Pearson Vue / Pearson Education unable to reschedule microsoft exam online

Hi,
I am unable to reschedule Microsoft exam online. Receiving below error 40517: Sorry, we are having a service interruption and we are unable to complete your transaction. Please contact customer support.

This is happening for weeks. Every time i call Pearson Vue customer support, there is an incredible delay in getting through the phone line. As we all are busy in our lives, its hard to be onphone for 1hr+ and still call not being connected. Customer service reps are useless. I spoke to five of them: Bella, Ethan, Sandy, Nic, Jenny and Cloyce. They are pretty much clueless. I am forced to pay $20 rescheduling fees even though this option is not working on your site. Also, called microsoft. They asked me to reach out to pearson vue. Can you please look into this mater?

No useful information on both Microsoft and Parson web-sites. I've cleared cache and cookies - same.

I was 15 minutes early for my test but the person was rude saying I was suppose to be there a half hour early, he was cutting me off not allowing me to talk and being very disrespectful. I felt he was discriminating because of my looks because the next person who also got there the same time was 15 minutes early instead of 30 minutes did not get the welcome that I got of plain disrespect he greeted her with his respect.

Hi Chennai Guys,
I am writing to higher authority to please check and take action on following people who are operating and ruining the IT Certification value.
Below are names of corrupt officials in IT industry who have been blacklisted by Prometric, Pearson Vue, Microsoft and Cisco but still manage to run dubious test centers.
Diwakar(8608517741, 9003211339, 9176449811), Niaz [protected], 8667735346) and Rizwan [protected], 9952566645, 8220074070)who is doing proxy exams in Chennai. Please beware of these guys. They are cheating money with many guys and doing proxy exams in Chennai. They are doing local goons court in the name of proxy exams. Be bewaring of these guys.
They are doing proxy exams GAlXXXXXXX, 2Sai XXXXXXX- Chennai. They don't have own center they tie up with this centers and doing proxy exams. So be careful before you waste the money.
They collecting the money from student for proxy and they drag the candidate and cheating the candidate. So many students are affected by these fraud persons.
We are sending this mail bring this to notice of all IT companies, media, test centers and posting the information in Consumer Complaint site for people to know truth of people involved in playing with students careers, and because of such people we the genuine business men suffer and we get no training and certification audience.
The purpose to the mail is to bring this to all your notice and save what so ever value is left of certification in market and bring out the truth of such people
They have been bribed with all things available in the world money, women, liquor and this reaches to the top most officials in VUE channel
So guys post your complaints against this corruption. Share your experience let us expose them.

I have done the exam four times, every time I am put in something or other and I have seen my result. I have good marks in all but deliberate subject is given in one subject. Please check through my result.

Pearson Vue / Pearson Education cancellation of my project management exams.

I want to submit a complaint in regards to Case [protected]

I schedule my PMP exams in May and i received confirmation that i will take the exam on July 13th at the AEA business school in Port Louis Mauritius. On July 8th I get an automated email from Pearson Vue that i need to cancel or reschedule the exam because the test center is not available. I tried to reschedule it but i could not find any other test center. I even called the Customer Support and i talk to a guy who was not able to help me ans he hung up on my face. I got another email saying that my case has been forwared to the Pearson Vue headquarters and i need to wait. Today i get an email again saying that my exams has been cancelled. I sent a email again to Pearson Vue asking for a refund, i get a reply from Shweta G saying that as per the records they have contacted me several times and i was not available. The customer support at Pearson Vue is not professional at all. I want a full refund of my exam fees as it is not my fault if the test center is not available. I am preparing hard of my exams and i get this [censored] to deal with now. I hope i am not complaining for nothing. Please show me some professionalism and kindly get back to me on that.

