerator and that there is no fix. Our tubing was frozen to the back of our refrigerator (unable to attach but have a photo ). We now have to go out and buy ice to put in the refrigerator. The charge for this information and non-fix $149.99. Our repair person said your company was aware of this issue and it was just easier to let everyones warrenty age out. A new refrigerator is an expense I'm not able to afford at this time. I have been a electrolux custormer for many years, I have your vacuum which is going on 25 years.
Claimed loss: I have lost the ability to get ice at a moment notice, I had my knee replaced and it was a hassle buy ice and then put it in the freezer which is full of food.
Desired outcome: I would hope that you would send a voucher for a new refrigerator and reimburse us for the service call of $149.99
