I bought a Ruby stone from an Asian Indian website with IGI certificate.

I asked a local jeweler to make a ring (PanchaDhatu) for me with stone here in Toronto (Etobicoke) Ontario.

He damaged the stone and not accepting his fault / mistake.

I don't know what to do...?

Attached is the pic of the ring. Can't upload the Certificate & purchase receipt as they are in PDF format. I can email those documents.
