They were not pushy and their pricing was lower than all the other companies that I spoke to. No hidden fees. I will continue to do business with Orion.

Great service performed by even greater people. Whenever I call, I am able to speak to my account rep (Mike) right away. If he's not immediately available, he makes it a priority to give me a call back and answer any questions I have. He gave me all the information I needed to make my investment decisions, without any pressure. He continued to stay in touch with updates on my investment. Excellent service all the way around, from providing information, to metals selection, to fast delivery. I worked with John Smith, who was extremely pleasant and always patient and ready to answer any questions. It is reassuring to be able to see prices on their web site and compare with other online prices to be assured that the pricing is indeed comparable or better. There are some sellers who want you to sent funds, then select metals afterwards. I much preferred the manner in which John worked with me on metal selection and pricing before funds were sent.
