Peanut Labs Media Peanut lab

I received a message from peanut lab saying that my account was suspended and I would like to make a complaint on this website. I would like my account to be unsuspended I hope you will reach me asap, this is absolutely ridiculous and I'm very dissatisfied with this website, I have tried to reach out to them about this issue and they refused to respond.

Peanut Labs Media As with many other Canadian Swagbucks members my account with Peanut labs via Swagbucks has been recently blocked

As with many other Canadian Swagbucks members my account with Peanut labs via Swagbucks has been recently blocked. I have no idea why. I have been Swagbucks member since 2015 and never had any issues till now. I have never done anything wrong. I made my own research and found that this happened with majority of Canadian Swagbucks members. Peanut Labs just blocks Canadian users with no reason and approximatelly at the same time. Peanut Labs refuses to look into the issue and sends identical response to all with advice to looks their terms of services. I do not find any violations are relevant to me personally.

I have a MyPoints account and use PeanutLabs to answer surveys. Several months ago the page had a notice that I was permanently suspended. I sent emails on April 17, August 30 and October 12 and have never received a response, nor have I been reinstated. I take my time and am honest when completing surveys. Thank you for your help.

I have been working with Peanut Labs surveys for over a year now with no issues. Then sometime in December around the 6th or so the system locked my account for no reason. I take my time on each survey and this has been very frustrating as I have contacted them several times with no response. I work with this through the SuperPayMe.io platform and am trying to get this resolved as soon as possible.I take my time on each survey so I am unsure as to why this has been locked. My accuracy rating was in the 100s.

I have been out if the country for 5and half month, on my return a week ago I restarted completing surveys on various survey platforms, I have been answering honestly and consistently, have a Cint score over 100, suddenly this morning peanut labs says my account is permanently suspended. In reading reviews looks like they do this due to inactivity. I be,Ive this suspension is totally unfair and unfounded with no explanation or warning

I receive the following message when I simply ask why my account to access survey's has been flagged. I just want to know why, they don't seem to be concerned as I have never been contacted stating that there is a problem: Peanut Labs Support (Peanut Labs) May 25, 8:17:28 AM PDT Thank you for your interest in our surveys. We understand you wanted to take part in our surveys and offers again. I sent in so many inquiries through the page and even through *** and regular email, and have never received a reply, nor have I been reinstated, I certainly dont have any reason at all to lie in any surveys, and hope you can resolve this matter. This evening I experienced a Swagbucks glitch that resulted in my Peanut Labs surveys coming up as permanently suspended. I attempted to take a few surveys, was immediately disqualified, and subsequently the suspension message appeared. I enjoy taking Peanut Labs surveys and have always provided truthful information - but ironically, I was suspended on a day I hadnt been able to provide any information at all! My Peanut Labs ID is

I use Mypoints and I guess they use peanut labs for their surveys. I was suddenly banned from peanut labs and can not get a response. If I go on the peanut labs website I cannot file a complaint as I am not connected to peanut labs and dont have an id number. Mypoints has said I have to contact peanut labs as they cant fix this issue. The phone number for peanut labs is disconnected. As a result of this I am not able to earn points on the MyPoints website.

Hello, My Peanut Labs ID is *** I have done approximately 5-6 surveys, then like hundreds of others on here and on Trust Pilot, my account was "permanently suspended" for alleged violations of the terms. I have done no such thing. I've only had one account, and I have answered all questions truthfully, and provided very detailed, thoughtful answers to open-ended questions. I reviewed my account profile (age, marital status, annual income, car make & model) and everything is accurate, just as I input it originally. Over the past two months, I have contacted the company twice and never received a reply.

I used Peanut Labs for runescape keys. I donated to 3 organizations under the promise I would receive 140 keys per offer totaling 420 keys. Also got 4 different free trial subscriptions and never received keys. That's another 200 keys at 50 each. This company owes me $90 or my keys. Iv emailed them numerous times about the problem. Their answer is to ban me. They screwed over hundreds of others the exact same way it seems.

