I used this company with the understanding that my motorhome will sell in no time. I put it on their site in Sept.2013, heard nothing from one stop motors. I try to check monthly on m y motorhomes ad and notice there is no ads on for class c motorhomes. They say the ad is temporiarly unavailable. I e-mailed them regarding this problem but they don't seem to...

One Stop Motors Scammed me out of a thousand dollars

I had 2 vehicles for sale. I was contacted by One stop motors to advertise them nationwide on the internet promising me they were legit and that if they didn't sell them within 180 days they would GUARANTEE all my money back 100%.

They walked me through the entire process and talked me into giving them $1000 then once they got my money it was one problem after another. The listed the wrong years, they didn't post the pictures I sent, they promised it would be in a magazine called "Deals on wheels" but the ads were NOT in there. Only one was on the site not both then they FINALLY got both.

I waited the FULL 180 days and tried to confirm with them only to be ignored. I did EVERYTHING exactly the way they said. They finally replied and told me the date to mail it so I sent it certified (because I KNEW they would just say they never received it after all the problems I had with them and what I read about them and then today Ireceived 2 letters stating they would NOT be refunding my money!

They claimed I did not open and accept the agreement but you HAVE to in order to get into your account to see the actual ad, emails etc. I have PROOF of ALL the emails and it even says "read on such and such date which WAS the very first day I signed up" I KNEW I had to do this so I made SURE to do it along with EVERYTHING else they wanted in order to get my refund had they not sold my cars (which they did not)

PLEASE PLEASE do not let this business continue to do this to people! I read complaints ALL OVER the internet and they claimed it was ALL untrue and promised they would prove me wrong. They ARE indeed SCAMMING people!

Help me STOP them from continuing to do this and help me get my $1000 back PLEASE.

One Stop Motors Do NOT deal with these people

I listed my truck with One Stop Motors and gave them $499. They

did absolutely nothing to help sell my vehicle, other than post

the pictures I sent them on their website. Craigslist or any other

legitimate auto trading website would have been more effective AND

would have saved me a lot of cash. I contacted them to express my

displeasure and ask them to do more, but they told me "sorry" and

kept my $499. OneStopMotors is a SCAM, and I hope those jerks end

their predatory "business" practices. SCAM!

Onestopmotors has called me non stop for weeks. I've filed a complaint with the do not call registry, but it hasn't stopped the calls.

I had an expensive car on Ebay for a couple of weeks, and they picked my phone number from the ad. I get pre recorded calls at all hours. I tried to call them to get my name removed, and the person that I spoke to was rude and short. I will file a complaint with the state of Nevada.

I was on hold forever, and had to call back several times to get someone to talk with me. What a bunch of jerks.

In July and August I posted my car for sale on Craigs list due to the fact that I was laid off and was unable to keep up with the car note, rent, bills etc. Around August 22, 2009, I received a phone call from a man named Joe from One Stop Motors.com stating that he said that he seen my car for sale on Craigs list and stated that he could sell my car for more money faster then I would on Craigs list. First of all it is against Craigs list policy for anyone to call someone sell anything on Craigs list to sell there product, but I found this out after further researching and looking into scams going on. At first I immediately told him that I was not interested because I had been laid off and did not want to spend the money I had saved up he immediately hung up the phone. I began think and talking to my fiancé about the strange phone call I had and he stated "maybe it will be worth it if they in fact do sell your car for more money sooner, just call him back and get all the detail and information and make sure there not running a scam". So since my ad was running for a couple months on Craigs list with no response I decided to give Joe a call back, he immediately starting running game trying to convince me that if I got the $499 package, I would be able to have my car listed in all these different sites and he even stated "I guarantee that I will have your car sold within the next 4 weeks but if not I would get my money back within 6 months. I was still hesitant to do anything so he then began to tell me he was originally from Waterbury, CT and he would do everything in his power to help anyone from his home town and community, and that it would be a way to give back to his community. Still hesitant, he guided me through all these different websites from ebay, to BBB, to

all the positive postings that were listed on onestopmotors.com. After seeing all that I decided to give it a shot and he immediately took my credit card information and within seconds the money was already charged off my debit card. I went online and continued searching for more information about this business and to my surprise I found nothing but bad rating and bad comments about this business, in fact I did not find not one positive thing about them. I immediately called my bank and tried to cancel but the money had already been charged. I then called them back immediately the same day and spoke to the ruddiest lady there named Karen. I told her I wanted to cancel everything immediately and she refused then she asked why I wanted to cancel I stated "because of all your terrible ratings with the BBB and online". She then stating every business gets bad rating and used Toys R us as an example. I then stated, "I'm not shopping at Toys R us so I need a refund immediately", she still refused. I began getting really upset and asked to speak with a manager she stated there was no one else that would speak to me or that can help me and right from there I know it was all a scam. So all I could do now was to post my pictures, log on and wait the 6 month period to get my money refunded, so I did. I took pictures of my car and emailed it to them. I called the next day to follow up with the status of my pictures being uploaded on there site they then told me it would take a few days to upload because they would need to get the full description of the vehicle. I waited a week or so and called them back and Karen happened to answer the phone. Karen then walked me through to show me the pictures and how to log in so she walked me through all the steps and everything. We reviewed everything together to make sure that everything listed was correct and she answered all my questions.

About 3 weeks went by and I had not heard back so I logged on and called Karen back and I got a voice mail so I left a message on Karen's voice mail asking her or someone to give me all call back. This went on every month for the next 4 months I never got through to anyone and no one ever got back to me after leaving message after message, never received not one call back! In January I then decided to call as a person who wanted to buy a vehicle from them, a man answered the phone I asked for his name I wrote it down and asked him exactly when my contract expires he told me February 26, 2010, I explain to him my concern and what my issue was and how I never received a call back after leaving several messages but he was not a bit concerned. Because, I had lost all trust for this business and all the scammers working there I called again in February just to verify that my contract expired on the 26th, Karen answered the phone so I asked her exactly when my contract expired she told me the 22nd. I told her the other guy told me the 26th and I wanted to make sure I had the accurate date because I was filling out the paper work to get my refund, she then got very nasty and rude with me and stated I already told you it's the 22nd. I then told her well it's hard for me to believe anything anyone of you because all of you are liars, untrustworthy and scammers. I then proceeded to ask her why where none of my calls returned from her after leaving so many messages, she disregarded me and was trying to end the conversation to hang up. I then asked to speak to a manager; she stated "there is no one hears that can assist you". I asked to speak to the owner, CEO or President of the company she still refused, so I began yelling at her she hung up on me. I called back about 3 more time she hung up on me every time. When she seen that I was not going to stop calling she then put me through to someone’s voicemail and again I left another message and again no response.

