Ready Wheels reviews and complaints

I placed a order on readywheels.com the next day Luis called me and said the rims I ordered would not fit on my vehicle, so he offered me a similar set of rims that would fit. Also that he had the rims on hand(in-stock). He charged my account that day under the name Preferred Automotive Services LLC. I did not receive a invoice for the order, until I called and asked for it. The first invoice was incorrect, so I had to call and make sure he had the correct order, the second invoice was correct. A week later I didn't receive any shipment or tracking information. Instead I received a refund confirmation via e-mail. I quickly checked my account and it was not refunded. So I called again, and again talked to Luis, he blamed my bank for holding the money, so he couldn't buy the rims that...remember, he said he had on hand. So he said he had to cancel the order and refund the money. The money was never refunded. My bank is taking action to get my money back. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THE CLOWNS LUIS OR WILLIAM! They are a scam.!

I and my friends have been buying from ready wheels for the last 4yrs and we have never had a problem with them, we have spent at least $13, 000.00 and probably saved $5k, the reason I am writing this is because sometimes a company has a bad employee and things go wrong and as far as I know that guy was fired and the new manager is making sure that nothing else can wrong and I just got 4rims and again it all went smoot. so if you want good costumer service and getting your rims and tire at a good price give them a call and you will see for your self.

I have done Business with Ready Wheels in the past and I have never had a problem
With them as so many people have. You have to remember that all companies have
Some bad seeds and all companies get a bad review but that does not make the company, fixing the problem does. and that’s what happened with Ready Wheels
And as far as I know they got rid of the bad seeds and are under new Management
The reason I know this, is because I recently bought a set of tires and wheels from them
And it all went just great .
So it turns out that I am one of the many people who had a very good experience
With them.

I placed an order with Ready Wheels and was told that the rims that I ordered were not in stock. They suggested other rims that they thought I might have been interested in, but I did not want them. I decided to get rims elsewhere. I told them to cancel my order and they told me that it was canceled. A week later I recieved a bank statement and found out that Ready Wheels charged my credit card without authorization to do so. I tried to contact them and they did not return my call. Now I have to try to get my money back from them. DO NOT ORDER FROM READYWHEELS.COM
