Our employer uses payactiv as a benefit to us to access some funds prior to our next paycheck. It was been going smoothly up until recently. I had access to some funds prior to my September 1st paycheck. Which the funds I accessed has been deducted from my paycheck. I was trying to access some more funds from my next pay period and it wasn't available to. I contacted payactiv and they stated once my September 15th paycheck comes through, the deduction issue would be resolved. I told them that is false information as the deductions are per pay period and if they wait for my September 15th paycheck, that means I would be deducted double. They advised me to email my paystubs showing deductions which I did. Waited a couple of days and say there was no resolution. Contacted them again and was told that the file from our payroll has to be sent. I asked why was I told to send my paystubs which it shows deductions and nothing was done about it. I did what I was directed to do and no resolution was done. What's the point of doing something if they still need out payroll to send file and proof of deductions when clearly the paystub shows the info of payactiv deduction. This is upsetting as its causing a delay for me to access funds. And causing me a delay to pay bills and such. This is unacceptable service and there has been false expectations being provided by their agents.