I then sent out me request to receive my refund back on February 24th and had USPS add tracking and a signature confirmation to it. I received the signature back stating that it was received March 1, 2010. On March 12, 2010, I received a letter in the mail back stating that my request was denied because I had never logged into my account. I could not believe this and I immediately call them. Rude Karen answered as always, I asked to speakk to the warrantee department she said they didn't have anyone in that department that I could speak to I asked to speak to a manager, she then again stated there was no manager that I could speak to but could she help me with anything and I said most likely not but told her my problem and how I was denied my money back. She the stated, "well I'm sorry but that's there decision and there is nothing you or I can do about it", I even asked to speak to Joe and he was never available to speak to me. I began to get really upset and yelled at her she hung up on me twice. The 4th time I called and a man answered the phone he seemed to be a bit friendlier, but stated the dame thing.

I am requesting to get my money back in full or get together with more people that have gone threw hell like I did with this company and sue them and take them out of business forever; these people need to be arrested. Please post my story on your website and share with anyone that would like to get in touch with me to build a cause against them. Thank you in advance for your time.

I did not get a single inquiry from them on my vehicle and lowered the price twice. After six months they came up with several reasons why I could not get my money back, even though there was a 6-month sale guarantee or your money back. I completed all the paperwork for the guarantee and was told I did not meet all the requirements, even though I had been approved by the sales person 6 months prior when they listed the vehicle. “If it is too good to be true, it probably is.”

This is a scam and I have contacted the Missouri Attorney General's office and the Better Business Bureau. I also sent a certified letter to One Stop Motors with a copy of the information I provided the Attorney General’s Office. I was told I was not the first complaint and they were under investigation. Buyer/Seller Beware!

They advertise that for $500 they will sell your car and if they do not within 180 they will refund your $500. This is not true. They will find a reason not to do this. After submitting 12 photos I called to see if I had sent all that was necesssary and was told I had. 180 days later I get a letter telling me that I failed to send a photo of the trunk area and that they would not be refunding my money. They will find a way to not send you a refund. They are a bunch of crooks. They legally steal your money. They need to be in jail.

I was unfortunately another consumer duped by One Stop Motors and their great sales pitch of 100% Money Back Guarantee! The $499 got me a one time posting on e-bay and even though my ad was listed for 6 months on their website they told me I had never "confirmed" it, so therefore was not eligible for my money back. Fortunately I kept the e-mail correspondence that proves it was confirmed but oddly enough does not seem to match their records.

I even called after 3 months to lower the price of my car. They changed the price on their website but now, apparently, my ad was never "confirmed"? I never got one call from them about a potential buyer but see on my Non-compliance refund form that there were 279 hits.

They also have extremely rude customer service reps when you try to get some explanation for stealing your money. The "supervisor" apparently can not dial a phone number because they have never returned my call.

DO NOT support this company and contribute to their bad business ethics.

i had posted a heavy truck for sale on a used site and this person by the name of curtis contacted me from one stop motors saying they could me more for my truck than i was asking. after talking to him he was very insistant about getting my banking info to get money and every time he called me the price kept going down thinking that i would bite. one time i talked and said i would list my truck on their site and they didnt even have my truck model listed and told me to list it as another model of truck which also threw up a red flag for me. so if anybody else gets a call from these ppl please do no not give them money or any kind of financial info as they are scammers.

One Stop Motors is committed to providing aggressive and effective advertising for all of its' customers. In most cases, we are able to assist both buyers and sellers throughout the entire purchase transaction. We offer fraud protection for buyers, financing and shipping for buyers, and can assist with the successful transfer of title between both parties.

In July of 2009, One Stop Motors decided to offer a Money Back Guarantee in the event the vehicle did not sell within 180 days. For most sellers of OSM, the policy was irrelevant because their vehicle sold well before this date. For those that did not successfully sell their vehicle, they had the option of either requesting a refund or continuing the advertising.

As with any policy, it did come with eligibility limitations and restrictions that we required in order to be considered eligible for the money back guarantee. These conditions, clearly posted within the home page of OneStopMotors.com, are available to be viewed by all existing and potential customers. As of April, 2010, OSM discontinued the money back guarantee, but will still honor it for those that signed up for the Platinum Package prior to April 27, 2010. The terms and conditions are still available and can be viewed by logging into the customer account area.

OSM recognizes that in order to provide a complete service to its' customers, the vehicle must be listed until sold. For this reason, any person that did not meet the requirements of the refund is welcome to contact OSM customer service to continue the advertising. Not only will we continue to list it for sale, we will personally work with the seller to develop a new marketing strategy. We will not be satisfied until every vehicle on our site is sold! All current sellers advertising their vehicles with OSM are guaranteed to have the marketing continue until it is sold. This is truly a benefit that One Stop customers appreciate.

To discuss this with One Stop Motors directly, please feel free to call [protected] Monday - Friday between the hours of 8am and 5pm PST. Our friendly customer service representatives are more than happy to assist you.

I received a call from "Joe" at ONESTOPMOTORS after he saw my add for my Harley on CycleTrader and tried to get me to sign up then and there. He said he "would get me $1500.00 more then I was asking and sooner then I could". After his sales pitch I told him I worked at a Harley dealership and had my bike priced right but would take his info to my used bike manager and ask him what he thought. Well I did and was told that my bike was not going to sell for what they stated and I should google the site and check it out. I'm glad I did. As I was reading the horror stories Joe called and asked if I was ready to commit and get the bike sold. I told him of my conversation with my used bike manager and that I was on this site and he started in on me scolding me for listening to such" lie's" and said " If your not man enough to make your own decisions with out checking up on my company and asking your used bike manager for help then maybe we should not due business". I told him to remove my number from their list and never call back. His response was " I don't want to burn bridges with you" and hung up on me. Thank's to this site and my checking up on this company I saved time, aggravation and most importantly MONEY. Thanks for the help.

One Stop Motors If any one is considering using this company, don't

We got a call form them to sell our Maserati, they made all the promises that it would sell very fast.

All we had to do is pay $500, and they would look after the rest. Joke Joke

After we signed up for this scam, they kept calling us to purchase their program, which we had done. They couldn't even keep track of their customers.

When I called in for an update, they wouldn't return our calls, then said they didn't get the message, if that is the case they need to get a better phone system.

When I called to speak to the president of the company, they said they didn't know his extention or how to get to him, pathetic. I finally just gave up, and took the loss. The better business bureau should investigate this joke of a company.

If any one is considering using this company, don't.

Paid $500 for their money back guarantee to sell my car. Said they would get me thousands more than I could get on my own. Got one phone call about the car in 6 months! Person did not return my call either. Probably one of their own employees. Unfortunately they denied my claim for the refund that can only be mailed in within a 13 day period of time. Mine was 3 days outside the postmarked time frame. Hung up on me several times too when I called in to talk to someone. THIS IS A SCAM! Don't waste your time or money.

