OkCupid review: Banned within a few hours 1

I recently joined the site. I paid $40 for the upgraded membership. I included real photos and filled out all the profile questions appropriately. I messaged a few women on their. There was nothing sexual or inappropriate in any of my messages. I was banned without explanation. I was lineally banned in about 3 hours of paying for their service. I have emailed them twice without any response. This is criminal in my opinion.
