Palm Springs Hyundai review: Pro rated refund of gap insurance policy!

I purchased

a 2014 Toyota Pruis from this dealership sometime in 2020, and purchased the extended warranty and Gap insurance. I had a bad accident on 1/26/2022 and Farmers Insurance Company totaled the vehicle ID # was JTDKN3DU3E0394173 I went to the dealership and filled out papers to get a prorated check for the amount that was not used under the contract they agreed to a pro rated amount of 530.00 app? I have been waiting for a check now since march I keep calling and stopping by and they give me the same story all the time we are waiting for the company to send us the reimbursement, I have been patient for long enough, I want my refund now I don't care where it comes from I am going to ask for interest soon and will take them to small claims court if this is not resoled now!