Peanut Labs Media I have been completing surveys with Peanut Labs for years with no problem ever

I have been completing surveys with Peanut Labs for years with no problem ever. Recently, logging into my account now shows, "Account has been permanently suspended." I tried reaching out to customer service. I asked for the reason for the suspension. All I got back (6 days later) was a computer-generated message telling me multiple reasons why I COULD'VE been suspended. This was not at all helpful. I asked again for an exact reason for the suspension and asked if the issue could be resolved in any way. It's been almost 2 weeks and no response. I'm never usually one to complain, but this is ridiculous. Some sort of solution should be offered if an account has an offense.

I used Peanut Labs to do surveys to gain credits to play WGT and for some unknown reason I was permanently blocked in June . I have sent numerous messages via their contact page and have not received a single answer or even an acknowledgement from them. I would like to be reinstated as a survey user, any help you can offere would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

I have an account with My Points and use Peanut Labs surveys to get points. When I was trying to do a survey, I suddenly got a message that my account was permanently suspended due to one or more violations of the terms and conditions. When I tried to contact them to find out what happened and to fix the issue, I did not receive a response. I have read the terms and conditions, and do not believe that I did anything to be suspended. I would appreciate any help you can give.Thank you.

I rarely use these surveys as they are deceptive and lead you down a rabbit hole of time wasting, but recently when I attempted to do so via Swagbucks, I got this message: "This Account has been Permanently Suspended As a result of one or more violations of our Terms and Conditions, access to Peanut Labs Surveys and Offers has been suspended for this account."Odd, I thought, considering how infrequently I even attempt them. I contacted support several times and they simply ignored me.

Peanut Labs Media I was a member of peanut labs

I was a member of peanut labs. I regularly participated in surveys and always gave honest and complete answers. I was then banned for no clear reason. Any attempt to contact peanut labs was met with silence. I am an honest person and would have never lied or submitted a survey with fraudulent information. I deserve a second chance here, and should receive at least some communication with peanut labs. I have been banned for a year now and have not had any luck with getting any information through the support email. I am now reaching out to Complaintsboard.com in order to try and solve this issue.Hopefully Peanut Labs listens to this complaint and resolves the issue. I would like to be reinstated and be able to become an active member of the platform again.Thanks for your time, and I am looking forward to your support and understanding.

We value both our members and clients, and take serious security measures to protect both parties from any egregious activity. Below are most common reasons why members are blocked from accessing our surveys or offers, but not limited to: -Taking multiple surveys at the same time -Speeding through surveys (rushing through surveys) -Supplying data not consistent with your profile data -You are participating outside of the designated country -Accessing surveys using VPN and/or forge or mask identify We truly apologize for the inconvenience. For more information, please review our Terms of Service at http://web.peanutlabs.com/terms-of-service." I wrote back to them stating I did not do any of these things, and have still yet to hear from them. Worst customer service and company ever

Peanut Labs Media I have recently started doing surveys with Peanut Labs, however, at the end of some surveys (long ones) you are not credited as you should be

I have recently started doing surveys with Peanut Labs, however, at the end of some surveys (long ones) you are not credited as you should be. You get a notice that the survey has received enough responses. So it's misleading by doing the pre-screening process and completing a one hour survey to not be credited. You cannot file a complaint on the survey itself, the company website doens't have either of their complaint forms working, the phone number listed on the website is disconnected. I went to the 3rd party host of Peanut Labs who reached our to Peanut Labs leadership and instead of a resolution, my account was suspended. I have done everything honestly but Peanut Labs should be held accountable and discredited from being used. They steal from players and ban accounts rather than pay out. Even the Complaintsboard.com reviews are all rejections as they don't care to resolve issues. Some India or Chinese based company I assume is the owner of Peanut Labs.

