I started this process in Nov 2021...I'm still waiting for response for last update request almost 3 weeks after making request...which is well past any waiting time they say it should take.

There is absolutely no way to contact anyone by phone to try and figure out anything.

I've sent email with their "it'll just be a day or two or maybe we call you" message sent when I submitted request to absolutely any email I can find trying to just get a human to answer what legitimately should get answered here. I've not been led to believe things weren't acceptable until nearing this last step. I've been patient throughout and it's really really frustrating to wait this long, Pay this much and just hit stone wall just clueless in dark. It's very discouraging to have absolutely no way to deal with anyone just to confirm simple "hey yes, that I'd strange and yes, real people do work here"

The process of getting a pardon can be very difficult. Locating the required documents and getting them to the right government agencies is a daunting process. When I was in need of a pardon so I could travel for work and for traveling with my family Pardons Applications of Canada was the best decision I had made. They worked diligently on my Pardon to submit in the quickest time possible and in the end have me approved just like they said they would . I could not be any happier with the service and the outcome. I would and am recommending them to any and everyone that needs a pardon.

At first I found it a little expensive because I'm a senior. After awhile it became just like a monthly invoice for me. All in all, it sure became worth it now that my pardon has been approved.Everyone was very helpful when I sent a message or phoned.Overall, I am really happy how smoothly the whole process went. A little expensive but totally worth it! I have been plagued with a minor charge for over a decade which made it hard to get a good job in my field of study. Stupid choices win stupid prizes as they say, anyways, after contacting P.A.C they helped me through the entire process. I got my application started in March and as of June 2022, I have had my pardon approved! So many doors are now open to me and its all thanks to P.A.C

and *** and their reviews are so stupid, you obviously have the wrong Pardons Company dummies. Every single time I call PAC I am connected with their live support, I've never been put on hold. Their are only two steps you need todo here: Fingerprints and Signatures - that's it, they did everything else. Within the first week being with PAC I could tell they are 100% legit and knowledgeable. Such a relief! People are dumb - PAC is excellent.

Great communication & very responsive. The officer assigned to me explained every step of the process and has always been quick to reply whenever I had questions or concerns. Final paperwork is very well detailed, and going through PAC to get all the proper applications filled out and retrieve necessary documents was a weight off my shoulder. Waiting to send my application in, as the borders are still closed due to the pandemic, but this is out of PAC's control.

I found it to take longer and cost more than I thought that being said they always got back to me asap and were very helpful walking me through everything as I had more than a few regrets that I had made in my past I have no regrets on this I can now move forward pursuing a better job and being able to hold my head up high I totally recommend this to anybody thinking about it when I was reading the pardon on my computer I actually had tears of joy for the first time in my life.

Hello,I never agreed for you to be taking out $12.50 every two weeks from my account for keeping my file open.Please credit my account of $175.00 immediately and cancel my application and stop taking out money from my credit card.This is ridiculous.I find this organisation to be very unprofessional and would not recommend you to any one.This is the third day I am trying to get this matter resolved with no reply from any one from this company. ***.

My police record from almost 40 years ago came back to haunt me when I applied to do volunteer work. Pardon Applications of Canada told me exactly what was expected of me to achieve my pardon. They outlined what was needed to be done step by step. As each step was completed there was concise clear communication on where we were in the process and what was left to do. Pardons Applications of Canada was very professional, had clear communication with me every step of the way and was always available to answer any of my concerns. My pardon was granted!

You get to personally do all the steps and then after you have paid them far more then their service is worth they will staple your paper work together for you and mail it back right away. It will also only be the basic forms and if you require and special paper work, military conduct form, etc... they will mail you outdated information that is in no way useful. So if you own a Printer and have access to the internet you would be better off doing it yourself or if you really wanna spend money other services are available that ACTUALLY complete the process in its entirety for you.

I wouldnt recommend PAC to anyone. I paid for a service that I didn't receive and could have filed on my own, let alone will only be completed in 2027 "they say. Don't expect to ever get your money back either and they will scavenge your bank account to continue taking cash even tho you never authorized it and you've already paid in full. Over 900 gone due to incompetence. Updateso yesterday they texted me saying they were closing my file without my authorization. I called multiple times now only to find out they blocked my #. All because I asked to speak to someone higher up, how could they just go into my account and pull money out when I've already fully paid and never authorized, they told me they will file the complaint and ill receive a call back, also in the text it said i would receive a email. I never got anything.. I am not your personal bank account. Please DO NOT allow yourself to get *** by these jokers 0/5 star's

Hello, I have paid this company nearly 500 dollars. They dropped the ball and continually ignored me and didn't follow up to have my non convicition file purged. Instead they accused me of abuse because I was frustrated ***. Not only did they discontinue my file they threatened to have my file used against me by forwarding it to the RCMP in Nanaimo and urge the RCMP to reopen it. They did the opposite of what I paid them to do. I feel taken advantage of all because I used the F word when they were ignoring me. I contacted my credit card company and *** urged me to pull a file with ComplaintsBoard.com as this company - in their words, "this company is not acting like an A+ rated company."' Not only that, when I threatened to take action with *** the office manager Tim J finally stopped ignoring me and called me up immediately and interrupted a family Christmas dinner. He yelled at me for nearly 16 minutes. One of my family members recorded it. I have emailed them and politely asked for a refund as they said they are closing my file and not proceeding to the final stage to have my record purged. This is after I have been patiently working with this company for 7 months.
