Palisade Legal Group review: 1099-C

I have been attempting to retrieve my husbands and I's 1099-C in order to file our tax return. I have been told by Palisade that the creditors with whom we have settled with are responsible for sending them, and the creditors have told us that Palisade is responsible since they have taken over our accounts in order to settle them. I have been ran in circles for two months now and have gotten nowhere - sitting on hold for hours at a time, etc.. I am very tempted to withdraw from this program, I am beyond frustrated, and nobody can seem to give me a straightforward answer without constantly forwarding me to different departments.