DO NOT USE onestopmotors. It is a complete rip off. I lost $499.00. They didn't do anything they said they would. They are very good a bull *** you, so beware. I listed my Motor Home on Craig's List and apparently they watch for advertising vehicles and then contact you. Don't fall for it. HANG UP ON THEM...I blame myself but I am still pissed. It is lucky for them I don't live near Las Vegas...Nothing physical, I would take up a position at there location and let everyone know what they are getting into. Do not use this company...

15 Tips for Saving Fuel

Whether you have the newest hybrid car on the market or an old used pickup truck, everyone can feel the extra cost filling up our car at the fuel pumps. Whereas there are many possible solutions that could solve the solution more long term, the average driver can do numerous things today, helping save money in the mean time. In case you would rather save money upfront, here is a list of the 8 best used cars under 10K that are fuel efficient. And without further ado, your 15 techniques on saving gas with your car:
15. Buy gas early in the morning or late at night. Gasoline, like most liquids gets denser as it gets colder. A few degrees temperature can have an appreciable difference in your total cost of gas over a few months or years. (There are currently regulations being put into place to counter this loophole, but it’s going to take a while to implement a fix.) Take advantage of it while you can!
14. Drive Slower. I know this one is sacrilege, however, it works. When you’re on the high way driving 75 vs. 65, the force against your car has increased by 33%. By driving a little slower, your car’s engine will need to do less work to keep your car moving and you’ll be saving money.
13. Brake Less. By keeping your eyes looking ahead, you’ll be able to gauge whether you can coast or brake. Why accelerate up to a stoplight and waste gas and brake pads. If you see a red light ahead, begin to coast until you see the indicator turn green again.
12. Empty out your car. Carrying around extra weight will kill you gas mileage. Of course you need your spare tire and a small repair kit, but getting rid of extra new or used car parts, old tools you’re not using or other spare gadgets in your car. Next time you replace your tires, you might want to consider run-flats. Though they are normally heavier than standard tires, removing the spare in your trunk will give you the advantage of weight savings.
11. Shift Earlier. If you’ve got a manual transmission, get to your top gear as quickly as possible. You don’t have to go through every gear. This is part of #2, but even passing on the highway doesn’t mean you need to drop to 3rd gear from 4th or 5th.
10. Carpool! Even if it’s one day a week and you drive 20 miles to and from work, this would save you $6.00-8.00 per week. Carpool two to three times a week and you might save almost $20.00 a week. This, of course, depends upon where your roommate/spouse/co-workers live, but sharing the load even one day week will save gas and reduce the wear and tear on all cars involved in the carpool.
9. Use your cruise control and stay in your own lane. Studies in the past have shown that following basic traffic laws and constantly changing lanes and speed don’t reduce travel time. Unless you’re passing, stay any lane but the far left and cruise along with the flow of traffic.
8. Don’t drive. Try to time your visits to the grocery store and shopping mall for the same day so you don’t have to make two trips. As if you can work from home one day a week or increase work to four 10 hour days and have an extra day for the weekend. Many larger businesses are doing this, so be sure and ask around your office.
7. Tighten your gas cap. Sounds simple, but missing or loose gas caps can allow gasoline vapors to escape at an alarming rate (gas is very volatile). Whereas a gallon of water may take a whole day to evaporate in hot weather, it can take as little as a hour depending upon the temperature and pressure.
6. Inflate your tires. Low or flat tires will cause increased drag on your car. Always make sure the pressures are at optimal levels or even a little above.
5. Replace your air filters. This will allow the proper amount of air into your engine and maximize the power created during combustion. High performance after market filters allow more air into your engine (thus increasing efficiency) and are reusable (cleanable) to save money.
4. Keep your car in proper tune. A rough running car with broken sensors or parts will cause you to waste gas. If you have a check engine light on, be sure to take your car to a reputable mechanic. Many shops will check the error light codes for free.
3. Keep your windows closed. This will reduce the drag on your car.
2. Turn off the air conditioning. This isn’t an option for some people, especially those of us in the South. However, the compressor being engaged will cause parasitic drag on the engine and cause a loss of power and efficiency.
1. Replace your car! Replacing your large truck or old v8 sedan and replacing it with even a 10 year old sub-compact could save you anywhere between 30 and 75 percent in fuel costs (depending how drastic you want to get). You could buy a brand new hybrid, but you could also buy a late 90s hatchback for a quarter the cost and get the same or better mileage!

Total ###, don't even talk to them! They'll overcharge your credit card and will not refund it without a court order. It took us 2 months, dozens of phone calls, faxes and emails to get our card refunded. They are frauds and also illegal telemarketers, of course. The picture on their website is also a total fraud, the building they supposedly work out of doesn't have their logo or name on it at all. It's photoshopped. Please report them and help shut them down! We need these people around like we need new diseases! ###, ###, ###!

Fuel Efficiency
In today’s market it is imperative to have an idea of what automobiles may be available for the consumer. It is even more important to look for fuel efficient cars based on the environmental situation we find ourselves in. Global warming does exist and it’s nice to know the car manufacturers are finally doing something about it. We have a list of our most fuel efficient cars below to help you, the consumer, find the best vehicle for you and your family.
• Ford Focus is top of the list for fuel efficient cars. It has a city and highway mileage of 24 and 35 miles per gallon respectively. This is for the manual transmission. For the automatic transmission you have 24 and 33 miles per gallon for city and highway driving. The Ford Focus was actually designed for the European clientele, but it is also available in the U.S. as a fuel efficient vehicle. The Ford Focus will be a smaller family car with a decent sized trunk and four doors. Surprisingly quick for a fuel efficient car.

• The Honda Fit offers 28 and 34 miles per gallon for city and highway driving. This is on the manual transmission. There are actually three transmissions for the Honda Fit model. You have an automatic basic vehicle with 27 and 34mpg for city and highway driving. Then you have the automatic sport with 27 and 33 mpg for city and highway driving. The Honda Fit was created mostly for the North American clientele, but it can be found in the U.K. The Honda Fit is a hatchback. It has style to go with its fuel efficient engine. The Honda Fit has more room than the Ford Focus, especially in trunk space.

• Mercedes Benz E320 also offers a lovely fuel efficient vehicle. You have 23 and 32 miles per gallon for city and highway driving. The Mercedes has a diesel engine and is not a hybrid. It does have more power than the other two fuel efficient vehicles mentioned. You have a V6 engine with 3.0 liters. You can also get a V8 engine in this model if you need an upgrade. The Mercedes is by far the most luxurious vehicle out of our list. It has more space, leather seats, and other amenities to make it the best.

• The Mini Cooper is also fuel efficient with 28 and 37 miles per gallon, with a manual transmission. On the automatic transmission you get 26mpg in the city and 34mpg on the highway. The Mini Cooper is not meant for being spacious. The 2017 Mini Cooper does offer four doors and a hatchback, giving it more room than the 3 door version. As a basic model the Mini Cooper is definitely an economic vehicle.