Pearson Vue / Pearson Education support center service (asia pacific region) cannot deliver exam to test canditate

Dear Complaints Board:

I reserved a Microsoft exam of (AZ-100) on 28.April.2019 at 18:00 Hong Kong time. During the exam lab section, the test engine prompt an error. I inform the test center officer for assistance and she inform Pearson Vue support team remote access. However it took nearly 30 minutes still cannot solve the problem, they suggest reschedule the exam and provide the case number ([protected]) as reference. I try to call the support hotline (852-[protected]) for assistance but nobody serve me in non-office hour.

I call the support hotline again on 29.April.2019 at 09:00 am and mentioned the case again and request to reschedule the exam on 30.April.2019 at 19:00 Hong Kong time. This exam will expire after 1.May.2019 announced by Microsoft.

I keep calling their hotline every 2 hours for update but the agent keep saying they are still investigate my case and unable to reschedule my exam. I keep remind the support center the AZ-100 will expire after 1.May.2019. This is an urgent case and please reschedule my exam as soon as possible but they are not follow.

Finally I cannot take the AZ-100 exam on 30.April.2019. I wrote a email to them proceed the following request:

(1) Please provide the AZ-100 exam after 1.May.2019
(2) If point 1 cannot achieve, please refund the exam fee (USD $165.00) and the previous Azure course fee of AZ-100 (USD $517.00). For the new exam AZ-103, I need to pay money to take new course of AZ-103.

Up until now, they have no further update about my solution or compensation. This incident can avoid. Unfortunately their handling style are poor and not acceptable. I have no choice to escalate to this board and I hope this board can assist me because I have no VUE direct complaint channel.

Pearson Vue / Pearson Education cia part 3 exam schedule was cancelled by pearson by mistakes

LEUNG, Chui-king (IIA no.: 1814534)

I previously submitted an application for exam cancellation on my behalf of Ms LEUNG, Kwai Fan (candidate no. 1420689) on 1 March 2019. Judy Edwards has acknowledged and followed up with Ms LEUNG, Kwai-fan accordingly.

However, the Administrator of HONG KONG has mistaken the message. They mistook my profile against with Ms LEUNG, Kwai-fan. As a result, I have received an email on "Notice of Appointment Registration Canceled" on 7 March 2019 04:10am (Hong Kong time zone).

It is ridiculous! How's come PEARSON could have such sub-standard performance.

The Administrator, IIA Hong Kong admitted that they have mistaken my profile against Ms LEUNG, Kwai Fan and cancelled my exam by mistakes.

Thing that PEARSON should do immediately is that Pearson should resume my examination, apologize and keep me updates on the progress.

Pearson Vue / Pearson Education authorized proxy test center-chennai

Am siva, when I was in india for my vocation, try to do exam in chennai, I got terrible experience with the people who running testing center. I approached Pavilion infotech, Velachery, Chennai (Center ID : 80781) found my exam was difficult. The center proctor behavior is unprofessional, he keep on interfering and asking bribe of INR 4000 for clear the exam for me. Becoz of the intervention and disturbance I couldn't able to clear the exam. Even after a week also he keep on calling me and ask about why cann't clear the exam by bribing him and go back to US. I found its very unfair this center person and nobody in this center are look like professionals. Kindly keep on check and remove these kind of people becoz they spoil PearsonVUE standards and Value of the certification too...

Dear IT employees if you need any International Certification Examination ( Oracle / CISCO / ISTQB / IBM ), dont contact Pavilion Infotech, Velachery - I know them they are doing proxying. Don't Spoil your reputation in your company. Because if your company knows you did exam in pavilion Infotech they will not reimburse the amount you spend for the exam fees.

Pearson Vue / Pearson Education testing

I failed the lmsw test three times the first time I took the test I failed by 17 points the second time I failed the test by 2 points I scored a 93 when I needed a 95 to past and the third time I take the test I scored a 95 and needed in 98 to pass I am a 43 year old African American female who went into the last testing with no anxiety and sure of passing the test. I think Pearson is a scam. I have studied and spent a few so many $$$$$$$. I have passed mock exams.

I agree with you. It's a money grab because they know you need to pass the test in order keep/apply for jobs that require certification or licensure. I've never failed a test either until my counseling one. I received all A's in grad school, aced the practice exams but for some reason cannot pass this test. Now, I have test anxiety to add to it as well. It's impossible.

