OfficeSupply.com I ordered a hard to find part for an HP printer from this company

I ordered a hard to find part for an HP printer from this company. According to the description, it was in stock and would ship in 1-2 days. I didn't hear from them so after a few days I wrote to them asking to expedite my order. I then received a standard form email back saying I would get a tracking number when the item shipped. I waited a few more days, then found the item elsewhere, ordered and received it in 2 days and cancelled my order with these guys. They disregarded my cancellation and shipped the item a full three weeks after I originally ordered it! I won't order from this company again.

I ordered 7 reams of paper, the box arrived split, each ream of paper was also open on the ends from poor packing. I left a review on their site and they would not post it. If you order paper from them, buyer beware, they likely will arrive damaged.

I ordered a dining room table on 5/11, they informed me a few days later it was on back order and wouldn't be back in stock until 6/16. I emailed them on 6/17, no response. I called and waited for a response. waited over 15 minutes. Was told she would contact the Manufacturer and get back to me. This is a $210.68 order including tax. I told her if they can't find out if it will be back in stock soon I want my money back. I refuse to wait any longer. ( I checked Flash Furniture's website and they do not have any of these tables listed.) $200 to me is a lot of money when your retired and on a fixed income. I would prefer to have my money back and go somewhere else.

I will not use this company again. You can return the anthem if you want, but the cost will be very high because you have to pay for them unless it was broken or missing an item, etc. They could send a label then refund money without shipping cost, but they will not do it. You have to do it yourself. I checked the post office price; it's cost more than $30. So if you use FedEx or ups, you probably have to pay more than you pay for the item. I don't recommend buying something from this company unless you never change your mind.

I was hesitant to purchase the desk I wanted from Office Supply due to the horrible review rating here (ComplaintsBoard.com). However, I took the chance based on the few good reviews because they had the exact $700-$800 desk (on other sites) for $350! I'm so glad I did! Ordered 12/17, shipped yesterday (12/20), received it today! There were no damaged pieces, no missing pieces or hardware and good instructions for assembly. The desk is beautiful, sturdy and level. I will definitely use this company again if I need to! Thank you for a great piece of furniture and saving me $350+!

This people are scammers. I placed an order that should have been delivered on the a week ago and when looked had not even been shipped. I asked for a cancel and refund and " Tina" logged into their shipstation account and printed a fake tracking number to my order then said " your order cannot be cancelled " because a tracking number was issued. This will be a chargeback for the scammers. Enjoy Tina...

Company has poor unfriendly customer service & does not uphold dates on their website. This company is horrible to order from! I ordered my office chair on June 30th per their website would be delivered 07/07. Per the website they would update my account with a tracking # about 24 hrs later. After 48 hrs I contact customer service at which time was told the delivery date was "an estimated date". On 07/05 there still was no tracking # so I sent an email requesting either the tracking # or the item to be delivered by 07/09 before I disputed the charges with my credit company & contacted the ComplaintsBoard.com. Finally mid-day 07/06 I received an email with the tracking # but the item had not yet shipped. 07/07 I checked the tracking # again & it had shipped to be received on 07/07.

I agree with the previous reviewers on dubious bait and switch practices and difficulties with returns. Will never use them again and I wish I would have checked here first. I would give a 0 if I could.

Shady as heck. Tried downloading drivers using website that was in owners manual. Had to talk to someone that said I had an IP address infection and I needed transferred to someone for a quote on how to fix the issue. Scam Scam Scam. OfficeSupply should be shut down for their shady c*** I will never buy from them again. I will pay more and use someone else. I give them a zero star rating.

