I was contacted by a person stating that she represented Household Orchard Bank. They left me a voicemail message and a number to call them back. They also left me a fake customer number. She stated that I had opened an account with this company in 2003 and that the company closed my account in 2006. I have no knowledge of opening an account with Household Orchard Bank in 2003. When I stated this to whomever this bogus person was, she attempted to advise me of actions to take. They had my social security number and date of birth which alarmed me. To all readers, this sounds like a scam to get access to your bank account so that they can totally rip you off. I am filing a police report against them as soon as I finish typing up this message.

Retired Educator and you cannot and will not steal my money!

Desired outcome: I do not know anything about this company. I would like to have my name and information deleted from their database.

Exactly Miss Joanie. Just like you, they contacted me with th east 4 of my social and birthday and I told them Why haven't they billed me. She asked me to repeat and I said "Whats my mailing address because I haven't received anything from this company and don't remember signing up with them." She got upset and said I already told you your address. I said "No you didn't . I didn't hear it so repeat it to me." She came back angrily and said " You know what, I don't need this attitude from you. Just know action will be taken against you Nov. 28th so pay the $600 or don't." Then hung up. I was just like .. These telemarketers are really trying their best to get all they can out of you and if you not careful, they will steal it all. SO sad, but people please just don't trust these people and their threats. Hang up and keep it moving. If unsure, hang up and go get a free credit report. Stay Safe out here and the best of Luck to you all!

I am assisting my family with debt settlement. I went with National Debt Relief and "Household Orchard" has jumped on as a creditor trying to settle a bill that was never incurred. They do not provide any history of charges or info to contact them. The only info provided to NAtional Debt Relief is that it is an old account numerus years ago? My family has no knowledge of who/ what or when and they are not list on any credit reports! RED FLAGS ARE ALL OVER THIS! DONT GET SCAMMED INTO GIVING THEM ANYTHING!

This same incident just happened to me, the legal representative who identified herself as a mediator for the TC Group & Associates at 4695 MacArthur Ct. Suite 11, Huntington Beach Ca 92660 and a number of [protected].

Said I owed a balance on a Household Orchard Bank credit card I never opened in 2005.

The associate had my CA drivers license number, and social security number and rattled off some previous addresses Inhave never lived at along with some I had.

Total BS I asked to contact the process server to resolve this issue in court and they refused stating the server a constable. Or law enforcement officer had to serve me army residence. And there is no court docket number to contact the court.

The address they gave me where they said I resided is a Chase Bank. Something isn’t right!
