I used this company with the understanding that my motorhome will sell in no time. I put it on their site in Sept.2013, heard nothing from one stop motors. I try to check monthly on m
y motorhomes ad and notice there is no ads on for class c motorhomes. They say the ad is temporiarly unavailable. I e-mailed them regarding this problem but they don't seem to want to answer me, I guess because they are not receiving any funds to reply. Once they have your money, too bad sucker.

Denied my refund after failing to sell my car in 6 months. Got one phone call in 6 months! Don't think they ever truly advertised it. Never saw the ad in the magazines they mailed either. Said I was missing one of the rear photos of the car. They lied! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

They are horrible and harass people. Absolutely the worst company in the state. Hopefully, Nevada kicks them out soon before more customers get ripped off!

I paid my $499 and listed my car last December. After 6 months and only one e-mail that went nowhere I requested my money back guarantee and was told that I had faild to check one box on the web page and therfore I did not qualify. If you go to the page to check that box there is no place to actually check it. They set me up and took my money. Stay far away form these people.

One Stop Motors is committed to providing aggressive and effective advertising for all of its' customers. In most cases, we are able to assist both buyers and sellers throughout the entire purchase transaction. We offer fraud protection for buyers, financing and shipping for buyers, and can assist with the successful transfer of title between both parties.

In July of 2009, One Stop Motors decided to offer a Money Back Guarantee in the event the vehicle did not sell within 180 days. For most sellers of OSM, the policy was irrelevant because their vehicle sold well before this date. For those that did not successfully sell their vehicle, they had the option of either requesting a refund or continuing the advertising.

As with any policy, it did come with eligibility limitations and restrictions that we required in order to be considered eligible for the money back guarantee. These conditions, clearly posted within the home page of OneStopMotors.com, are available to be viewed by all existing and potential customers. As of April, 2010, OSM discontinued the money back guarantee, but will still honor it for those that signed up for the Platinum Package prior to April 27, 2010. The terms and conditions are still available and can be viewed by logging into the customer account area.

OSM recognizes that in order to provide a complete service to its' customers, the vehicle must be listed until sold. For this reason, any person that did not meet the requirements of the refund is welcome to contact OSM customer service to continue the advertising. Not only will we continue to list it for sale, we will personally work with the seller to develop a new marketing strategy. We will not be satisfied until every vehicle on our site is sold! All current sellers advertising their vehicles with OSM are guaranteed to have the marketing continue until it is sold. This is truly a benefit that One Stop customers appreciate.

This is totally cheating site and sales. They ask $500 to help sell your car and "100% money-back guarantee" if the car did not sell. Do not pay! It is totally trap.

You will be never get your money back . There is too many reasons that they can trap you and deny to pay back when the car did not sell.

Did you check the mileage too, they may have done a 'ferris buellers days off" thing!
