I have been donating At the brown deer wisconsin location for Almost two months. Although i like the location and most of the staff there are very nice. There is one in particular staff member that is very Aggressive and rude. Her name is shantelle and she is the reason for my deferment. I am a young guy 42 but I look old. I have all gray hair And no teeth. However , this should not make me the butt of all jokes when I come in to donate. On the 4th of february I went in to donate and had to use the restroom ( to pee ) Towards the end of my donation. It was a unexpectedly long donation but I just had two pee. After alerting the nurse, she unhooked me from the machine. Allowed me to go to the bathroom. And when I came back. She gave me a gatorade and told me that was all. Then sent me home. Mind you, they were laughing at me when I came out of the bathroom. Because I had two pee midsession and could not hold it. But I took my Gatorade

and left. Only to make it home and check my app to find out. I am deferred for 56 days for not receiving my blood back. Again I walked back up to the Nurse after I came out of the bathroom to complete the process. And she told me "Nothing Else For Me To Do " gave me a gatorade and sent me home. Never once was I offered to hook back up to the machine And receive my blood back. I was told the process was over because I completed 82% percent of the bottle and to go home. Now I am deferred for 56 days. I do not feel this is right. And no one should ever be punished or laughed about because they go to the bathroom.