This place has 0 online security. I was the victim of fraud. 3 unauthorized fraudulent charges were made with my card to this entity. The Bill To & Deliver To addresses on the "invoice" they sent as backup for their dispute that charges were legit were totally bogus. Zip Code does not even align with the City and State, so the address itself is invalid. What kind of website would not have caught that as an invalid address? The Bill To Address on the invoice does NOT match the Bill To address on my Credit. Typos all over the place. Working with my Credit Card company on this matter. I emailed officesupply.com as they are fighting with my Credit Card Company stating that the charges are mine. In my email I advised them of the 3 fraudulent transactions. Obviously my Credit Card was shut down when this all happen. Received an email back from Officesupply.com stating they issued 3 refunds back to my card. THE "REFUNDS" WERE TO THAT CREDIT CARD THAT IS NO LONGER EVEN OPEN. Therefore, no refunds are issued. Responded to the email advising them that they needed to work with my CREDIT CARD COMPANY. I even provided them with Case Numbers and the phone number to the Fraud Department at my Credit Card company. CONSUMER BEWARE of this company. Reading through some of the other emails, I am not surprised this is how my situation is being handled. NO clue how they are still in business. No way is their online ordering system safe for anyone!

Items (2 pkgs Bankers Boxes) arrived in timely manner, left on front porch near front door. Order was correct. Product was not in a box, 2 pkgs of 4 unassembled storage boxes were wrapped in single layer of plastic wrap. Pkg # 1 was intact. 2nd pkg had torn plastic wrap, product exposed, had what appeared to be black tire marks and impressions that left 1st box cracked and black impressions on it, ends torn, damaged beyond use. The other 3 boxes in that pkg were ok. Tried to contact company by phone. VM states they are unable to answer due to overwhelming number of calls. Gave email address to use but that address did not go thru. Trying now to contact company thru ComplaintsBoard.com site, requesting replace or refund the 1 damaged item. Will see if company responds. Otherwise price was good.

Terrible company. They make you pay for returns. It cost 46 dollars to return the 40 dollars in drawer organizers I purchased. I will never use them again. They made the entire process unnecessarily difficult.

This company refused to post my review of their product because I had some minor critical feedback. Honestly, my feedback was not even that critical--part of my order had been slightly damaged during shipping, nothing concerning enough for me to bother sending back. Otherwise the product was great. I wrote this review and they said it did not pass their criteria. Clearly, they are censoring their reviews to be favorable to their business. That is wrong, which compelled me to write this review. I would give this company 4 stars if they were not dishonest.

I placed an order on Aug 25, 2020, the order shipped the following day per an email from Officesupply.com. I contacted them on Sept 3, 2020, saying I still had not received the items and asking when I could expect them. They replied the next day, saying the order had been delivered and attached a delivery receipt which was blank, no information on it. I replied back saying I did NOT receive anything and would they either ship the items or refund me. By Sept 8 I still had not had a reply so I tried to call, their phone number has a recording saying they are not able to take actual phone calls. I emailed again on Sept 8 about this order, and still have not had a reply. I cannot recommend ordering from them at this point. But yes, as others have said, they certainly don't hesitate to spam you with offers to purchase.

I ordered 6 shelves from their website on 12/23 that were supposed to be delivered on 1/2. I tried their online track my order and online contact and got no customer support. So I called them a week after the first delivery date and the site said delivery delayed. I was told they would contact the freight company and get back to me. Two days later I still hadn't heard from them, so I called back. They sent me to Karen in Lost and Returns. She said the order had been lost by the freight company. They would re-issue the order or refund my money. I asked when the shelves would arrive and was told it would be at my address in 3 to 4 business days and she'd make sure they were shipped same day. Well here I am over a week later and still do not have my shelves and the new delivery says delivery delayed. Will be calling tomorrow and asking for a complete refund. A month long process and still no shelves.

OfficeSupply.com I ordered a keyboard tray from this company

I ordered a keyboard tray from this company. The package arrived almost completely torn apart because--get this--the product didn't actually fit in the box. There was a piece of cardboard haphazardly taped over the part that stuck out. Okay, weird, but fine. However, possibly because it was packaged so badly, the tilt mechanism had been broken in transit, and now my tray is permanently stuck in a tilted position that's totally uncomfortable, completely defeating the purpose of having an ergonomic keyboard tray. This is extremely inconvenient, but to make matters even worse, when I contacted the company, they said that I would have to *return the keyboard trayin order to get another one. In what box? The one it arrived in had been completely destroyed. So now I have to go out and get a box and then ship it to fix what *theymessed up? This company is completely incompetent at both shipping and customer service. 0/10 recommend. I will never, ever buy from them again, and 3M should remove it from their list of suppliers.

