Shower door not closing gasket hitting door jam

No sleeping all night cracking sounds from ceiling and walls

Also same issue with another guest in 11025

Had to move on August 12, 2023 to different room (#11026) after several workers failed attempts by carpenters to make repairs to ceiling and wall for a week in efforts as to stoping it from making noises all night long. Thus, we suffered and could not sleep for 7 nights long.

Internet free, not really ? It’s Only for only one person. “FREE Gourmet Specialty Dining and Unlimited WiFi. This is much more than a feeling – it’s the greatest value in luxury cruising”

us.

Servers need to be retrained to serve from left not the right side of their guests. Food average

Dining at all specialty restaurants, staff has not been trained correctly to serve from left side of the guest and not on the improper right side.

Staff Name tags missing, no knowledge of guest names, English skills like understand English words lacking, we have to repeat words and requests many times

Staff Positive Feedback:

Impressive Food manager tracked down one of our friends traveling with us to review his gluten free diet needs and arrange special meals

No wow factor for a new ship, and decor average. Also disappointed perhaps because Expectations where set higher for a Vista inaugural cruise season

Shops and Shopping poor selection of gifts and Availability.

First night lacking, song venue did not match clientele of baby boomers. Production quality below average.

Mens Steam Room

Steam Room, Black Tiles from ceiling falling down, hit me in the head while sitting in steam room and bruised my foot stepping on them. I reported it and I went second time and found more black tiles on the floor still.

Spa - Dry Heat Sauna room. I Was undressed laying down inside the Mens Dry Sauna room, but I did not know that the large wall window in the Dry Sauna room was not a one way mirror privacy protected glass but in fact it was actually a two mirror, as I was so embarrassed by guests walking by on the spa deck and seeing me completely nude inside the Sauna Room.

Saw times once again I spoke to staff and she showed me the collection of tiles in a bowl

Staff said they could not even put sign up warning guests because they must have corporate management approval first

Excursions Late Returns.

Tour times late retuning back to ship up to one hour late. Historical Lispon retuned at almost 7pm.

Highlights of Tangier tour returned back after buffet closing hours.

Excursions not as described.

Walking difficulties not correct very difficult, resturant service not ready and keeping to eating time schedule making it to long and thus a loss of our shopping time on trip as described (Bilbao Trip 8/13/23).

Highlights of Tangier

Difficulty listed as “ moderate” it should be changed to difficult, the name should changed be to numerous stairs and over 5000 steps.

Also, the tour Transport bus AC only working at 25% efficiency very very hot inside all the time. Also, They did not take us to the food market as advertised in trip description.

The Excursion Return boarding issues with many tour groups returning at once. We Had only one returning stairs gang blank to get back on to the ship, it took 40 minutes of waiting outside to board back on the ship. All, while,we got to hold on too, the used dirty cold wiping towels for 40 minutes until reaching the actual gang loading area where the towel disposable basket was located at.

I noticed that when getting off the elevator on most other room floors, there’s a sign on each side of the elevator floor lobby. designating port, and starboard side. So you know which way to turn, Why is there no signs on the 10th floor?

The Second attempt to fix the defective Suite noise issues. The Carpenters tonight (8/2/23) trying to locate crackling noise in ceiling that’s been keeping me up since the first day of the cruise.

Credit Card Payment System

I was Only allowed to use my credit card to pay my room one time and was told it was now deactivated and use only another credit card number.