• Toyota Camry has a hybrid model in 2017. This particular model offers 33 miles per gallon in the city and 34mpg on the highway. As a hybrid vehicle you do lose some power, but it definitely has more space than other hybrid models

In January of 2017 I placed my car on KSL our local web service in the attempt to sell my 2017 Mitsubishi Endeavor. A few weeks I got a call from One Stop Motor, they claimed that they can sell my vehicle and I could get more than what I was asking for it and for $500 their deluxe service they would sell it within 6 month or my money back. Well 6 months came and gone and not even a single offer so I call to inquire about my refund they said all I had to do is send in the paperwork and I should get a check or credit within 10 days. I received a letter stating that I didn’t meet their requirement and my request was denied. I know I did everything they asked of me but still my request was denied. I just want anyone out there that is considering using there service to please reconsider. They are nothing but thieves.

One stop motors lied to me. This company is owned by Rob Wilder -- he is the only name listed on the business entity info at Nevada State Corp. Those who have been deceived by this company need to complain to the Nevada Attorney General and also the Attorney General of their state. Likewise, complain to the FTC consumer office. Be heard and make a change.

They charged me 499.00 for their services -- I was successful at getting this removed from my charge card but it wasn't easy. [redacted] seems to credit this company and they have listed, over and over again, their support -- don't be fooled. Just google onestopmotors complaints and the real word will be heard. They prey on those who advertise on other sites.

One Stop Motors is a scam! Approximately 6 months ago they hounded me relentlessly to do business with them. I had contacted them about selling a motorcycle for me and finally, against my better judgment, paid them to sell it. Their promise to post it on every website known to man on the Internet, sell it within 4 weeks, and sell it for a decent price was what lured me in. In the six months since handing them my money ($500.00) I have been unable to locate the motorcycle on their site), lowered the price 3 times, and they won't return my calls. I would encourage everyone who has dealt with these criminals to call the LasVegas Chamber of Commerce (if they indeed really have an office there-I have my doubts that the photo you see on their website is really their building), the better business bureau, and a good attorney. That's my plan.

About 5 calls from One Stop Motors were made before I gave in. They got my phone number from my Craigslist ad. They listed the car 5k more than what was my original asking price. Absolutley no offers were made. They listed my car on ebay but I did not get an offer close to my lowest possible price. They would not re-list it on ebay as they only do it once. It has been over 3 months and 3 price reductions and not a single call from one stop motors. I waisted $500 and they told me that after 6 months I can get my money back. When I listed my car for sale I intented to sell it in a month at most and now I still had not sold the car and have to wait 3 more months for my money back. This is insane. They have no idea what they are doing. I am really not happy with their service. As soon as I gave them my credit card the customer service went down the drain. When I call them to see what is going on with my ad, they keep telling me that they'll relist me on some website (which I never heard of) and that's all they can do. They assured me that 90% of their sales are made on ebay. They only listed the car there once. They claimed that $500 is the cost of marketing. If I would spend $500 on cars.com and autotrader.com and ebay I would have my car sold by now. This is a joke.

One stop motors contacted me to advertise 2 cars I have for sale saying they did such a great job selling and that if they DIDN'T sell my cars within 180 days, they would give me a FULL REFUND. I paid them the $1000 they asked in order to do it. WHAT A MISTAKE!! They didn't put the correct year on the ad, they promised it would be put in a magazine called...

One Stop Motors Frauds

1. They're not an auto dealer! They're an illegal telemarketing company.

2. The President of onestopmotors.com (Robert William Wilder) is a convicted rapist who did 7 yrs in NV prison. ###, from the top to the bottom.

3. They lie, cheat and steal for a living, of course they don't give refunds!

4. They photoshopped their logos onto the photo of their supposed office in Vegas, it doesn't exist.

5. They've had over 200 phone numbers to stay ahead of caller ID blocking from those they illegally harass.

6. The owner writes fake reviews all over the internet and screws up by using wrong user names and obvious errors. Like all ###, he's an idiot!

One Stop Motors One Stop Motors under FCC investigation

One Stop Motors Investigation by Federal Communications Commission as of April 2009

In the matter of

One Stop Motors, Inc.

Apparent Liability for Forfeiture

File No. EB- 07-TC-809
File No. EB- 07-TC-981

NAL/Acct. No. [protected]

FRN: [protected]

NOTICE OF APPARENT LIABILITY FOR FORFEITURE

Adopted: April 30, 2009 Released: May 1, 2009

By the Chief, Enforcement Bureau:

INTRODUCTION
In this Notice of Apparent Liability for Forfeiture (“NAL”)1, we find that One Stop Motors, Inc. (“One Stop Motors”)2 apparently willfully or repeatedly violated section 227 of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended (“Act”), and the Commission’s related rules and orders, by delivering at least one unsolicited, prerecorded advertising message to at least one consumer.3 Based on the facts and circumstances surrounding the apparent violation, we find that One Stop Motors is apparently liable for a forfeiture in the amount of $4, 500.
BACKGROUND
Section 227(b)(1)(B) prohibits any person from initiating “any telephone call to any residential telephone line using any artificial or prerecorded voice to deliver a message without the prior express consent of the called party, unless the call is initiated for emergency purposes or is exempted by rule or order by the Commission.”4 Section 64.1200(a)(2) of the Commission's rules provides exemptions to the prohibition for calls: 1) made for emergency purposes; 2) not made for a commercial purpose; 3) made for a commercial purpose but “not including or introducing an unsolicited advertisement5 or constituting a telephone solicitation”;6 4) to any person “with whom the caller has an established business relationship7 at the time the call is made”; or 5) “made by or on behalf of a tax-exempt nonprofit organization.”8
On March 9, 2007, in response to one or more consumer complaints alleging that One Stop Motors had delivered unsolicited, prerecorded advertising messages, the Commission staff issued a citation9 to One Stop Motors, pursuant to section 503(b)(5) of the Act.10 The staff cited One Stop Motors for delivering one or more unsolicited, prerecorded advertising messages to a residential telephone line for car sales services, in violation of section 227 of the Act and the Commission’s related rules and orders. The citation warned One Stop Motors that subsequent violations could result in the imposition of monetary forfeitures of up to $11, 000 per violation, and included copies of the consumer complaints that formed the basis of the citation.11 The citation informed One Stop Motors that within 30 days of the date of the citation, it could either request an interview with Commission staff, or could provide a written statement responding to the citation. One Stop Motors did not request an interview or otherwise respond to the citation.12
Despite the citation’s warning that subsequent violations could result in the imposition of monetary forfeitures, we have received an additional consumer complaint indicating that One Stop Motors continued to engage in such conduct after receiving the citation.13 We base our action here specifically on a complaint filed by a consumer establishing that One Stop Motors continued to deliver one unsolicited, prerecorded advertising message to a consumer after the date of the citation.14
Section 503(b) of the Act authorizes the Commission to assess a forfeiture for each violation of the Act, or of any rule, regulation, or order issued by the Commission under the Act, by a non-common carrier or other entity not specifically designated in section 503 of the Act. The maximum penalty for such a violation is $11, 000 for a violation occurring before September 2, 2008, and $16, 000 for a violation occurring on or after September 2, 2008.15 In exercising such authority, we are to take into account “the nature, circumstances, extent, and gravity of the violation and, with respect to the violator, the degree of culpability, any history of prior offenses, ability to pay, and such other matters as justice may require.”16
DISCUSSION
Violations of the Commission’s Rules Restricting Unsolicited Prerecorded Messages
We find that One Stop Motors apparently violated section 227 of the Act and the Commission’s related rules and orders by delivering at least one unsolicited, prerecorded advertising messages to the consumer identified in the Appendix. This NAL is based on evidence that a consumer received an unsolicited prerecorded message from One Stop Motors after the Commission staff’s citation. The prerecorded message advertises a car sales service. Further, we find that the unsolicited, prerecorded message at issue here was not made for any emergency or non-commercial purposes, and was not on behalf of a tax-exempt, nonprofit organization, but was commercial in nature and included an unsolicited advertisement or constituted a telephone solicitation. In addition, according to the complaint, the consumer neither had an established business relationship with One Stop Motors nor gave One Stop Motors permission to deliver the unsolicited, prerecorded message.17 The prerecorded message at issue here therefore falls within the definition of an “unsolicited advertisement.”18 Based on the entire record, including the consumer complaint, we conclude that One Stop Motors apparently violated section 227 of the Act and the Commission’s related rules and orders by delivering one unsolicited, prerecorded advertising message to one consumer.
Proposed Forfeiture

