Shoes
I ordered some shoes from Onbuy.com. They were not the right size and the website says you can return items.
I messaged the buyer and asked to return the shoes so that I could order a smaller size. I was told that that would be difficult and I could sell the shoes to a friend and get some money off a smaller pair.
I said I just wanted to return the shoes and get my money back. Again I was offered more money to off a new pair. I declined and asked for my money back and i posted the shoes to the address given by the Seller.
They said they would refund me. I haven't received any money.
I raised a complaint to Onbuy.com and got an email from Angela in Customer Services saying I would get a refund. I still haven't received it.
The cost of the shoes was £44.60
Desired outcome: I would like my money back and to see that the buyer is stopped from ever seller goods online again

I ordered a mobile phone that arrived on 17th November 2023 under evri tracking number H03JZA0035622101. The phone is a fake and was faulty also there was no seal on the box. I purchased a metal double bed frame on July 15 2023 it arrived on 19th July 2023 by the 21st July the first time my daughter used it the bars bent within days it was 90 % bent and unusable
I emailed and was told it would be resolved ,weeks went by with no resolution in the end I had to scrap the bed parts as I had no where to keep it and my daughter could not carry on sleeping on the floor . I tried emailing a number of times and they just repeated the same reply ! It has now been 4 months since their last contact

Claimed loss: Having to find further funds to replace a bed without a refundMy daughter having to sleep on the floor because the situation remained unresolved
Desired outcome: I would like a full refund and compensation for all of the inconvenience caused and terrible customer service

I have been trying to get an item not received from one of their sellers since 26/9/23 the request no 695499 3 times i have asked the customer service person to refund me my money as they are not going to send the item hes allowed them to change the item date to date 2 times on the second time i checked the royal mail tracking number it does not exsist contacted onbuy customer service person again today and hes reply i have tryed to contact the seller but they have not answered well they wont and you will let them change the date again i have not named you because thats unfair but you need to be trained properly on customer care you have had 25 days now but it is like talking to a brick wall all i want is my refund i do have all the emails and checks i have had to do myself as they have failed on customer service

Not receiving goods, refund or feedback
I ordered a dishwasher 5th August Order Number T522ZZK estimated delivery 9th - 10th August money taken from my account.
11th August i have asked for confirmation when i will receive my order
16th August Chased again no response
26th August Christian from On buy sent email to seller telling them to issue a refund within 24 hrs
10th Sept i have emailed again as no response from either ONbuy or seller
22nd again same thing
and several times after
I am getting no response from On buy or seller they are using, i am £300 out of pocket and still no dishwasher.
Customer services from on buy is not existant. Its a complete farce.
Desired outcome: Full refund and compensation for loss of interest on my money
