Og's renovation LTD review: Basement development 1

We hired OG's Renovation ltd ([protected], [protected]) on Aug. 02, 2016 and contract was written, for basement Development. They left the work unfinished and asking for more money without completing the work as per contract. Today is Oct. 15, 2016 and our basement work is still pending, flooring, outside railing, path concrete, kitchen, doors locks, toilet job incomplete, few doors didn't install, laundry incomplete, lot of other minor jobs are left incomplete. Already paid $18500 and $8000 is left behind but contractor asking for more money whereas he is supposed to get money after he finish the job, moreover the quality of work is bad and material installed is low quality. Starting from Sept. 20 till now (5 weeks over) contractor penalty $100/day as per contract is $1900. Called him to start his work but he is asking more money violating the contract agreement and delaying our work. Conducted is unethical and non-professional. And they don't care about sufferings we are going through.
