I am a 74 year old 100% disabled Viet Nam veteran. On December 14, 2024 I purchased extended warranty coverage from OX Car Care. I asked for a copy of the contract before I paid, but they insisted I had to pay $100 and agree to buy a warranty contract. I was told they provided maintenance coverage so I could say money on maintenance. It seemed to be a good deal, but I wanted to see the contract so I paid them $100. On December 16, 2924, I received an email with the contract. After reading the contract I saw there was no free warranty except for three oil changes. I immediately called to cancel the contract. On December 17, 2024, I received this verification email of the cancellation:

Claimed loss: I paid $100 for the privilege of reading the contract. I cancelled the contract as stated in the contract but was billed for $179 on my credit card and warned of an outstanding past due payment for $358
Desired outcome: Cancel all pending payments on my credit card and refund me $100.
