We contacted the Electrolux Appliances Service two weeks prior and scheduled a service on both Electrolux washer and dryer (personal home). At that time we scheduled both to be serviced at the same time.
The service technician from A & E contacted us with a 15 min. arrival time and noted he was to service the washer. We enquired about the drier and the technician had work order for only the washer.
We contacted the Electrolux Appliances Service and finally connected with a personal, explained the issue and was put on hold for a length of time, then the connection went to the survey. Which occurs after the phone call has ended. Called back again and had to go through the prompt and explained the issue again with another personal. This personal stated that the dryer service is scheduled for the next day and stated that we need to contact A & E service and deal with them.
There seems to be a culture that separates the customer from the product and service. We believe in the quality and durability your products and our household has many Electrolux products. We hope there is a return to the higher standard.