I am actually calling lawyers about this. PV has been cited and fined so many times. I would love to see the stats for how many people lost their jobs this year due to this f'n company. You can pay to get results if you comply with their strict set of time sensitive deadlines and very limited results. I refused to pay after failing the math part 3 times. I have NEVER failed a test in my life. I had tutoring, online training and still failed. When I talk to people who did get their scores, they were ALWAYS 1 point away from passing. regardless of which test. their pass rate is I think 54-59 percent over the 3 years since they changed it. No doubt this is a money making scheme and I've spent close to $1000 of my less than 27K take home income. It's got to stop. Neither PV or the County of hire have any incentive to pass because it is more money for both. PV gets repaid every test and schools can hire subs to fill FT jobs. What they don't realize is the subs have NO training, NO certification therefore giving students an even more limited education. What is wrong with people? I would love to see FL teachers walk out on a strike. We are all pawns in this game. Please call me if you want to talk about this. I may be gathering a class action group. Linda [protected]

Pearson Vue / Pearson Education i'm complaining about technical error in pte exam

I suffered from technical issue in the reading section during my PTE exam where the mouse wasn't working due to which the initial time around 5 minutes that was given to fill up the questions was wasted and i was unable to attempt the questions because of the mouse failure. Next, the examiner staff who assisted me to sit on another system was too late to do the arrangements for me and due to that incident i scored 49/90 in that section.
i want to re verify my score for this exam because its unfair for me to give the exam again just because the system stopped working .

Iam Manikandan vanumamalai attended the PTE academic exam in university of southern queensland, Toowoomba.4350 on January 10 2019.

While iam doing my exams I have faced some technical issues, here as follows.

Firstly, my computer got strucked in describe the image question . The examiner came and she restarted the computer, then it started from the same question which I have already finished n c told me to do that.
Secondly, in retell lecture my headset was not working when I raised my hand and she came and ran to get the new headset ( first question completely finished and second question started already ) and again the examiner told me to continue the exam.
Note : I have not heard questions because my headset not working ...but questions was running..

Third thing is answer short question last question got skipped because I don’t have enough time and that is not my problem actually.
Overall I have lost my focus and concentration in my exam . all others doing exam very cooly .Only iam struggling with computer.

The examiner, when I finished my exam called me and she told me that she send all the problems of mine to pearson and they will take care of me.

After waiting for 6 business days I got a message from pearson that there is no errors in exams they found and they telling me that I didn’t faced any technical issues.Then why the examiner send you mail if I attended all the questions.

I got a score report with no marks added for my skipped question.

We have spend 340 dollars in that, if I not faced any problems then why iam asking you for help.

The pearson centre( USQ, TOOWOOMBA) where I did my exam have cancelled all the exams for this January and all the candidates are getting rescheduled and refunded because of technical issues . Iam also one of them who already got affected by this issues

So I request you, please check my case one more time n please help me in this situation.

Your reply is very valuable for me either plz give marks for my skipped question or allow me to rewrite the exams ...
Even after 8 months still i cannot tolerate that exam.

I signed up for an exam and received a confirmation email. The email had information links, none of which worked. When the exam time came, it took a while for proctor to showup, so I reloaded the application. After completely clearing the workspace, he wanted me to clear the walls not directly in front of me as well. As I was working in an office, I could not do so. I showed him that the walls had no information on anything with the exam, a world map and a construction blueprint, and he would not allow me to take exam.
After calling on the phone, they will not reschedule or refund.
Horrible experience.

