Paul Olsen / Company Broker review: Paul Olsen Fraudulent / Rude / Uneducated /Overpaid

Paul Olsen is a terrible business broker. He is absolutely the worst when it comes to responding to emails, phone calls, buyers, sellers, whatever. Paul Olsen is so dense that he basically lives another planet, he is constantly blowing off buyers, misrepresenting deals, fraudulently cooking the books, and down right he just basically lies about his deals. The guy is a a terrible representative for your business. If you use Paul Olsen to sell your business he will ask you to carry 50% or more in seller financing, but still charge you the full 10% commission on the total sale. So Paul gets paid in full at closing but he will ask you to carry a note for 5-7 years. Its clear that he puts his commission before his seller.