Horribly-run operation.I was informed via email on a Wednesday morning that my order was paused until I could confirm some details, otherwise they would cancel after 3 business days. They gave me three business days to call them to confirm my order details (I think they were checking for fraud?). I never saw the email. They claim they tried to call and left a voicemail but I have no missed call or voicemail from the time they claim they called. I have a cell tower less than a mile away from my house so Im almost certain they were being dishonest.Checked on my order on Friday morning..w days laterand it had already been cancelled. Customer associate tried to tell me that Friday morning was in fact three business days from Wednesday morning and that they were right to cancel my order. What a bizarre encounter.Not sure how this company still exists but I am so happy that the free market exists and I can take my hard-earned dollars elsewhere.Definitely would not use office supply again, unless they were paying me to take stuff. And even then I would think twice about it.

ZERO STARS - I am in the middle of a terrible situation. My order was for the wrong size wall bed and I contacted customer help at OfficeSupply.com THREE DAYS PRIOR to shipment to make the correction. Finally got a reply AFTER furniture was shipped - indicating it was too late. I was told by emailed agent that it takes 2-3 days to pick up furniture for return, but it has been in my garage for weeks. I have all records of my correspondence attempts. At this point I am even willing to pay return postage (though I should not have to do so). The message I finally got from OfficeSupply.com "returns" expects me to transport furniture that weighs over 400 pounds to post office, pay over $200 postage (even though cost for delivery was $71). NOTER: All calls to the online number listed here and on the website are not accepted via voice message (due to COVID!) Therefore, I have NO WAY to contact management to work out details. This is completely unacceptable and costly. Please advise me of management contact information or any other assistance I can get to resolve this regrettable situation.

Horrible customer service! I placed and order with them on Aug. 1 for some paper that I could not find any where else to do for a commissioned baby's first year album. When I received the box I thought it was a totally flat box taped really good on the ends and a shipping label on the front. I new before I opened it there was no way the paper I order could be in that box. Sure enough, the box was totally empty. Not even a shipping invoice. I called them to let them know and to explain to them that i would probably lose a customer and would have to refund back the cost of the book, which a lot of the money had already been spent buying supplies, so I was going to east alot of it. They didn't care one bit. They transfered me over to the head of shipping said my only option was to reship or refund. I said refund because I still needed it for a upcoming order as well. She assured me she was updating the invoice right then and it would ship right out.. That was on the 5th and today is the evening of the 9th. I can't get any answers from them. It still just says shipping out soon. Do not use this company. So unprofessional! I will never use them again!

I placed an order yesterday and after the order was placed realized 2 items I'd intended to order weren't in that order. The website had a link to add to my order so I did that. When I tried to update the order, the website tried to refill the entire order plus my added 2 items. This company sends a lot of email promotions advertising discounts. With the addition of the 2 items, my entire order qualified for a $30 coupon discount. I discovered this problem after 4 pm so I emailed the business and received an automated response about how busy they were and that my communication may not be responded to promptly. So I called them this morning and was told that the order was closed and shipped and they couldn't add to it. I asked if there was anything they could do since the additional 2 items were added to the cart last night using an update order button. The added items would put the order over their minimum for the $30 discount. I was told that the coupons are in the system and can only apply to orders that meet the criteria. I advised them that if they added the items I'd requested to the order it would meet the criteria. They weren't even willing to do an override for the additional items I would have ordered. I asked what happens if I refuse shipment so that the order could be rewritten to include all items and was advised that I would pay shipping both directions and restocking fees and may not even get my payment refunded! Yes, they do a quick turnaround for shipping and that may be because they don't want people to change their minds! They have NO customer service and in spite of the automated response indicating " We value your business", this just isn't true. The person I spoke to on the phone sounded as though I was causing a problem just because I called. I have decided that there are enough other places to order from that I don't need to work with a local company (2 hours away) who doesn't recognize me as a customer. All this over $30 and my order was over $300! Too bad for them.

