Best source I have found for home care items. Shipping is unbelievably quick, even with the recent slow downs, and orders and well packed and accurate. Worst place I've ever done business with. I must pay for sending order back. They don't reimburse you for the shipping I paid to get the product. I placed one order and there own website said there was an error, please try again. I sent it again, it went through. Looked at my bank statement 2 days later,(looking for stimulus), and I was charged for TWO orders. The SUPERVISOR not only said that I have to prove that I got the error message and furthermore, that I should have immediately checked my bank statement to make sure I wasn't charged for the original order before sending another one. YOU WILL BE MADE TO FEEL LIKE RINGING SOMEONE'S NECK! The only reason I gave them 1 star is because I can't give negative stars.

Horrible customer service regarding returning a product! They do not return phone calls and can be rude and not helpful. I ordered a Gel Wedge Wheelchair Cushion ($73.15) for my husband and returned it on Sept. 8 and they have yet to credit me with it's return less the restock fee & return shipping charge. I ordered the item on 8/25; called to cancel the order on 8/31 since the website noted that it had not been shipped. Spoke with Kelly Looper who said that they show it was sent & he would check on it. I got a 9/1 email from Kelly stating it had been shipped & I should get it on 9/1. Did not receive until 9/8 & refused it for "return to sender". Got 9/2 notification from UPS that it was returned to Mt Vernon NY. I still have not received any information on a forthcoming refund. I phoned them on 10/5 & left a message for a call-back. I gave them a week then called today (10/13) & spoke with "rude Michelle" who said they were not notified of the return which is bad business practice when you use outside vendors. Anyway, still trying to get my refund from these crooks!