We find that One Stop Motors is apparently liable for a forfeiture in the amount of $4, 500. Although the Commission’s Forfeiture Policy Statement does not establish a base forfeiture amount for violating the prohibition on delivering unsolicited, prerecorded advertising messages to a residential telephone line, the Commission’s Enforcement Bureau has found these violations to be similar in nature to violating the prohibition against using a telephone facsimile machine to send unsolicited advertisements.19 The Commission has previously considered $4, 500 per unsolicited fax advertisement to be an appropriate base amount.20 We apply that base amount to one apparent unsolicited, prerecorded advertising message violation. Thus, a total forfeiture of $4, 500 is proposed. One Stop Motors will have the opportunity to submit evidence and arguments in response to this NAL to show that no forfeiture should be imposed or that some lesser amount should be assessed.21
IV. CONCLUSION AND ORDERING CLAUSES
We have determined that One Stop Motors, Inc. apparently violated section 227 of the Act and the Commission’s related rules and orders by delivering at least one unsolicited, prerecorded advertising message to the consumer identified in the Appendix. We have further determined that One Stop Motors, Inc. is apparently liable for a forfeiture in the amount of $4, 500.
Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED, pursuant to section 503(b) of the Act, 47 U.S.C. § 503(b), and section 1.80 of the Rules, 47 C.F.R. § 1.80, and under the authority delegated by sections 0.111 and 0.311 of the Commission’s rules, 47 C.F.R. §§ 0.111, 0.311, that One Stop Motors, Inc. is hereby NOTIFIED of this APPARENT LIABILITY FOR A FORFEITURE in the amount of $4, 500 for willful or repeated violations of section 227(b)(1)(B) of the Communications Act, 47 U.S.C. § 227(b)(1)(B), sections 64.1200(a)(2) of the Commission’s rules, 47 C.F.R. § 64.1200(a)(2), and the related orders described in the paragraphs above.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED THAT, pursuant to section 1.80 of the Commission’s rules, 22 within thirty (30) days of the release date of this Notice of Apparent Liability for Forfeiture, One Stop Motors, Inc. SHALL PAY the full amount of the proposed forfeiture or SHALL FILE a written statement seeking reduction or cancellation of the proposed forfeiture.
Payment of the forfeiture must be made by check or similar instrument, payable to the order of the Federal Communications Commission. The payment must include the NAL/Account Number and FRN Number referenced above. Payment by check or money order may be mailed to Federal Communications Commission, P.O. When completing the FCC Form 159, enter the NAL/Account number in block number 23A (call sign/other ID), and enter the letters “FORF” in block number 24A (payment type code). One Stop Motor will also send electronic notification on the date said payment is made to Johnny.[protected]@fcc.gov. Requests for full payment under an installment plan should be sent to: Chief Financial Officer -- Financial Operations, 445 12th Street, S.W., Room 1-A625, Washington, D.C. 20554. Please contact the Financial Operations Group Help Desk at [protected] or Email: [protected]@fcc.gov with any questions regarding payment procedures.
The response, if any, must be mailed both to the Office of the Secretary, Federal Communications Commission, 445 12th Street, SW, Washington, DC 20554, ATTN: Enforcement Bureau – Telecommunications Consumers Division, and to Colleen Heitkamp, Chief, Telecommunications Consumers Division, Enforcement Bureau, Federal Communications Commission, 445 12th Street, SW, Washington, DC 20554, and must include the NAL/Acct. No. referenced in the caption.
The Commission will not consider reducing or canceling a forfeiture in response to a claim of inability to pay unless the petitioner submits: (1) federal tax returns for the most recent three-year period; (2) financial statements prepared according to generally accepted accounting practices; or (3) some other reliable and objective documentation that accurately reflects the petitioner’s current financial status. Any claim of inability to pay must specifically identify the basis for the claim by reference to the financial documentation submitted.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a copy of this Notice of Apparent Liability for Forfeiture shall be sent by Certified Mail Return Receipt Requested and First Class Mail to One Stop Motors, Inc., Attention: Rob Wilder, 2950 South Rancho Drive, Ste 200, Las Vegas, NV 89102.

One Stop Motors Great Service

I am a current happy employee at One Stop Motors, and I have not been instructed by anyone to write this. I am not in sales so writing this has no benefit on my paycheck I just have read some posted blogs by some former employees who were let go for very good reasons. I think it’s amazing the amount of time a person will put into trying to destroy a reputable company’s reputation. I think that says a lot about one’s character, and possible problems of employing such a person. I see One Stop Motor employees doing their best to provide the best method of advertising to sell your Car, Truck, Motorcycle, Boat or Aircraft Online. I truly believe in what we do here is a beneficial service we offer our customers, especially in this struggling economy of ours.
Since I started working here at Onestopmotors.com I have seen and experience many positive things in the way CEO Rob Wilder, COO Ray Spears, and Sales Manager Glenn Johnson treat their Employees and the lengths they will go to keep them. There hasn’t been one time when I need something or had a question or concerns about anything that they weren’t there to listen and take action. Most people do or at least should realize you can’t please everyone all the time whether it’s an Employee or a Customer…. Sometimes people expect the impossible. But let me say that One Stop Motors goes above and beyond to satisfy both. Thanks Again to Rob, Ray and Glenn for your Support.
I invite anyone to share their positive experience about One Stop Motors. People are quick to talk bad about anyone and the satisfied are usually pretty silent. – Ted Garfield

I'm not an employee or former employee I am a customer that has been robbed blind, but believe you me that I'm going to do everything in my power to make sure that I get my money back plus interest plus all the stress you have put me and my family through. When I'm done with this company you better believe me when I say you will not have a job because I've already been putting complaints with everyone and I won't stop until they shut this place down! I'm demanding that it gets closed immediately!

