OctaFX review: Payment not received

Dear Sir/Madam

My withdrawals have been rejected several times, Octafx rejected my withdrawals because of the cards that I used previously, They asked me to provide the proof that the cards were cancelled and im no longer using them anymore, unfortunately the banks cant provide those kind of letters or proofs I contacted the banks several times they gave me what they can but still the broker is not satisfied with the information from the banks.

Above all since I recently used a new card to make deposit why they didnt reject my deposit because im using a new card now that I want to make withdrawals theres an issue that block me to make withdrawals.
