On February 18, 2021 at 9:42am I sent an email regarding my flight reservation for one of the passengers in the booking reservation stating to change the dates for the flight because one passenger could not fly. I called many time to customer service throughout the whole week nobody answered, I would send emails and none of them were responded. I requested a refund and I could not get a refund, I requested to change the dates even if I had to pay and that was also not possible. I was not given any other options for the passenger’s flight and resulted in the passenger not traveling for those dates. I called Avianca and they advised that I cannot use that flight for which it was not used to reserve another booking reservation and it turns out I cannot use that reservation and pay the difference.
Desired outcome: I would like to use the existing booking reservation to book another flight. I would like for that flight to be active again in order for the passenger to use that flight credit.
