Pay Active review: Pay active account updates

This is my issue. I went to work Friday night 10/13 at 6pm I got off work about 6am sat morning. My pay period ended sat night. So when I chatted a few min ago because my system hasn't updated since 9/29 you can imagine my frustration when I realized I had no access to money. So because the system didn't update and because I had to wait 24hrs after working to access funds . However the new pay period has now started so now I'm out those funds all together. I hope you understand my frustration and this has happened before. I just hate being penalized for ur system not updating and my pay periods ending and starting which is out of my control.
