Purchased 3 items at onehanesplace.com. They arrived but didn't fit. Returned all 3 and got another size. First of all, they charge for return shipping. Oh, well, my bad. Sent all 3 back (together) with all invoices included and RMA paperwork fully filled out. A month later I just got a refund for one of three (they didn't inform me, PayPal did). Also, the 2 new replacement ones I ordered a month ago have not arrived, and are still showing as "Pending" both at onehanesplace.com and paypal.
Getting ahold of them is impossible. They don't respond to their phones. Their "chat" link is deactivated. Replying to the e-mail they sent, confirming the original order bounces back as "Recipient address rejected". No response from the email address only given through PayPal (help@onehanesplace.com). This is the epitome of a company that thinks your should be privileged to be doing business with them. F that. Not gonna happen again. Charge back coming shortly!
