I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the B1 citizenship exam I took with your company today. My experience was marred by several issues that severely hindered my ability to participate effectively.
Firstly, I was expecting to engage in a dialogue with a person during the exam, as I believe this would have allowed for clearer communication and understanding. However, to my surprise, the entire exam was conducted through a computer interface, which made it difficult for me to comprehend and respond appropriately.
Furthermore, the quality of the headphones provided was abysmal. The volume was incredibly low, and the sound quality was so poor that I could hardly make out what was being said. Despite bringing this issue to the attention of the staff at the center, I was informed that there was nothing they could do to rectify the situation.
As a result of these inadequacies, I found myself unable to fully comprehend the exam questions and provide accurate responses. It is unacceptable that I should be expected to answer questions that I cannot even hear properly.
The level of service provided by your company was far below satisfactory, and I am extremely disappointed with my experience. Therefore, I am requesting a refund of the fees paid for the exam.