I worked there myself for not more than a couple of days. I was not let go but walked out after I saw what was going on. Everyone who works there knows it is a scam or they are blind idiots!

In any case what other legit companies the size of one stop motors has so many pissed off former employees? Why is there so many complaints online and with the BBB (they have an F rating there)? Why is it that the results they promise are all lies? Why do they ignore craigslist rules by soliciting people who clearly marked they did not wish for such and why have they been investigated and fined by the FTC?

Dear Ted,

I can tell you I am an ex-employee. I worked for OSM for 3 years, I know you have not been there maybe 6-8 months and if you are on the sales floor you have no idea what goes on in CS, they are not the reputable company you may think they are. They scan the internet for people selling their vehicles, they don't pay an hourly wage, they are commission base pay only ( they offer 250.00 a week as long as you get one sale and are at work on time and come back from breaks on time, they even have someone walk around the room 4 times a day to make sure everyone is in their seats on the phone) it is a "boiler room". And as for they are willing to help you, only if it benefits them. As for Rob, Ray and especially Glenn, they are all drug addicts. Rob has been in jail for having drugs on him, Ray has been accused of being on drugs and fired the person who seen him in a drug deal, and Glenn has been let go 4 times in the post year and a half for being to messed up to work, and he will tell any client anything it takes to close the sale. Ray Slept with Robs girlfriend of 6 years, Glenn got Ray the job, and they have been in rehab together ( that's where they met) and Rob controls Glenns bank account and now Rob is messing around with Rays sister. Wow What a company! I was very high up in the company and can assure you everything I am posting, have posted or will post is 100% true ! I am happy that Ray let me go, it was the best thing that ever happened to me, I no longer have to lie to clients, I don't have to be afraid to answer the phone, and it has shown me what kind of company to not work for !
If Rob would get rid of the ones making his business be this way he has a very good business plan, it is the people he chooses to surround him self with and let have control in his company !

One Stop Motors Terrible company

I think people need to realize just how big OSM Advertising is and how many customers they have. When you have 100, 000 customers and have 3 or 4 people complaining they didn't sell their car, it really doesn't paint a true picture of that company. Everybody wants to complain when things don't go well but no one wants to complement a company when they have a great experience. Not only did I sell my car with OSM advertising but my brother sold his as well on OSM four years ago. I got exactly what I wanted for my car and he got even more than he wanted. It did take a little time for me to sell it but when it was all said and done, it was well worth being a little patient. To be honest, I would not only recommend selling a car with OSM, I would also strongly suggest buying one if I was one of the many people who can't get the financing for a new car. I have a feeling for every bad experience with this company, there are 1, 000 good ones that you never get to hear of.

I am not a former employee but a customer who has been robbed. As far as customer service it's been the worst I have ever received in my life, I've been hung up on more then 5 times by Karen. I've asked continusely to speak with anyone over her I never received a call back all I ever received was voicemail, been place on hold and disrespected by Karen. At one point I thought maybe Karen was the only person working there because becide Joe selling this buisness to me (through my ad on Craigslist.com which was illegal anyways), I was never given the chance to speak to anyone else. This buisness is bogus and need to be shut down and all it's employees need to be arrested.

Mr Wilder,

The statement above is so like self justification... No proof needed just take me on my word ect. I've yet to meet one person in the flesh that has ever heard of your company much less used it for brokerage.

Explain to me "why" your company requires a $500 fee upfront, espcially when odds are your netting brokerage fees from the buyer as well as finance kickback if your company refers them to a loan agent ? Odds are that this Ad fee is nothing more then pure commision. IMO "if" your company is legit, you'd not need the Ad fee at all as you'd be recovering your costs from the buyer upon completion of the transaction.

That is of coarse... Assuming your company is legit.

One Stop Motors Complaints Appear To Be Invalid
One Stop Motors Complaints Investigated, Reports Say Most Are Falsified

One Stop Motors Receives Backlash On The Net From Competitors, Reports Say

Complaints against One Stop Motors on the net appear to be fabricated by a disgruntled employee and local competition.

One Stop Motors complaints on the Internet appear to be coming from local competitors as well as a disgruntled employee. The company says none of the names appearing in the complaints appear in their database of former clients.

One Stop Motors refutes complaints posted on the Internet. The President of One Stop Motors say the reports seem to be fabricated names of people who have not used their services. A disgruntled employee may hold key to the mystery.

One Stop Motors has been the victim of Internet slander. A number of negative posts have began appearing on the Internet dating back to 2007, coincidentally, the same year a disgruntled employee was let go from the company.

According to One Stop Motors President, Rob Wilder, the company has researched the complaints, attempting to match the names posted on each listing with their database of clients. None of the names listed in the complaints board match their records of active or past clients.

One Stop Motors believes most of the complaints are the result of a disgruntled employee that was let go from the company in 2007, as well as posts from local competition. “We have thoroughly researched each complaint that has been posted for two reasons. One, we want to see whether these are legitimate postings, and two, if they are, we want any customer, past or present, who is not satisfied with our services to contact us right away. We have always gone the extra mile to ensure the happiness of our clients, and we will always continue to do so, ” said Wilder.

Third party consumer protection sites have also researched the negative complaints and have publicly denounced their validity, declaring, “One Stop Motors customers can feel safe confident and secure when doing business with the One Stop Motors program - Committed to total customer satisfaction.. One Stop Motors ensures that all customers get the highest level of service and support.”

One Stop Motors specializes in the sale of used cars online. The company offers value added tools such as shipping, financing, extended warranties, insurance, marketing and advertising support for sellers and fraud protection for buyers.

One Stop Motors Scammed $500 from me

I had my Harley on the web, One stop Motors called and said they could get top dollar, much more than what I had on the web. The sales man was smooth and said he was being taped so if there was anything he was saying that was not true it could be reviewed by his superiors. His boss or so called boss promised the world and said they sold many bikes just like mine for much more money. Kept calling and even said "as soon as your bike is listed, stay next to your phone to talk with our customer service reps to field all of the phone buyers" five months and lowered price down to where I was originally. Now even if I sell the bike, I am down $500 more. Customer service has been friendly and for the most part helpful, but they were not the ones that scammed my money.

The salesman also gave me his personal number and said to call if I have any questions, guess what, the number goes to voice mail, he will not call back and customer service will not transfer me.

If this was on the up and up, why would he not talk to me?

Yes I am bitter, nothing I can do but try to get the word out to others to be very careful.

the person whom posted this information is a former indep contractor of www.itrustmotors.com named David Steitz. This man was paid to do NOTHING except post negative complaints for 8 to 11 months (2008) / 6 to 8 hrs per day.
SERIOUSLY, these companies that claim to offer similiar services as OSM are in fact the REAL phonies!

