shipping containers pacific tycoon
I bought two containers at $4100 and $3700 and never saw any interest since 2013. I contacted them many times since 2016 to cancel and get my money back but at first was told I had to wait two years for selling and then in 2021 I was told that I would get the $4100 but only $300 of the other container, which I was resolved to taking but since then and until now no one responds to my calls or emails. I receive a monthly statement which are fake.
I have received no payments or any information and phone calls always put me on hold or say the person that deals with it would call me back.
Desired outcome: Some money back
Refund of containers not forth coming.
I bought 5 containers at $4, 100 each and after the 3 year contract I was expecting to be refunded for the investment made. Since the end of the 3 years I have waited for over 3 years now for the refund. I have contacted them numerous times and they keep saying they are "on the case" and "looking into it". The last time I phoned they said the containers were stuck in a leasing contract and there was a delay due to Covid. I do feel they are not really being on the level simply because there are so many other complaints out there. If you are able to do something It will be something of a miracle.
Desired outcome: Refund of investment
Looks too good to be true
Some time ago, I was a victim. I was conned out of $100,000 by these folks. When I requested a return on my investment, all I got were stories.I did everything I could to get in touch with them and get my money back, but it was in vain.
Last month, as I was exploring this website, I came across a piece on Paige McCubbin and how she has been assisting victims of fraud and dishonest business practices.
She responded to my Telegram message; her name is Paigecubbin. She recovered my funds in four days and deposited them into my bank account.

Shipping Container rental / Purchase Contracts
Pacific Tycoon is basically a PONZI scam, this is not a legitimate company.
All " guaranteed" return % will not be met, monthly returns will systematically be reduced to almost "zero" percent.
PT will not reply to you, they retain numerous lawyers to fob you off even with threatening behaviour.
They have issued contacts to transport shipping containers from South America to China for sale and profit, these containers never arrive in China / Hong Kong with no idea of where the said containers are and no explanation from PT,
The contractual "buy-back" agreement within the contract will be ignored and only scrap value offered, for example you pay $ 3, 000.00 for one container, they will not offer you "the purchase price" but offer you, what they state is "the market price" this will be anything between $500 - 800/-
this is the "scrap value" for a 40ft shipping container with the real "market" price for a second-hand container being around $1, 800 - 2, 200/- per container.
This low offer will not happen quickly, they will take weeks if not months to getting round to selling the containers with limited to no communication.
Literally, hundreds of investors have posted and indicated the exact same issues, stay clear.
Desired outcome: Return of misappropriated funds
I was indeed one of the investors who was duped by the Pacific Tycoon.
They don't answer emails. Think about dealing with folks you cannot communicate with. Lol.
I was able to get my money back from these individuals because to a Paige McCubbin article I found.
After reading about Paige Mccubbin and how she has been able to retrieve money for countless scam victims, I immediately got in touch with her Telegram account, Paigecubbin.
Within three working days, she was able to return my money to my bank.
You should get in touch with her if you haven't recover your money.

I invested £50, 000 into shipping containers with Pacific Tycoon and now the contract has ended I want my investment back but get no response from them, they still send me monthly statements stating I am making over £5 per month with my 21 'containers' now they have renamed on the contract, which ran out in April this year
Hello everyone,
my loss is small, only $6,000, but I want to do something to stop Ted Mallory and his scam.
If anyone knows a person who can help me for recover my money that's a good thing, if none of you can help me, no problem, I've already found a person who will take care of this matter in June.
investment in shipping containers
My father purchased 4 shipping containers through Pacific Tycoon at a cost of $4100 each in 2016 and was promised a rental income of 12% paid quarterly April, July, October and January however this has not been received. Unfortunately in June 2018 my father passed away. I informed Pacific Tycoon of this and that I would be looking at them buying back the containers. I have made numerous phone calls to the buy back team and they are giving me the run around and every phone call I make from the United Kingdom is at an expense to myself. I have also emailed Carl Ye in the buy back team and he has not replied to any of my emails, so I am feeling very frustrated with the whole situation.
I am sure when my father bought the containers he thought he was dealing with an honest company, however I have looked on line and all I see is bad reviews and that the whole thing is a scam. I cannot believe that the company is still running. All that I am looking for is to get a good price for the containers and payment for the rental income from the containers.
My fathers reference no: 666586
To me it seems that the company are quick to take your money, however when you want to sell the containers back to them they ignore you and probably hope you will get fed up chasing them and just walk away from the investment.
This whole thing does not look good on the company nor wanting to make any future investments in Hong Kong when investors are treated this way.
Ponzi scam in vietnam
If you ever receive a sales call from Pacific Tycoon, telling you to let them purchase containers on your behalf and leasing them out for your, promising high returns: either fixed 12% per year or fluctuating returns averaging 30% per year. Be cautious!!! They will use pitches like China is the manufacturer of the world, there is huge demand for container...