Pearson Vue / Pearson Education fdoe general knowledge test

I am filing a complaint against Pearson Vue and the Florida Department of Education for the scam they call the teacher's General Knowledge test. I spent hours and hours of my time and over one thousand dollars to try to pass the math subtest. I passed all the other subtests but I had to take the math portion three times and didn't pass it which forced my district (Sarasota, Florida), to terminate my contract. I was a new teacher last year after a career in business. I was a art teacher having recieved an A rating for my first year. It was middle school which many teachers don't really want to do, and sadly there is a crisis is the county having difficulty filling various teachers positions. I don't understand why PV and the FDOE don't acknowledge this and make getting permanent certification less difficult especially if the teachers have a proven track record, and except for a subtest like math, can't keep their jobs. It makes no sense.

Pearson Vue is taking students money, failing at high rates & not giving any reason for not passing. when you call they are rude & disrespectful. they are taking a lot of money from hard working students. this company is a scam & an investigation needs to be done. I HAVE BEEN IN SCHHOL4 YEARS, passed all my classes, interned, substituted, & was offered numerous teaching jobs. I cannot work because Pearson Vue is not passing large numbers of students & keeps taking money when we have to retake the test. its all over Florida news as well. we would appreciate your help PLEASE

Pearson Vue / Pearson Education testing

After attempting to sit down to take my Microsoft test today 05/24/2017. I was halfway through the test and the network dropped out and rendered my test invalid. The administrator at the test center called the help desk and was told that I would have to be rescheduled. I was given a case number. So I called and was told that I would have to wait at least 2 business days to determine if I can be rescheduled. That alone is bad enough but the saddest part is I had to wait on the phone just to get to that point. And every person I talked to was extremely rude and condescending.

When I contacted back via Chat they told me 3- 5 business days. I didn't cause their issues but have to be penalized for their problems. Microsoft needs to find a different test proctor!

I had to call to set up a testing date and time to take my Texas Jurisprudence exam to get my medical license in Texas. I FINALLY got connected to a "person" who gave his name, but would not repeat it when I asked. All that he would say is, "If you do not answer me, I will hang up!" How professional, eh?
I THINK I have an exam date...at least, someone has my money for this exam...This was the most unprofessional, racially charged, insulting and unproductive call to a "professional testing site" that I have ever had the displeasure to make. This testing site may be a hoax. If anything, the Texas Medical Board needs to find another testing venue.

I had the same experience when I was attempting to register and the call was defintely on a head phone and in a far away location. They were given lots of power and no follow through... how did we allow this to happen and how can we stop Pearson Vue?

They Set up their tests so that you fail! They are Not giving you enough time, Failed a test 2 times with a very close score each time.
Not bad considering i needed to guess on the last 20-30 questions. Every exam I took from that was through them, I had to Rush 2 plus 2 retakes.
Not only that Now they want me to spend another 300$, And refuse to give me extra time for ( ADD/ADHD ) . My last Collage this was Approved.
When Signing up I was suppose to check my email and they had a resend link. Call them after finally finding the number then was told that takes 24 hours, Why does it not say that. ( was very upset at them for wasting my time )
Now I will file lawsuit/what ever it takes to bring These scammers to their END.

i had a similar thing happen. my test though i got throught it [FYI i took my test a month before my field was forced into recertification every 4 years], one question on the 2nd half was marked wrong when it was actually the correct answer. till i took the test my mentor, teacher, and tech experts all said DO NOT USE DIRTY TOOLS. the question in question..."you forgot your tools in your truck. the client offers you a grim encrusted screw driver used for every thing to replace their motherboard with." the answers were a) ask to reschedule; b)use the screw driver; c) ask to go get your tools. or d) a and c.

i did what everyone trained me to do...D. which is the right thing in the information technology field. you dont want to be liable if something goes wrong from that dirty screw driver. well test marked it wrong and i failed by 1 point. i told the instructor and he said it will be flagged for review...im still waiting for my completion pass grade for THEIR mistake.

I am in South Africa, had the exact same issue, my exam was in the 11/08/2017, till today I have not received any kind of confirmation from Peason VUE regarding rescheduling of this exam. Every person I call just tells me that they are sorry, even spoke to a guy who is supposedly the Manager, of which I doubt, but even he couldn't help me.

These people are clueless, I don't know why Microsoft is subjecting us to this kind of mediocrity...

