I ordered a mobile phone that arrived on 17th November 2023 under evri tracking number H03JZA0035622101.
The phone is a fake and was faulty also there was no seal on the box. The person at onbuy said they would send a better model and gave me another tracking number which was the same as the first one and you can not have duplicated tracking numbers. It stated it was delivered on 2nd dec when it was not iv been down to evri and they confirm there was no replacement sent. So I contacted onbuy again to be given much abuse and unfairly treated.
All I want now is my refund for the phone.