OfficeSupply.com I placed an order with them on April 18

I placed an order with them on April 18. It was a split order with a relative, charged to his card, to be shipped to my address. He lives in the same state, 30 minutes away. The card was perfectly valid. As I was regularly receiving piles of junk email from Office Supply in the week afterwards, I naturally assumed my order was in transit, as I received nothing else from this company alerting me as to otherwise. On April 25, when I viewed the tracking on their website, I see the status of my order listed as "Progress: Cancelled." I email them immediately to ask what that means. Nobody responds -- even though I continue to receive junk email from them. On April 27, the next business day, I call their customer service for an explanation as to why it states that. After being on hold for the better part of an hour, the customer service rep tells me that my order was cancelled. For fraud. Dumbfounded, I asked her what fraud. She tells me, and I quote, they cancelled my order because the cardholder was not at the same address as the package's shipping destination. That was seriously their reason. Did I mention that I placed the order with a perfectly valid phone number, and I would have had no problems with them calling it to verify the order with me? I would have put them in touch with the cardholder to verify it with him, as well. They did nothing. Didn't contact me to tell me they cancelled the order for no reason whatsoever. Didn't call me. Didn't email me. Didn't respond to emails. Nothing. The customer service rep, who couldn't have cared less, acted like this is a proper way to do business. Did I also mention that they charged the card? TWICE? Yes, because when someone suspects a card is fraudulent, that's the first thing they do, you know. Charge it. She tried to blame their terrible customer service on the Chinese Flu, like that has anything to do with what transpired. (I ordered DVDs. Real pandemic hot ticket stuff.) She also lied to me and told me that they surely emailed me back and it must have gone to spam. None of their endless parade of spam emails go to spam, so why would an actual human response go there? I pretended like I was going to redo the order, merely to see how she'd go about that. Not that I had any intention of doing so. Suffice it to say, Madam wanted a different credit card -- mine. Gee, I can't imagine why they'd want more than one. It was all irrelevant anyway, as she couldn't even redo my order the way I placed it. The price of items had gone up, and she couldn't sign me back up to the subscription I signed up for, which gives you a 5% discount. More likely, she didn't want to be bothered to ask her supervisor how to do it, as she had never been trained. Again, she couldn't have cared less, and just wanted me to pay more. I returned the favor by cancelling the order on them this time and hanging up on her. Why does their system even allow you to enter a different shipping address, if that is such a concern to them? Why do they cancel orders on customers without having the courtesy to tell them that they did so? Why do they ignore their email, all the while flooding you with spam? It's hilarious to me that this company makes it impossible for customers to cancel orders for good reason, but they have no problems doing that to customers for no reason. The most I can say about Office Supply is that, reading the other comments here from people whose orders weren't cancelled, they did me a favor. They deserve the horrible reviews they have. I'm happy to report that what I tried to order from Office Supply, I ordered from a different company with Office in the name (take a guess). They were wonderful and I received the package within 3 days.

I logged onto OfficeSupple.com yesterday to purchase toilet paper. I decided today, due to exorbitant fees I wanted to cancel item. The company only sent me a confirmation email of purchase, which did not include process, shipping nor delivery date. I sent an email and called company to cancel order and resolve issues. Supervisor "***" became very argumentative and unprofessional stating, "it doesn't matter what you understand, once we process we do not cancel orders and because of Covid, we won't return or waive fees. If you read our website under our disclaimers, we are not obligated to cancel order".

I placed an order online from OfficeSupply.com on July 12th for a Lorell Fortress Series Charcoal Bookcase. My order number is ***. I received an email stating that my order shipped on 7/16. I then received an email from the shipping company, Southeastern Freight Lines to schedule a delivery on 7/30. The item never arrived. Long story short, I have made several appointments for delivery and the item never comes. I have not received any phone calls from OfficeSupply.com or the freight company, and I have contacted the supervisor of the freight company and have been unable to resolve this issue. A customer service ticket was also sent via email to: [protected]@officesupply.com and have not received a return email or telephone call. With that being said, I am writing to request a full refund of the product I ordered. I have not received the item and I have evidence to provide to my bank that the item was lost in shipping

