I bought this car brand new in 2019. It was shipped by rail. It cost me over $70,000.00.
When it arrived, there were paint chips on the edge of the driver's door. All the dealership would do was send a bottle of touch up paint.
Also, the cargo net was missing. The salesman, John Walker, said that he would send one when another car arrived that had one. Nothing but lip service and excuses.
Today, I called Ontario Chrysler as I wanted them to email me the option sheet, not the window sticker.
Sales Manager Scott Thompson answered and put me through to John Walker, since John Walker sold me the car.
John said he would have to go through boxes of files and it would be on my invoice on the left side.
I checked my invoice and there was nothing.
As a result, I text the Sales Manager, Eric Faucher, at Inland Auto Centre Ltd. in Dawson Creek, British Columbia. They are a Chrysler Dealership. I had previously bought a new 2014 Ram 1500 EcoDiesel from him.
Eric is off today, but he will get me the option sheet tomorrow when he gets back to work. All I need to do is give him the VIN number and he can look it up.
I DO recommend Inland Auto Centre as they care about customers.
I DO NOT recommend Ontario Chrysler. I can't believe how poorly the service has been and continues to be.
Desired outcome: Honest after sales service. The cargo net that I was promised and compensation for a professional paint repair on the driver's door edge.
