So, I ordered this thing from PC Case Gear on 02/04/2020, right? Paid for it and all. Then, I'm waiting, waiting, and waiting some more. Two whole weeks go by and still no sign of my precious item. Can you believe it? I mean, come on!

And guess what? It was delivered on 21/04/2020. Yeah, the post office did their job. They were quick and efficient, delivering within the specified times. Can't complain about that.

But let me tell you, folks, be careful when dealing with PC Case Gear. They'd rather point fingers at everyone else than own up to their own mistakes. It's like they don't want to tell you the truth or take responsibility for their actions. Not cool, PC Case Gear, not cool at all.

So, yeah, just a heads up. Keep your eyes open and think twice before using this company. You deserve better than this kind of blame game.

PC Case Gear, let me tell you, they've been a real mess during this whole COVID situation. I recently purchased a brand new GPU from them, but boy oh boy, it turned out to be a disaster. As soon as I installed it, my PC started black screening and whenever I had a high GPU moment, it would kick me out of my game. After only using the GPU for four days, I decided to send it back to them because of the issues I was facing. But guess what? They couldn't replicate the problem! Can you believe it? Now, it's been a whopping two months and they still haven't sent it back to me so that I can provide proof that it doesn't work. It's so frustrating, I can't even express it properly.

To make matters worse, I can't even pick up the phone and talk to them about it because of COVID restrictions. And even if I could, the email address on my account is different, so I can't even send them an email. It's like they're making it impossible for me to reach out to them and get this issue resolved. It's beyond infuriating, I tell you.

I used to recommend PC Case Gear to everyone when it came to buying PCs, but now I'm telling you, stay far away from this site. Dealing with them through email chains has been an absolute nightmare. I mean, seriously, they can only manage to send one email a day? That's just unacceptable.

It seems like a weak excuse at this point. Additionally, they have taken down their store and reviews from Google and replaced it with what appears to be their warehouse. This decision is quite strange for a business that should understand how important customer feedback is.

Overall, I would strongly advise staying away from PC Case Gear. If you're considering shopping with them, you might as well go to Amazon or any other online retailer that offers better customer service. It's disheartening to see a company that used to be focused on helping people now prioritize avoiding contact over providing quality services.