OSM has NOTHING to hide and has proved to be one of the nations largest online vehicle for sale by owner web sites! they've been in biz for 7 yrs now! which is ALOT more than any of these supposed "competitors" can say.
The TRUE Scam is ran by the following companies...
www.suresellautos.com
www.itrustmotors.com
http://www.expertautos.com/index.php

in which most of these companies change their domain name(s) to something else after they've taken a few hundred customers every few months! Thats the REAL scam that consumers are yet to hear.

from what i gather, OSM is suing a number of these companies for defamation of character / slander...
not sure if anybody will read this, however if so... i recommend using osm onestopmotors.com as i'm excited to finally be working for a company that truly cares for what they do!
thank you osm!

One Stop Motors Greatest scam

I had this guy called Matt which promised me that he could sell my car for $1000 dollars more than what I asked, for but of course he wanted for me to pay him $300 for marketing purposes (yea right). So I told him that if he sold my car for $1000 more he could just get his costs of the sales price. When he found himself cornered and without any argument he became rude. Whatever you do never give out your credit card number to these thieves. They give you absolutely no guarantees. I looked them up in Nevada’s better business bureau, and they are not even a member. Further more they have had 167 complaints of people giving their credit cards to them and then never hearing a word from them again. Some people getting robed of $500 and up. This company is a joke. They have other affiliates so watch out. (Sell-car-free.com and sell-my-caronline.com) same scam just different names, since of course the word is already out about these lowlifes. Its funny how they managed to get a good review in here.

Probably Matt's mom did manage to sell her Rav4. Beware of the dogs in this one. Matt if you are reading this...eat S..T

Yep, they called. Claimed to be a different company...NOT affiliated with one stop. tried to sell the same packages and services. And then claimed Craigslist sold my info to them. I asked if since craigslist had violated and they had colluded, how can I trust them? No real answer. Hehehehe

Got the calls from one of their affiliates...that claimed to not be affiliated with them. Also claimed craigslist had sold the names. I asked that since Craigslist had violated their policy to seel the phone and they deal with craigslist in this scheme, doesn't that make them underhanded? The fellow REALLY didn't like that. I thought it funny that they claimed to NOT be associated with the other.

I posted to Craigslist and autotrader and guess what...I started getting the creepy calls with the silence on the other end. I had lived in LV and recognized the the 702 567 part of the number. Not recognizing the number and getting concerned on who was calling me, I looked it up on-line. It didn't take long to find the myriad of warning web sites. Curious, I tried calling the number back and got three hang ups. When I got a live person, I asked why they were calling me and got a hang up (D-something). I called back and got an automated hang up and then another live person. I asked again why they were calling me (Matt-something)...and got hung up on. Third time was the charm. I said I had gotten a missed call from here and why I was constantly getting hung up on and a charming, if not swarmy, fellow informed me I must have been calling from an un-recognized number and that they offer... At this point I told him to remove my cell number from his system. He mumbled a few expletives and hung up on me. Out of curiosity, I have listed my truck under a different phone number on Craigslist...so let's see how this begins.

I too received a telephone call from a lady out in Las Vegas, NV promising to sell my 2011 Hyundai Sonata within two weeks. She said see got my information from Auto Traders. I needed to send them $499 to get everything started. Well I was ripped off by this company because I was desperate to sell my car. Not one time did I receive a telephone call from anyone. One Stop Motors said If I send them additional monies they would upgrade my ad and my car would definitely sell. Well, guess what, I sold the car myself without their help but I lost the 499 with them. If anyone out there has filed a class action suit against One Stop Motors, I would certainly love to be a part of the class action law suit. I would love to hear from you out there.

Same story here. Advertised a very unique looking pickup on a website and here came the call from one stop motors. That was three months ago. My gut told me it was a scam and checked them out with the BBB in Las Vegs. I didn't get that they were not recognized by the BBB. I read that they had been in business for years and that there had been complaints but that they had tried to work thru them with their customers, Because they gave their scam speech of selling this huge number of vehicles, thought well, I guess that's understandable. Long story short, they answered our calls for about the first two weeks. then for about another two weeks, we would get a recording and leave a message, after that we get a bogus recording stating we have reached them after business hours, whether it morning noon or evening. Cant even get ahold of them to lower price of truck. Tried two different email addresses for them and they are not recognized. Going to see if I can figure out how to launch yet another complaint about them on BBB website but hav not found the right place to do so yet. Would be interested in class action lawsuit also. barbmattson62@gmail.com.

I live in Hawaii and i got a call from this lady who said she worked for One Stop Motors..
She told me her whole pitch and promised to sell my car for $499! She also said that they would
arrange to ship my car anywhere in the continental US if they found a buyer at no cost to me..
Are you f..king kidding or what?! Do people really fall for this scam?
These [censor] got my number off craigslist and now won't stop calling!
I would like to join the class action law suit when filed against these low life losers!
I am also filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to make sure something is done about this...
They may get away with it now, but there time will come..

One Stop Motors Lies and cheating!

When they say it is too good to be true, you should run the other way. I was so taken in by the promises and the charm of these people, we had listed our car at 13,000 and they said if we pay 500.00 they would be able to sell it for about 15,500. And then we were told different time frames, one month and even two weeks. I talked to customer service and they said, oh this car will sell quickly, low miles, good condition, it is rare for us to have a car longer than two months, cause it costs us money when they don't move.

It has been over four months, never a follow up call from them, when I called, they suggested that we lower the price, we did. They are sweet talkers and when they are trying to get your money, they will call and give you all this attention, once they have your 500.00, never a word from them again. Oh, I take that back, I called in frustration and that day I got a call asking about the car, it was some idiot from their company trying to get me to list my car with them.

I was a fool to not do a search on this company to start with, thankfully we are not desperate to sell our car, we will hold on to it and use it as a trade in, but these people are all talk and very deceptive, I just threw away 500.00, I did leave them a message that I will spend 500.00 worth of my time to do what I can to put the word out and to complain about them.

That gives me an idea, I will call every day and take up about 30 minutes each call in complaints and when I feel that they have paid out 500.00 in wages of wasted time on the phone with me, I will then double that. I have the right to complain to them and they will hear from me every day. Hope others will do the same, we may never get our money back, but we can drain the pocket of the owner by taking up his employees time!

One Stop Motors way to go. I was in desperate need to get rid of my 2010 Chevy Cobalt. My vehicle was in excellent condition I couldn't figure out why I was unable to get it sold. 6 months had gone by and my vehicle was still sitting. I received a call from One Stop Motors, I listened to what they had to offer but wasn't interested in paying 499.00 dollars for them to advertise my vehicle. The rep told me she would send me over a email . After reading over the email I gave the rep a call back. I had numerous questions and concerns. She had no problem answering them for me. After talking things over with my husband we decided to give One Stop Motors a try. I sent their customer service department my photos and the ad they built was amazing. They kept in contact with me twice even three times a week. A month went by my husband and I began to get worried. It wasn't long before One Stop Motors called me with a buyer that was able to put 10% down and had a verifiable income. Thank you One Stop Motors! I look forward to doing business with you again.

