My name is Martynova Olena. I am 66 years old. On March 29, 2023 I bought on your site the Summary I needed for my daughter, who as a refugee ended up in the USA, but I didn't cancel my subscription to your site www.paddle.com because I didn't even sign up for it. I didn't even think that after this purchase your website will charge my bank card for the next 4 months repeated amounts of 21.52 USD. The total amount of this unwarranted charge was 86.08 USD. For me, a pensioner living in the capital of Ukraine, in a country where there is a brutal war, this is a very substantial sum, believe me!
So, I want my money refunded immediately and the billing stopped, please.
My Privat Bank, on its behalf, has also sent you a request to refund this amount back to my account. The bank has blocked the card to avoid further charges from your side. The cyber police and the Investigative Committee of Ukraine were also involved in the investigation of illegally and unreasonably debited amounts.
I enclose with this letter a statement of my bank account, indicating the date of the transaction, the account, details of the transaction and the amounts in the currency of the transaction.
Thank you in advance for your favourable decision to refund me 86.08 USD, which is hoped for by ALL parties involved in my complaint against your website www.paddle.com.
