Genita M. Mason is NOT a qualified doctor or homeopath. (Also known as Genita Petralli). She has NO degrees. Anyone can wear a white lab coat and make YouTube videos with microscopes and detox machines to make themselves look official. It is also very easy to create a website that looks real but is actually fake. She has scammed $5, 000-$30, 000 from past patients and is linked to the Scientology cult (also known as CCHR - they even gave her an award in 2010). Google her name: Genita Mason or Genita M. Mason or Genita Petralli - she changes her name to avoid being detected for past scams/crimes.
She uses different websites: The Bio Santuary, The Arc Ozone Treatment Center, Shangrila Bio Spa and the new Anamaya Retreats in Austin, Texas (with daughter Justine Petralli).
She also posts great reviews about herself using fake names and attacks ex-patients who report her scams by posting their private medical records on the internet!
Ask yourself: do you want to see a doctor who violates HIPAA medical privacy laws?
We have repeatedly asked Genita for her business telephone number and her business address so our lawyers can sue her for malpractice but she has yet to provide it. Instead she only lists a toll-free-number. If you call this toll-free number you will reach an answering machine because she screens her calls. We are eagerly waiting for her lawyers to contact us so we can take her to court and get a refund but not one person has heard from her lawyers. So strange as she has our contact information.
Do not wire her money for her services as you will not be able to prove that you paid her in court.
Also, 50% of her "spa" or "detox" services are always in places like Costa Rica and currently Mexico as you can not sue her since she does not have to follow any USA laws. Keep in mind that she does not need an operating license in these countries either.
dominick, you have gone too far. you are stalking me, lying about me, and now you have brought my young daughter's business into your malicious and untruthfully driven plan to try and destroy me. I called you and Janet yesterday asking for your agent of service so my lawyer can subpoena you. you keep claiming that you have tried to reach me. you haven't. I called. both your numbers and left texts yesterday. you don't respond. you can only hide so long. I am filing another police report (you are already listed as possibly involved in the burglary of my home).
I am attempting to sue you and present to the court the proof I have that I refunded every penny you asked for. I provided pics of the texts between us in. another complaints board post you generated. and. here, for all to see is my award from the AMERICAN BOARD OF NATUROPATHIC MEDICINE. I don't own The Arc Ozone Tx Center and you need to take everything down about my daughter's business because she can now sue you. I have NOTHING to do with her retreats which you assume.
In the end, you will lose as you have repeatedly gotten away with too much because we didn't have the money for legal action, but now a patient of mine is helping with that. so now you will find there are limits. lawyers say you this goes under malicious intent, and because I have proven that you are lying about me, you have caused damages that I can use for.
I am also getting a restraining order so you can't post more after court.
