Parker and Simpson review: Tobacco

Found black clumps of some thing through the tobacco, I spend a lot of money on this product and never seen it before, I hope I get to you in time to prevent any more getting out. I Hope to hear back from you to see if it has been resolved thank you. If it is possible to get a refund for the tobacco that is tainted I would be grateful, I hope you find what it is and stop it from going into more packets thank you I'm on Queensland Australia
