So, around a month ago, I placed an order for some glasses from Optically.ca. You know what? I still don't have them! I've tried reaching out to their customer service through email and chat, but it seems like no one's on the other end because I haven't gotten any response at all. To be honest, it's pretty frustrating. And when I did finally get a reply to one of my messages, it was just some automated response that didn't even answer my questions about when my glasses will arrive or how they'll get here.

All the website says is that my order has been "dispatched". But what does that even mean? It doesn't give me any concrete information to go off of. At this point, I'm pretty sure I won't be ordering from them ever again. It's a shame because I was excited to try out this site but if I can't even get a response from their customer service, what's the point? Save yourself the trouble and look somewhere else for your glasses!

I ordered some glasses like two months ago and haven't heard anything from them - like no confirmation, no update on my order, nothing. They still took my money, my credit card got charged straight away which is totally not cool. I'm really not sure what all those other people are talking about with their positive reviews because to me, it feels like a proper scam website. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, to be honest.

I recently had an experience with Optically.ca, and I must say their service left a lot to be desired. It's very frustrating when what they claim on their website and their customer service don't quite match up with what they deliver. I was promised timely delivery and quality products, but sadly, that's not quite how it panned out.

The promises they made initially were compelling, and I was excited to do business with them. However, as soon as I placed my order, the constant delays and endless excuses began. It seemed like they were trying to keep me on the hook by making empty promises and giving me the run-around.

In the end, I felt like a total sucker as I got scammed! If I could go back in time, I would have chosen a different vendor altogether. Despite my terrible experience, I do hope that Optically.ca improves their service quality, so customers can have a better experience in the future.

Last May I ordered two pairs from Optically.ca. They were very cheap and I received them quickly. However, one pair did not arrive. I contacted the company and they said the sorry pair is no longer available. I decided to pay for another pair which was even more expensive. It finally arrived, but it was not the one I ordered, it was a very cheap pair. I had to send them back and I'm still waiting for my refund. It's September 2020 already! I advise everyone to avoid these scammers at all costs!

The glasses from Optically.ca were really not great at all. I had quite a hard time seeing through them, as the lenses were very blurry and it made it very difficult for me to see properly. I tried to return them, but unfortunately, they wouldn't let me and told me that I had to send them back to be 're-aligned'. I wasn't really sure what this meant, but I was hopeful that it would solve the issue I was having.

I understand that sometimes lenses need to be adjusted to fit a person's pupils, but these glasses were blurry in all directions, and it really seemed like the prescription for the lenses was just incorrect. I tried to explain this to the clerk, but they just wouldn't listen and insisted that I needed to come back to the Toronto office to have them repaired.

All in all, it was a really frustrating experience, and I wouldn't recommend Optically.ca to anyone who wants to get a decent pair of glasses. The customer service was not very helpful, and it was just a really unpleasant experience overall. If you're looking for a good pair of glasses, I would recommend going somewhere else and saving yourself the headache.

I gotta say, I'm not sure if it's just Canada or if other places have this issue too, but I ended up waiting for quite a while before getting my order from Optically.ca. I don't think this is the fault of the company itself though; it seems like the folks in charge of distributing the products in Canada are not doing the best job. To be honest, I'm not even sure if it's a "real" business or just someone's side hustle. Either way, I wouldn't recommend it.

Another thing that really irked me was how expensive the lenses ended up being. I don't think the frames I chose were worth the extra cost, and the lackluster customer service I received made it feel like even more of a rip-off. I mean, come on--there are plenty of other sites out there that offer similar (if not better) products and services. I'm not saying don't give these guys a chance at all--but just be aware that you might not be getting your money's worth.

I was big excited to order from Optically.ca on Jan. 20, 2022, but it's been a real bummer of an experience so far. Apparently my eyeglasses are coming all the way from China and they won't be arriving until March 9th! Why on earth did they not tell me this beforehand? I live in a small town and it's not like I can just waltz into a store and pick up a pair of glasses.

On top of all this, I don't think I'll even be able to get a refund if I wanted to. According to their website, I have to wait until the glasses arrive, ship them back to China, and then wait even longer for a refund IF they even deem me worthy enough for a refund. This is just not acceptable business practices.

I tried reaching out to them earlier to cancel my order, but I only got a tracking number today (Mar. 3). That's way too little, too late. I'm in a real bind here and I can't just go months without glasses. It's a shame because I heard good things about this website, but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

I wouldn't recommend Optically.ca to anyone. Don't fall for their website's false promises- it's a complete scam! Firstly, they claim to be a Canadian company, but their phone number shows they're based in New York. To make matters worse, the glasses I purchased from them were shipped from India- where's the Canadian connection in that?

The company boasts a 100% satisfaction guarantee, but that's far from the truth. When I attempted to return my glasses due to poor quality, they changed their terms and conditions on the website. I felt cheated and conned. The worst part? They wouldn't send me an RMA so I could ship the glasses back. It was a nightmare dealing with Optically.ca's customer service team.

The whole experience was frustrating. I had to end up going to my credit card company to have the purchase reversed because Optically.ca was so uncooperative. If you're reading this and thinking about ordering from Optically.ca, I would suggest looking elsewhere. Don't waste your time or money on this fraudulent company. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!

I wasn't that satisfied with the glasses that I ordered from Optically.ca. The cheaper frames that were priced at around $39 were twisted and I couldn't manage to straighten them even with hot water. I also had to wait a full month for my glasses to arrive, which was a little frustrating.

Even with the better frames, I still faced some issues. One of the lenses had the wrong prescription, which made it difficult for me to use them properly. Although my previous pair of glasses was fine in terms of the prescription, I am unable to access my prescription from Optically.ca to verify it.

On top of all that, I faced another issue with the frameless glasses that I ordered. These glasses were kept on hold for almost two months, and when I finally contacted customer service, they asked me to pay an extra $50 for lens upgrades. I didn't receive any notice about this before, which was quite inconvenient.

Moreover, even the frameless glasses that I received had asymmetrical stems, which didn't look very appealing. All in all, I wasn't too satisfied with the quality of my glasses from Optically.ca, and I don't think I'll be ordering from them again anytime soon.

Do not, under any circumstances, use Optically.ca. They made me extremely unhappy with their horrid service and terrible products. I requested prescription sunglasses with white frames and instead, received frames that looked like the colour of a military vessel. As if that wasn't bad enough, the frames were also damaged and the lenses were not aligned properly.

The delivery was severely delayed and I was unable to get any updates from the company on the status of my order until it arrived at my doorstep. Their website claims that they provide a full refund for any reason, but that couldn't be further from the truth. When I contacted an agent to request a refund, I was told that they do not even offer white frames, even though their website clearly displays them as an option.

It was an enormous hassle to try and get any kind of compensation for the terrible product. I would highly recommend steering clear of this company and finding a better online optical retailer. There are plenty of other options out there that provide excellent service and high-quality products.