Peanut Labs Media Like hundreds of other users, I was randomly banned from the PeanutLabs survey site

Like hundreds of other users, I was randomly banned from the PeanutLabs survey site. I comply with all guidelines. I have been doing surveys since 2015. I have never been warned or banned from any survey company. My YourSurvey score is over 200, and I am one of the more consistently high earners for InstaGC. When I reached out to Peanut Labs for an explanation, I received a computer generated response that said once one is banned, one cannot be unbanned (which I know is not true, because other users have been unbanned- I have specific examples from InstaGC). I do not complete multiple surveys at the same time, I do not speed through surveys, and I would not have such a high score if my answers were inconsistent. I don't use a VPN (I don't even know what a VPN is). I went to approach PeanutLabs for more information today, and their support page is down. I have been unfairly targeted with no warning. This is not right. My Peanut Labs ID-

I have an account with MyPoints, and I have been completing Peanut Labs surveys for a relatively lengthy period of time in order to receive points. When I tried to do another Peanut Lab survey on January 1st, 2022 (it was my second one that day), I received the message "This Account has been Permanently Suspended. As a result of one or more violations of our Terms and Conditions, access to Peanut Labs Surveys and Offers has been suspended for this account." This is the first time that this incident has occurred to me. I do not understand why this "permanent suspension" occurred since I was able to access a Peanut lab survey earlier today. I had read the terms and conditions, and I do not believe that I violated any of these terms and conditions. I have tried to contact them twice to resolve the issue, but unfortunately, I still have not received any response. I would like to have the suspension revoked in order to have access to their surveys again. Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention and assistance.

Peanut Labs Media I have been a loyal member of Peanut Labs for many years now and have enjoyed being able to partake in their surveys for quite some time now

I have been a loyal member of Peanut Labs for many years now and have enjoyed being able to partake in their surveys for quite some time now. Being able to help influence decisions, express my opinion, help brands and educational institutions is something I rather enjoy being able to be a part of. A few weeks ago I was answering the demographic questions at the start of a Peanut Labs survey. I ensured that I answered honestly, correctly, didn't rush my answers and correctly answered the attention check. However, after completing the first page of the survey, I was redirected back to the Peanut Labs homepage. Upon being redirected I was told that my account had been suspended. When I was completing this survey I was connected to public WiFi and I then switched to mobile data during the survey as the WiFi was having issues. I can't help but wonder if their system detected unusual activity due to me being connected to public WiFi at the time and then switching to mobile data. I emailed Peanut Labs about this issue 15 days ago and I still haven't received a response.

I a month ago my son told me that Peanutlabs shut down his account via Swagbucks while he was accessing Peanutlabs surveys while sitting in doctor's office. I thought my son did violates some Peanutlabs policies until I got into the same situation. I was at car dealership in waiting area for car service when I decided to kill time and access PL survey via Swagbucks portal. I only managed to click on survey button once,then I was disqualified and given 1 SB point, and the next screen I saw "you account has been permanently suspended for one or multiple violations" I am still wondering what "violation was: the fact of clicking on their survey or doing it via WIFI and IP address that belonged to car dealership. Customer support of PenautLabs is non-existent: they simply don't reply to our emails, I tried and my son tried both via Swagbucks and Peanutlabs own support page. Given that this company has 1 star rating with complaintsboard.com, I am not surprised. Irrational, erratic disqualifications and non-existent support are the birthmarks of the businesses that have the lowest possible Complaintsboard.com ratings.

Peanut Labs Media I have been using Peanut Labs thought Inboxdollars for years, I don't do every many surveys though them and when I do they are not worth much,

I have been using Peanut Labs thought Inboxdollars for years, I don't do every many surveys though them and when I do they are not worth much, that is ok because I only do this to have a little extra money ever now and then. But I do maybe 3 to 5 a month, the last one was on 12/21 I got .49 for completing that survey, I tried to do a couple of more that day and got disqualified from them but I had a couple of them that I got all of the way to the last question and got disqualified that was not ever nice. Then there was hardly any surveys there so I contacted them about the fact that there was ever little surveys and that they were worth pennies for 20 mins or more. I got no answer on that! Then I go to do a survey and it says this account has been permanently suspended as a result of one or more violations of our term and conditions, access to Peanut labs surveys and offers have been suspended for this account. I never got any emails about this never got any reason why it has been, if this is what I get for contacting them about surveys I wish I would have never done that. I have seen 80 some comments on there *** page about them doing this to other people.

