The company carries lots of product and deliver accurate and fast to you. They have a snack program that when ordering you get a credit. You can order free snacks or donate the credit to the needy. This company is very well organized and I am pleased to continue ordering from them.

This company has items that you cannot find elsewhere. Their prices are reasonable and shipping costs not as high as some other businesses. The shipping is fast - our orders have been received very quickly and in perfect condition! I do not hesitate to order from them and will continue in the future!

I rely on Betty Mills in order to care for my wife who was paralyzed from a stroke several years ago. I fulfil all her medical goods needs from here. Not only are all products totally top notch but speed of delivery is lightning fast. Most times one to two days. I highly recommend Betty Mills to all.

Totally ***. My grandson accidentally returned the box that was mailed to me thinking it was a box I wanted to mail ( I was in hospital at the time) Betty mills kept all my money and more or less told me to "f"ing bad. Will NEVER buy from this *** again. Guy that emailed was extremely RUDE. *** is a big *** off!

Excellent until my resent order placed on 9/27. Ordered 3 items 2 came in with in 2 days and I'm still waiting for my 3rd. I will still do business with Betty Mills and still consider them to be great source of supplies that I need for my business. I hope this is an isolated incident and look forward to my next order.

I have used a certain kind of adjustable underwear garment for my special needs son for more than 10 years when the company decided to stop making them, thus making my life a tad bit miserable. I've done business with Betty Mills *** for several years, ordering a few different things for my art business. Great service, reliable, prices are fair, too. Last year there was a shortage of an item I normally ordered and they put me on a list and notified me when it was back in stock so that I could reorder as needed. I really appreciated that.

My orders have been accurate and I usually receive them quickly - within 1 - 3 days from an order, as they appear to be drop shipped from different locations. Only recently have I had to wait, due to a backorder, for one item, but when I sent an e-mail to customer service I received a reply about the item and when it should be available within a day of my question.

Best source I have found for home care items. Shipping is unbelievably quick, even with the recent slow downs, and orders and well packed and accurate. They also have a multitude of personal care products that make great additions to a gift basket.Whether you are providing home care for an elderly relative or you have a side hustle of an air bnb room or making gift baskets for sale, this is a go to for shampoos, soaps, etc. Very pleased.

is a zero. *** says she's the manager. She hung up in my face. becasue I asked her not to over talk me. She over talks the customer because she wants to be right then she complains you're yelling. The items ordered were suppose to be for elderly adults assistance using the toilet but they're very small. Worst place I've ever done business with. I must pay for sending order back. They don't reimburse you for the shipping I paid to get the product. I placed one order and there own website said there was an error, please try again. I sent it again, it went through. Looked at my bank statement 2 days later,(looking for stimulus), and I was charged for TWO orders. The SUPERVISOR not only said that I have to prove that I got the error message and furthermore, that I should have immediately checked my bank statement to make sure I wasn't charged for the original order before sending another one. YOU WILL BE MADE TO FEEL LIKE RINGING SOMEONE'S NECK! The only reason I gave them 1 star is because I can't give negative stars.

Horrible customer service regarding returning a product! They do not return phone calls and can be rude and not helpful. I ordered a Gel Wedge Wheelchair Cushion ($73.15) for my husband and returned it on Sept. 8 and they have yet to credit me with it's return less the restock fee & return shipping charge. I ordered the item on 8/25; called to cancel the order on 8/31 since the website noted that it had not been shipped. Spoke with Kelly Looper who said that they show it was sent & he would check on it. I got a 9/1 email from Kelly stating it had been shipped & I should get it on 9/1. Did not receive until 9/8 & refused it for "return to sender". Got 9/2 notification from UPS that it was returned to Mt Vernon NY. I still have not received any information on a forthcoming refund. I phoned them on 10/5 & left a message for a call-back. I gave them a week then called today (10/13) & spoke with "rude Michelle" who said they were not notified of the return which is bad business practice when you use outside vendors. Anyway, still trying to get my refund from these crooks!

I had a little trouble with the website, but their customer service was on point and helped me out. Overall, I'm happy with my experience and would recommend Betty Mills to anyone looking for a reliable supplier.

I bought "method Foaming Hand Soap" from Betty Mills, but they sent me "method dish detergent soap" instead. I called them and told them they sent the wrong product. They said they ran out of the other product and sent this one instead. Now they want me to pay for shipping, which is almost the same price as the product I didn't order but got.

I sent back some medical masks I bought online that were unused and in good condition. *** from Betty Mills said they got them back, but they can't give me a refund because of a chargeback. They told me to talk to my bank or credit card company. The seller is being difficult and trying to make me pay for something I sent back. It's a scam!

I ordered a toilet seat riser from Betty Mills and it got delivered to my front porch. But someone took it away before I could get it. I called them up and asked for a resend. After that, a Betty Mills rep called me up and started asking me a bunch of questions. She was really rude and kept blaming me for not getting the package. It was a terrible experience.

I got a diffrent product than what I ordered. The customer service lady, ***, is a joke. She keeps saying the item is the same, but it's not. I ordered some stuff from bettymills.com on Jan 24, 2020 (order # ***). I got 60 boxes of 'Earloop Procedure Face Mask' (Mfg. Part # ***) and 30 boxes of 'N95 Maint Free Particulate Respirator Red' (Mfg. Part # ***-8210). Then on Jan 28, 2020, I got an email from *** and they said that they ran out of the MON *** QTy 60 item and they're not gonna sell it no more. They said they're gonna give me a full refund on my PayPal Account. But it's been more than two weeks and I still ain't got no refund.

I orderd a product on 3/9 and they charged my card on 03/10. They said it would come on 03/13 but I checked the tracking and it didn't work. On 03/15 they said covid-19 might make it late. I got 4 packs of adult diapers from Betty Mills. I've been getting them for my 22 year old daughter with special needs for over 10 years now. This was my first time using Betty Mills to get them. I gave them over $80.00 and they sent me plastic with no elastic. When I called them, they said I couldn't return it because I opened the box. They talked about the manufacturer, but I didn't order from them. I ordered from Betty Mills. I'll take the loss, but I'm worried that all the products they sell are for adults who need special care. I don't want them doing this to an old person who doesn't have much money. I've never been ignored when I called about a bad product like I was by the guy at Betty Mills. They didn't care at all that they took $80.00 from me.

I made a big order of cleaning stuff for seniors with disabilities who are low-income and need help because of COVID-19. I messed up the address a little bit when I put in the order. I asked Betty Mills to help me fix it, but they said no. I asked to cancel the order, but they said I had to talk to someone else. I talked to someone else and they said Betty Mills could fix it. I told Betty Mills this, but they still said no. I tried to work with the other people because the address was wrong and the place was closed. They said they would send it back if they couldn't deliver it. They did send it back and I still haven't gotten my money back. I asked for a refund, but they said they had to check the stuff first and I might have to pay a fee. I know I made a mistake, but I shouldn't have to pay $1000 for it. I feel like they're cheating me. Other people have had problems with Betty Mills too, so I want the ComplaintsBoard.com to help me.