Ever since placing our car for sale on craigs list and two other free sites, One Stop Motors has been ringing our number once a day at different times. This morning I was on the floor doing my morning exercises before 8:00am, and had to get up and answer the phone for their automated message. I started to e-mail them, but then realized that they would probably use my e-mail to harrass me even more.

It's a shame one cannot advertise something for sale and not be harrassed by people wanting to make a dollar from you - when you are trying to sell something to make a dollar yourself. From looking at different complaint websites, even if you did want this company to market your vehicle, they do not appear to follow through.

One of your phone rep's contacted me one night, sometime around early to mid January, because of an ad that I was running in trying to sell my deceased husband's motorcycle. She told me that OSM would give me a full money back guaranty "if" my items were not sold within 180 days. So, believing her, I went ahead and provided her with my credit card that night in the amount of $898.00. A few days later, I was contacted by my advertising rep, Karen Vargas, who was just great to work with from the very beginning. After several months of working with her, I knew that I was getting close to my 180 days so I sent her an email asking her when I could request for my refund and she told me after July 12th. She said that I would have to go on line, print out the form and send it in with some documentation, which I did. Within a few days, I receive two letters, declining my " guaranteed full refund" because of a couple of things that I was suppose to do from the start, but was never informed about. This is just their way of using "LOOP HOLES" in order to keep the money.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They are just another company using your misfortune to better theres.

Safety Options to Consider when purchasing a New or Used Car. Your insurance company may offer discounts for the following safety features. If not, it pays to shop around. Discounts for vehicle safety features vary widely among insurance companies.

Air Bags: Passenger and driver-side dual airbags are now required in all vehicles sold in the United States. Air bags must be used with safety belts for maximum effectiveness.

Head Injury Protection: This feature, which lessons the blow if your head hits the interior roof of your vehicle, has become standard in recent years. If you select an older vehicle, it may not have this safety feature.

Advanced Headrests: These systems allow the back of the seat and headrest to move down and back if the vehicle is hit from the rear, reducing the forward motion and thus decreasing the severity of head and neck injuries.

Automatic Daytime Running Lights: This feature makes it impossible for you to drive without headlights, making your vehicle more visible when driving, even during daylight.

Anti-lock Brake System: This feature eliminates the need to "pump the brakes" when you have to stop quickly, preventing the wheels from locking up and the vehicle from skidding. ABS pumps the brakes for the driver; the driver keeps constant pressure on the brake pedal and concentrates on steering. This allows the driver to regain control in bad weather conditions or quickly avoid a crash.

Traction Control: While ABS helps drivers maintain control while braking, traction control helps them do so while accelerating. This feature stops the spinning of a wheel due to wet roads, loose gravel, or fast acceleration by braking, it reducing the fuel or cutting spark plug ignitions, depending on the type of system, which improves traction.

Electronic Stability System: This feature coordinates the ABS, Traction Control, and the "yaw" of your vehicle (how much the vehicle rocks side to side). The system reduces tire spinning, skidding, and cornering without traction, keeping the vehicle's tires in maximum contact with the road.

If your budget allows, check out the more advanced crash-avoidance technologies found on newer models, such as emergency brake assist, lane departure warnings, and blind spot warnings.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! SCAM! They promise to list your vehicle at the TOP of several search engines (about 10). I checked regularly and it one on only ONE, I couldn't even find it on the other 9 as far back as 8 pages. They did an ebay auction like they promised, got ZERO bids, probably because they have a crappy 80% positive rating, LOTS of complaints on there too. Don't fall for the 100% money back BS. They have an extremely tight refund policy and they make NO exceptions. READ IT! I did BUT it didn't matter, they STILL denied me. Your request for refund HAS to be post marked from 180-193 days after YOU PAY for the service NOT the AD POSTED DATE as the refund policy states. I paid on the 8th of December, I have an email dated the 16th of December telling me the ad is now posted. My request was post marked on the 193rd day. I got a denial letter stating my ad posting started the 8th. That's crap, because they didn't have all of my information and photos on the 8th. They don't return calls, sales people or the management. I NEVER got a single call from any perspective buyer through One Stop. This company is not someone to do ANY business with, PERIOD, unless you just really want to waste your money. I don't have one single thing positive to say about this company. Use at your own risk.

About 5 calls from One Stop Motors were made before I gave in. They got my phone number from my Craigslist ad. They listed the car 5k more than what was my original asking price. Absolutely no offers were made. They listed my car on eBay but I did not get an offer close to my lowest possible price. They would not re-list it on eBay as they only do it once. It has been over 3 months and 3 price reductions and not a single call from one stop motors. I wasted $500 and they told me that after 6 months I can get my money back.

When I listed my car for sale I indented to sell it in a month at most and now I still had not sold the car and have to wait 3 more months for my money back. This is insane. They have no idea what they are doing. I am really not happy with their service. As soon as I gave them my credit card the customer service went down the drain. When I call them to see what is going on with my ad, they keep telling me that they’ll relist me on some website (which I never heard of) and that’s all they can do.

They assured me that 90% of their sales are made on eBay. They only listed the car there once. They claimed that $500 is the cost of marketing. If I would spend $500 on cars.com and autotrader.com and eBay I would have my car sold by now. This is a joke.

All i can say is I've learned another expensive lesson. Do NOT purchase this service because they do NOT deliver they're pitch. Kinda like the President that has been elected. This company stole $500 of my hard earned cash. I listed my car 2 years ago with them. Rec'd very little market interest. Reluctantly dropped the price to about half what they promised to sell it at. It's lies and deception, your better off just throwing $500 dollars out the window or going to the casino. This is no joke, don't be a fool. 497

Crafty and professional sounding sales people lure you into listing with One Stop Motors flaunting their money back guarantee and making you feel confident in their ability to sell your vehicle. Their attention disappears almost immediately after they get your credit card. I had to initiate all actions after the initial set-up. After the 180 day listing requirement, I requested a refund because I had NO, not even one, referral. Of course, then they used small details as loop holes to deny my refund request. Of course, they did not do anything to bring my attention to the details upon registering. VERY, VERY deceiving.

After 6 months and One Stop Motors had not sold our Harley we asked for a refund. It was deneid. They said we did not contact them within 30 days of lsiting the bike.

I have proff of where we sent them pictures and where they sent us emials reguarding the acct.

Still refusing to give us our money back.

Pissed off customer, to bad they are not a member of the BBB in Vegas.

We are screwed! DO not do business with these people. They do not keep up thier end of the bargain. I will keep trying to get pur money back but I think it is a lost cause.