Peanut Labs Media I have had this account set up on my gaming profile with PeanutLabs for at least 3 years, in which time I have completed (in my recollection)

I have had this account set up on my gaming profile with PeanutLabs for at least 3 years, in which time I have completed (in my recollection) hundreds of surveys for various rewards. I had recently had a string of surveys not being completed or credited to my account to which I had to send many, many emails to support regarding my issues, to which I have now been banned from using their services which I believe is a retaliatory action to my complaints. I have always been straightforward and forthcoming about my experiences with the staff and up until this point have gotten nothing but cordial responses from their team, however they have completely ignored me during this false ban and I am appalled by their character and comments toward me so far. Because my account seems to have been deleted and I cannot find the account number I was forced to send several emails to support with some older tickets that were still outstanding which I will reference here so PeanutLabs can once again reinstate my account. Screenshots showing all documentation and emails are provided.*** I would like my account to be reinstated back to where it was originally. Thank you for your time.

Peanut Labs Media Well, after I was banned for apparently violating their terms of agreement

Well, after I was banned for apparently violating their terms of agreement. I tried reaching out to see what I did. Being a veteran, I live by a set of core values and to accuse me of violating one or more of them was infuriating especially without knowing why. Then after doing minor research, I see this is a very common thing of them. Being banned is more of a dishonor then those kicking me out of a survey after being on a 22min survey for an hour cause at the end you choose rural and then it pops up saying I dont meet their demographics after they took all my information. These are pennies on the dollar, I have no reason to lie, never have. It would be pretty stupid to try and keep up with a lie since I'm sure they keep it all to build your profile. Doesn't make any sense, yet here we are. I also see I'm not alone on the lack of communication. I'm disabled who uses this service to pass the time and bring in some extra money. If it is about the *** I downloaded software called DriverBooster to clean up my computer, unbeknownst to me, it also installed a *** and once I found out, I uninstalled it ASAP. I don't complain unless my name is being called out, it's about principle. I would like for things to be made right by reinstating my account. Thank You

Peanut Labs Media I have had ongoing issues with Peanut Labs through the month of December

I have had ongoing issues with Peanut Labs through the month of December. I take surveys with them through my account with MyPoints . I originally filed a complaint #***, and I hoped that I could resolve it with the company, but the result is unacceptable and I need to file another complaint. Originally, Peanut Labs suddenly had given me the message that "This Account has been Permanently Suspended As a result of one or more violations of our Terms and Conditions, access to Peanut Labs Surveys and Offers has been suspended for this account." I didn't know what term or condition I had violated, so I reached out to them. I did not hear from them until I filed my complaint. When I received an email, they asked if I could provide a User ID. I didn't know I had a User ID. I discovered did have one, and could provide it if I hadn't been suspended from the account but couldn't get into it. I asked if there was another way to resolve the issue. Part of the response (but no solution) was to give the 5 most common reasons why members are blocked from accessing the surveys or offers, but said they are not limited to:-Taking multiple surveys at the same time -Speeding through surveys (*** through surveys)-Supplying data not consistent with your profile data -You are participating outside of the designated country -Accessing surveys using VPN and/or forge or mask identify They also gave a link: http://web.peanutlabs.com/terms-of-service/I might be missing something, but I don't see these listed. I emailed my concern and frustration that it didn't seem fair to take an "account" from someone if the possible violations are not listed in the full Terms of Service. Their response? We understand you want to take surveys again, but once you are blocked, we can't unblock you. I don't see how this is rational.I know others have had issues with this company and they have gotten unblocked so this isn't true, but they wait awhile.I would appreciate your help. Thank you.