This has to be the worst company ive ever dealt with. How are they allowed to take our money, grade our tests & not allow us to see them. They can fail you, you can challenge it & they take more money, fail you & give you no explanation. This should be illegal. We are students trying to pay off loans & here is this awful to say the least comany with rude...

Pearson Vue / Pearson Education Isan kakinada - pearson vue fraud test center

This regarding fraud pearson vue test center in kakinada by name of ISAN. They are taking money and writing exams even with no candidate there.

Myself, Siva Prasad, am studying final year B.Tech in JNTU Kakinada. I want to write CCNA exam, and so called them to find out what to do, since I came to know they are test center in Kakinada. They asked me whether i want with help or wihtout help.

First, I did not understand and asked to explain. They said, with help means they will only write for me. I am shocked. Student like me are paying 15, 000 to 20, 000 and getting training and studying hard to get certificate. They are charging 5, 000 and just writing exams without student even coming to test center.

I also asked some of my friends, they also tell that they know ISAN writes exams for money, and gave examples of some people who are not even in country. From some foriegn country like US, UK, they are taking money and writing exam tehre it seems. This is very bad for Cisco name as well as your organisation name. Also students lost faith in certificates if such peopl sell it like this.

I written to Cisco also, and they told they will investigte this from their side also. please take strict action on these people. Person i spoke to, name is Shyamala, . they said only name and email id and address is needed. they are asking id proof from real candidates who come and write, but not even collecting id proof also for the fraud exams they write.

they also gave name of their manager, one mr pattena kumar (phone:[protected]). he also saying that they also write many exams like pega, sas, etc. everyday for absent students.

Pearson Vue / Pearson Education CCNA Certification Exam

I'm currently going through hell with this company trying to get an exam rescheduled. Very angry at Glasgow Clyde College for their part in the thing. Already had problems getting my discount applied. Not going into all the details right now but getting the feeling I'm being given the bum's rush. Same hassles as another poster re Indian call centre. They told an untruth about supposedly calling me but no call has been received on my number. They have till 10am tomorrow, when I'll call them myself. I will note I have also raised a complaint with Cisco Certifications. I will escalate via them, possibly with Trading Standards, also with Her Majesty's Inspectorate of Education if this matter is not resolved.

Pearson Vue / Pearson Education GO Microsoft Office 2013 - Ripped Off

I want you all to know what big money companies like Pearson are doing to us all! As a college student, I am always looking for the best buys on my class necessities, otherwise I could end up spending upwards of $600 for books in ONE semester. This semester I was required to purchase a ‪#‎PearsonEducation‬ access code. I was super excited to find the book for $50 with the access code from a vendor on amazon. Wouldn't you know when I went to register the access code I was told that the code was invalid, so I double, triple, and quadruple checked that I had purchased the correct book, and indeed I had. After speaking to ‪#‎Pearson‬ TWICE about this issue, I was told both times to contact the Amazon seller. Knowing that the Amazon seller surely purchased the book from Pearson and resold it to me, I was almost positive they would not be able to assist me with this issue, however I followed their advice. When I spoke to the second Pearson rep and was told to return the book to Amazon and purchase the code directly from the Pearson website (at a higher price no doubt), it then became clear to me that the Amazon seller will not be able to assist me and that Pearson intends to make it impossible for struggling college students to save an extra buck. Since this is a required class I will be FORCED into purchasing the access code from their website, whether I like it or not and it is also possible that Amazon will not accept my return, as I have already opened the book and uncovered the access code. My theory is that Pearson sold a bunch of new books that are going to be practically useless pretty soon to various college textbook vendors and deactivated the access codes so that students who need them will still be forced to pay full price in the end.

Despite having passed my exam on the 4th of October (and having emailed a scanned copy of my results) I am still not credited with the 'Pass' I have escalated this to Pearson support, but apart from being told that they do not have to do anything by some very rude and passive aggressive operators nothing has happened. Support from Pearson in fixing their error has been dismal.