OfficeSupply.com I purchased a shredder from OfficeSupply.com

I purchased a shredder from OfficeSupply.com. it stopped working the week I used it, so the company promptly sent me a new one and sent me a shipping label to return the one I had. Once received, I used the new shredder and all seemed fine. The instructions say you can shred 10 pages at a time. I put 8 pages in and the shredder got stuck. After I cleared the paper, the shredder no longer worked. I could not get any paper to feed through. As I have had this for 5 weeks, I am past the 30 day exchange policy and was told to contact the manufacturer for the warranty. The manufacturer says I have to pay to ship back the shredder in order for them to replace it. The shredder costs $65 and the cheapest cost is $55 to ship it back. This is almost the price of a new shredder and it doesn't make sense for me to spend close to the cost of a new shredder for shipping. I have only had this shredder for 5 weeks at a cost of $65. The manufacturer should pay for the shipping as the product is defective. It advertises the shredder can handle 10 pages at once, but it jammed and stopped working when I fed 8 pages in the shredder. This shredder did not live up to what was stated about its abilities.

started a Business giving out a daily publishing in my area. I ordered on Aug 8 5 cases of 11x17 paper the order number was ?. When it arrived i saw that all the boxes are ripped and the paper looked torn, but i liked the quality so on Aug 16 i ordered another 10 cases order number *** which was scheduled to arrive Aug 20. Every day I print about 2000 sheets, so yesterday night when i was in the middle of printing i reached the 5 case of the first order, and when i opened it i was stunned to see that they are not 11x17 size paper, but 8.5x11! SO I HAD TO STOP BY 1200 PRINTS, WHICH MEANS THAT BY THE 5TH DAY OF MY BUSINESS I PRINTED TO LITTLE! so i went online to check if for today paper to print AND WHAT DO I SEE? THE DELIVERY WAS POSTPONED AND IT WON'T ARRIVE ONLY BY AUG 25! NOW I DONT HAVE PAPER TO PRINT FOR TODAY! AND NOT FOR TOMORROW! UNTIL TUESDAY! PLEASE HELP ME! SO I TRIED CALLING THEM, AND GUESS WHAT? NO COSTUMER SERVICE AVAILABLE! I THINK I'M NEVER GOING TO ORDER AGAIN ON OFFICESUPPLY.COM! IF THINGS WONT GOT SOLVED I THINK I'LL HAVE TO DO SOMETHING.

OfficeSupply.com I placed an order for office supplies with Officesupplies.com on Sunday evening 6/28 totaling $210.52

I placed an order for office supplies with Officesupplies.com on Sunday evening 6/28 totaling $210.52. Immediately after placing the order I received an order confirmation via email. I noticed that it included only one calculator instead of 2. I immediately utilized the edit functionality on the order confirmation to add the additional calculator. The order changed to include the additional item bringing the total to $230.54. I did not receive a confirmation of the order in the sum of $230.54 until Tuesday 6/30 however, I also received an order confirmation for the same order less the additional calculator totaling $210.52. I immediately went to the vendor's website and call the contact phone number. A message informed me that a response would take eight days. I then utilized the support function to inform the vendor of the problem and that I have not ordered a duplicate of the initial order I just edited it and added an additional calculator. I received a response indicating that both orders were place, that there is no edit function and that both had been processed so there was nothing they could do. Both amounts were deduction from my office operating account. I request that the vendor accept a return of both shipments and refund all amounts charged to my office credit card.

OfficeSupply.com I placed an online order with OfficeSupply.com on July 7th

I placed an online order with OfficeSupply.com on July 7th. I ordered a book case in the amount of $275.26 which they collected payment. I received an email on July 9th informing me that the product shipped. I was not given any information as to who the shipping company is or a tracking number. I went to their website and entered the order number *** and product number *** and their website reflected the item was delivered on July 9th. I tried calling their customer service number and they are not accepting calls at this time due to COVID-19. I sent two emails and two online requests on July 13th asking they provide me with the shipping company and a tracking number so I can track the shipment. I have received any response from this company. I requested if they can't provide a shipping company and a tracking number to please refund my money as they debited it out of my checking account. I am very upset at the fact this company has not called me or in any way tried reaching out to me to provide me any information about the shipment. Their website reflects it was delivered on July 7th which is totally bogus. I live in New Mexico and they are located in WI and it would take more than two days to receive the shipment. I am very frustrated at the fact this company has not responded to the several attempts I have made asking for information on my shipment. I want this issue resolved as soon as possible.
