SUB: ORIENT INS. FUTURE INVEST POLICY NO. [protected]-SURRENDER DATE 11 APRIL 2023. The respective Finance Dept has been procrastinating over settlement of the cash value of the surrendered policy despite the many deadlines being given by the Assistant Vice President – Customer Service for the settlement with the last one being yesterday, 06 Jul. Noting that 11 Jul 2023 will be marking 3 months from the surrender date.
